The setting was night, the moon sliced in half as if, the grim reaper had stolen one side of the moon. Only nocturnal creatures out at the moment, and a few stray cats and wolves out. It was much too late for any student to be up. Well atleast for regular meta-humans, but one boy stood out, a long-black-haired-boy. Dull eyes staring down at the ground below. Legs hanging off the edge. His chin resting in both of his hands. His time here had become quite eventful, but one of the most was when....he was at the hot springs. The woman he had drunk blood from. When he was about to strike her down at the nurse...something unexpected happened. A voice inside of him had told him to stop the madness he was doing. Ryo hadn't heard from the voice for weeks on time now. And thought he had just lost all sanity at that time and thought he heard a voice but, actually did not. He wondered what was going on. Was he being provoked to go to the righteous side? Like he would do what some voice inside of him told him to do. But, the feeling he felt as of now, wasn't what he had been feeling for his whole time here. The feeling inside of him before, showed someone watching over him, and trying to force him to become a follower to the dark side. A blood-thirsty fiend. But, Ryo had reasons for what he had done his several months being here. Still unclear as of now. |

Not too far from where Ryo sat, Annabelle lay on the roof her hands behind her head gazing at the heavens in all their glory. The roof was so dark at night, allowing anybody to have near to perfect visibility of the anatomy of the galaxy that Earth was part of. She sighed as she moved to sit up, her hand brushing against the pocket that always held her flute. Smiling to herself she gently extracted the flute from its hiding place, admiring the intricate patterns that wove around the thin shaft of silver in the pale light the half moon provided. Not aware of any other soul up on the roof Annabelle decided to practice, closing her eyes as she felt the cool silver pressed against her lower lip. Playing a long low note just to make sure she could still coax the beautiful notes from the flute, Annabelle paused before starting to play a calm hymn-like song. A small breeze picked up as she continued playing, shutting everything out except the movement of her fingers and the silky notes that flowed from the flute... |

The sound of music again, the sound that seemed to stalk him at every turn. He had to end this, it was getting out of hand, at the hot springs, the woman sang. He couldn't get a vacation away from the constant noise. And slowly as his insanity grew, he became less stable and more irritable. As the noise entered his ears, Ryo immediatly stood up. Trying his best to locate the source of the noise, it was coming from somewhere. It was coming from a musical instrument this time. Laying his hands on his ears, he threatned to scream. It was being to get to him. Whoever was doing this, he would not give a option to stop or not. Even if it was a he or she, he would resort to physical violence to hurt them. Raising his arm into the air, a freezing sensation entered the area to whoever was on the rooftop. As a ice column began to form in his hand, it slowly shaped itself into a thick and fairly long blade. He knew if the person was not to stop, yet another battle would pursue. Most of his irritation derived from women. How he loathed and hated them. When he had first came here, his prior goal was to give respect to women. But he had learned they deserved nothing but to be destroyed. The kindness that once resided in his heart had fully diminished. It was as if a demon was slowly beginning to form inside his very soul. Was he damned to a life of pain? Whatever was happening to him was surely not anything he wanted. It wasn't anything near a good feeling either, it was something that showed a fair amount of pure evil. As the fight that had begun on this very roof, the remains of a battle still showing. It replayed itself. Was he truly a lost soul...? |

Captured in the piece of music, Annabelle played until her trained ears picked up a shuffling noise. Stopping the piece abruptly out of surprise that someone else was up on the roof then out of a sense of danger, Annabelle stood up. The pale moonlight providing enough light to be efficient in seeing the details of the roof around her, although whomever or whatever had made the shuffling noise was out of her limited vision. Shrugging to herself, Annabelle was about to sit back down and continue from where she had left off when the warm night air was suddenly disturbed by an icy wind. Oddly enough the wind gave no signs of dying and was blowing toward the direction the sound had come from. The bitter wind grew fiercer as Annabelle turned the way the wind was going, her hair blown out of the knot that was holding it back. And then as suddenly as the strange wind started, it seized to exist… Quickly stowing her flute into its designated pocket, Annabelle started to walk cautiously in the direction all of the strange occurrences seemed to be coming from. Curiosity once again filling her being, knowing that if she even attempted to leave the roof without at least a hint as to who or what was sharing the roof with her would drive her mad. Feeling tense and cautious Annabelle tread carefully on the roof, preparing the binding spell's anatomy in her mind...just in case. |

