Hidden deep within the limbs and leaves of the tree, a creature lay in wait. The claws of the beast dug grooves into the wood to maintain balance. The eyes seemed wholly for anything moving along the forest floor. The eyes narrowed slightly, the body shifting to get a better view. There wasn't anything around right now, not even the birds made a sound. Silently, the creature climbed down onto a lower branch. No rustle of leaves could be detected by even the most sensitive of ears. Now the shadowed animal was a limb just above the ground. The strange eyes watched for any sign of life. After seeing none, the beast leapt to the ground. What landed was not exactly...a beast. Well, one could call him that, but it was not polite manners. It was a teenage boy, or...something like it. He sat on the balls of his feet, which were covered in brilliant emerald scales. Claws protruded from his toes. The scales matched the dragon wings folded against his back, and the small tail wrapped around the tree branch. His hands were currently human. He yawned and stood up. "No breakfast I suppose..." |

Sean liked taking walks in the forest. For some reason, it helped clear his head. He supposed it was because he felt at home there, with the tiger thing running around in his body and whatnot. He'd been awake for a while and wanted to sort some thoughts out. He hadn't gotten too far before something leapt out of the trees and landed not too far from him. His first reaction to this was to change into his half-tiger form, which he did, but after seeing that it didn't look like it was going to hurt him, he shifted back to his normal self, mismatched eyes and all. He thought he heard it say something about breakfast. "Uhm...you want some food?" he asked, trying to sound polite. "I can go get you some, if you want me to..." |

Still searching in the forest for Thia, Errian saw something moving in a tree, thinking it could be Thia. Inmeddiatly he rushed over and saw two boys talking to eachother. As shy as he his Errian ran into a tree from where he could see the boys, trying to make no sound he gets closer through climbing on a low branch. Waiting for a reaction of the boys, he was trying to listen to their comversation when the branch couldn't carry him anymore, making him fall into the bush beneath him. Scared to death, he immediately makes himself as small as possible, hoping not being noticed, and waiting... |

The slender boy straightened. A smirk developed on his curved lips. He piveted on a heel, looking at the boy. Mismatched eyes watched him, one sea-blue, the other a deep blood-crimson. "The hunt is half the fun...You just have to wait unti something good comes your way..." He stated, his voice very deep for his age. His eyes shifted as something moved behind the first male. His sensitive ears heard rustling behind a tree. THen a bang and crash. Griffin's smile widened. Breakfast... "See?" His fingers branched out, scales forming along the slender digets. The nail lengthened into a sharp claw. Crouching low, he began his trek slowly toward the bush. His movements were silent, making him a deadly predator. Crouching back onto his legs, he then pounced into the bush, grabbing whatever was awaiting there by surpise.... |

Hearing the footsteps come closer, Errian realized to defend himself, making himself to get his bow of the ground and aiming three arrows at the coming beast. His eyes became whiter with each footstep he heard, making him shuffle back some passes, but keeping an eye, through the bushes, on the beast, knowing he could survive he felled something strange coming up, his courage grow as the beast came into the bushes... |

Griffin paused when he saw it was only a small boy. The disappointment written clear across his pale face. He sighed, shifting into a crouching position on the balls of his clawed feet. The scales on his hands receded back under the skin, as did the claws. "You know...You're very lucky that your a human boy...a student at that" He said, exapperated. He set one elbow on his knee, resting his cheek upon a fist. "Damnit...now I'm even hungier..." He looked at the boy, pondering if he should just eat him anyway. "You look pretty handy at that bow...why don't you go catch me some breakfast, since you were probably what scared it away in the first place..." |

When Errian was suprised that the creature was a also a student of AHS, just as he is himself. "Eurm...", being very shy as usual, he started to blush a bit, "You not going to hurt me?", he asked while still being afraid of the kid. "You look pretty handy at that bow...why don't you go catch me some breakfast, since you were probably what scared it away in the first place..." "Eurm...", Errian's shyness was melting away when he noticed that the kid was just hungry, "I can kill some animals. So...? What must i shoot then?" |

"Well...last time I fed off a human I made a few...friends..." He said the last part with great distain. "So anything not human...or meta-human would be just spiffie..." He stated as he straightened to a standing position. Once standing, he stretched his arms up over his head. As he did, his wings unfurled slightly, flexing out to half their full span. The dragon boy yawned loudly, smacking his lips before looking from the first boy to the second. "Why are y'all out here in the first place?" |

"I was looking for my friend... Thia, he is a hawk, have you seen him?" he said with still some fright in his voice. "I accidently bumped into you two when I was looking for Thia" "I am Errian, and you are?" he asked with a extended hand. "I can catch you some wild animal, shall i do it? I can shoot some arrows at a animal, hitting them from about 100 to 150 yards" he said with his years of experience with his bow and shooting. |

Griffin cocked an eyebow at the young boy and his extended hand. His arms droping back to his sides. Most didn't want to touch Griffin, so it was quite odd to the dragon. Without taking the hand, he gave a short head bob, a weak mimic of a bow. "Griffin...and Yes, catch me some breaksfast, and be quick about it..." he grinned, flashing fangs. The beast seemed to watch the boy from within Griffin's eyes. In his mind, it was eager to feed. Griffin tried to push it back, but it was becoming impatience. "It wouldn't be pretty to keep the dragon hungry..." He said as a matter of fact tone, not trying to intimidate the boy now |

He took his hand back and went on his feet as he noticed that the dragon didn't want to give him a hand. He prepared his bow too hunt some wild as he saw one moving behind Griffin "Ok Griffin, I can catch some" he said when he shoot his three arrows, missing Griffin with only 3-5 inches, at a animal far from them killing it with the first arrow that it hit... "Let's get your breakfast then, shall we?" he started to walk towards the dead animal, followed by Griffin, and making his knife ready to get of the fur of the poor creature. |

He cocked his eyebrow at the young man. Griffin wasn't sure if that display was meant to be cocky and showinistic or just what he did. Of course...Griffin thought anything was a test to him. He turned and followed the boy, his arms swinging casually at his side. He watched the boy from behind, trying to size him up one could say. "Do that again and that animal won't be the only one dead..." He stated simply. Griffin...being as rude and cocky as he was, was actually being polite..for him at least. |

((sorry bout the late reaction)) "I didn't hit you right, so you musn't be so angry, it's bad for you'r appetite", Errian said while running towards the animal and seeing Griffin walking after him. "Here is the poor creature, I want the fur, so I can make some nice winter clothes, I killed it, so I may choose first, ok?" he said to Griffin a bit commanding and curious about how Griffin would react on it. |

That raised a few hackles along Griffin's neck. He stopped in his tracks, the claws still potruding from his feet. His mismatched eyes darkened, the white diminishing to a slightly gray. Not good. "Don't test me, boy, its not smart..." He stated, the trickling of anger in his tone. He didn't like to be ordered around, it was just somethine he didn't react well too. |

"Ok, relax. I'm done, you can start to prepare the animal" Errian said, while cutting off the last piece of fur from the animal. "Hope it tastes good for ya" |
