Ray walked through the forest the moonlight casting a dull shadow upon the few fallen leaves. Walking by his hands grasped a small apple out of a tree and continued to walk until it snaped free and easily into his hand. Placing it to his lips he took a bite and let the fruit juice flow into his mouth, savoring the taste. "Its been so long" he said rememberign the last time he had been in open air and tasted any fruit. He sighed lightly, he was just another lost soul among the hundreds who lived here, yet unlike them he had a very strange heritage, half human, half gargoyle. Inside his head a battle always raging between himself and his "other half". Let me out, I want to walk free Ray! it screamed at him. Having never called a name for the other side of his thoughts he shruged. I won't. You seek only to hurt others! he yelled at it. He continued walking and the nagging persisted, and again Rayzor continued to fight it..

Holding his white robes close to him his leathery wings outstretched from them the moonlight hitting them and casting off an eire glow. He put his hands together and felt them, they where soft to the touch but he knew better. No metal could break his skin, it was futile to try. Again sorrow drifted to his mind and at that moment he collapsed to his knees his other half trying to take over begging to be let free yet he resisted and slowly climbed to his feet. Why do you fight me? I will win out teh voice continued to haunt him. OF course he had learned how to fight it off but sometimes it could not be helped. He prayed tonight was not a night where destruction would be his ally.