(I should start making a list...of who he tortures, theres so many @_@) Ryo then saw the source of who had been causing the furiousity in him to grow. A young woman, dressed in some khaki pants and t-shirt, with red hair to match. He knew it, a woman.Women were the reason that he had this thing lurking inside of him. Crouching to his knees, he growled, a uneven aura beginning to rise around him. It went away, although when Ryo stood up, a look of frustration was on his face. The kind he only gave to those he deeply hated. Ryo: "I do not want any response from you...I am commanding you to stop playing. You do not have a option. Stop playing or die." It was beginning to manifest in his body. His hatred towards women growing, but his feeling towards all humans was beginning to become more hazardous to his sanity. What was truly happening to this boy? Was he doomed to a life at some mental institution? The reason for him seeking blood had still not been discovered even after so many months being here. Ryo wanted to hear her respond with a threat, knowing that all women at this school were that way. Showing threats but then when they were put at the spot they began to show their weakness and unworthyness. And after speaking those words he waited for her to respond anyway. Due to how they lacked obedience and obviously good hearing. |

As Annabelle crept on she encountered a young man that appeared to be shorter then herself wearing nothing but black with long black hair tied back in a ponytail. Annabelle sighed with relief in only finding another human being and not some terrible beasty. The mysterious boy glared at her as if she had dropped a house on his sister, "I do not want any response from you...I am commanding you to stop playing. You do not have an option. Stop playing or die." The words almost made Annabelle laugh but the seriousness in his tone of voice told her that this boy was incredibly troubled. "I am sorry if my playing offended you, last time I heard a threat like that it was from my eldest brother just after I started playing," Annabelle chuckled lightly at the thought of her brother. "Said he thought I was skinning a cat alive..." she cracked a small smile but the young man didn't react to her at all. Concern etched in every aspect of her face she took a small step toward Ryo, "Is there anything wrong?" |

She was smiling. Ryo smiled as well, he would toy with her. She was trying to make Ryo feel as if she wasn't affecting him. That kind of thing didn't work on someone like Ryo. But, inside of him, the hatred for her grew. He was ready to attack her and end her pathetic life. It then snapped inside of him. A grunt sound escaped from his lips. His hair blocking his eyes, his lips showing no sort of emotion. He started to slowly walk towards her, forming his fire sword as well. She had better do something or die. Ryo seemingly faded from view, before appearing right infront of her. The same look on his face. He was not speaking. She was going to fight, unless of course she felt the need to end her life. "Is there anything wrong?" Ryo brought both of his hands up, then striking them down. If she dodged it, then he would continue to strike at her, until they neared the edge. Then continue to strike. He would not give her a chance to play her flute, simply because he would attack her each time she tried to dodge an attack. The exit was not a wise thing to try to escape to, due to you had to go down a long column of stairs and he could easily catch her. Ryo continued to send blow after blow at her. Ryo was blinded by rage. It was no more talking. Now, Ryo had warned her to stop and not respond. But after her responding to him anyway, it triggered something within him. |

Seeing Ryo advance Annabelle had shuffled her feet into a new stance one that gave her far more movement, she was not invincible but she did know how to fight. As soon as he lifted his hands above his head she crouched and sprang off the roof like it was a diving board and she was going for the nationals. Performing a backward flip she commented as she flew, "Must we fight," She landed on her platforms, ready for him to make the next move, preparing hers. Annabelle was always taught that the civilized way to handle a perfectly innocent situation such as this was to apologize. Defying what was drilled into her head all of her childhood, her parents calling it manners, just because someone has different beliefs was beyond her considering her age and so far in her life her parent's method worked every time. |

Ryo simply watched as she dodged the attack. Stopping for a moment, he looked up at her, the expression on his face unknown due to his face being covered by his long black hair. He grinned, she looked like a total idiot. Leaping into the air like that. But yet, he didn't chuckle. It was only a slight look of amusement, now inspecting closely, this woman wasn't the most attractive, in looks of course. She was a red haired girl with khaki pants and a t-shirt. How plain and boring, she wasn't even worth breaking a sweat over. After breaking from the prison of thought, Ryo continued to advance towards her. The grin diminishing from his face. As she landed. He thought about something. This woman seemed to be skilled in the art of combat, but not the art of ninjitsu. Ryo could easily beat her, but he liked to provoke his victims. "Must we fight," Was she really asking this question after seeing how Ryo was attacking her out of an unknown reason? It was a mystery how he could see her even those his hair blocked his view. Maybe it was because he was better at eyesight than other meta-humans. He wondered what her power was, nevertheless, she was probably going to use it out of desperation when he began to get serious. If he even needed to anyway. Sending another slash her way, he expected her to jump or slide. Either way she went, he would appear behind her, then if she ducked. Ryo would send a strike down below her. Making it impossible for someone who didn't know anything about shinobi arts are any special form of combat to dodge. |

Xelcos loved watching amateurs fight -- how pathetically they flailed -- they thought of themselves as masters, as perfect in form, flawless badasses ready to take down the world. And what he loved more, was proving them wrong, smashing them to the ground and dashing their delusions of grandeur. Unarmed Combat was Unarmed Combat. You could call it by fancy names, call it Kenpo or Ju-jitsu (which by the way, is the unarmed combat branch of Ninjitsu), call it whatever the hell you wanted, but when it came down to it, it was fist against fist and foot against foot, there wasn't anything special or magical about it. No "secret moves" or "special techniques" just body and mind meeting on a material playground. "Hey kid." He said, walking towards Ryu, wearing a white muscle T with a black 7 wrapped around the chest, outlining his massive pectoral muscles. "You're pretty bad, it must have been hard to find someone weaker than you to pick on, but you managed. Must have been hard." He said, continuing to advance, walking the slow steps of an alpha male ready to set a young buck straight. (( OOC: I can already tell you're a powergamer, you claim to have "Better eyesight than other meta-humans" but where the hell is a power for that in your profile? Also, if you haven't spent a power on your "ninjitsu" than you shouldn't expect it to be "impossible for someone... to dodge" impossible is a very powerful word. In other veins, work a bit on spelling, grammar, and awkward sentences.)) EDIT:(( And living in a "shinobi village" whatever the hell that is, gives you better vision how? If it's not in your powers, yah don't have it. I will call you a power-gamer, I do so from these sentences "I should start making a list...of who he tortures, theres so many @_@", "Making it impossible for someone who didn't know anything about shinobi arts are any special form of combat to dodge.", "Either way she went, he would appear behind her" Ok, so how the hell do you "appear behind her"? Where's teleport listed on your app? Didn't see it, doesn't exist.)) |

((Ok first off, he was born and raised in a shinobi village and that is shown in his past. That proves you wrong for the first part, secondly when I say impossible to dodge I do not mean that she is going to get hit. Third off, don't EVER call me a power gamer. As I see calling peoples names like [n00b] and other stuff like that is for people who want to look down on people newer than them. Got me? Now I'll edit this post later so I can continue my RP you need to get your facts right before throwing the blame at someone)) Edit ((You know what dude? First off. I could report you for starting a arguement on the board [your not even a admin for gods sake]. If you want to start something you start it somewhere else. Send one more flame my way, or anything that can be classified as insultive and you will be reported for abuse, thank you and goodbye)) |
