It was a quiet evening in Genbu, or at least it had been a rather quiet night until there was a loud knock that echoed down the hallway. It could not have been much after 9 o’clock so it was not that many of the students were already in bed, but it was about that time to sit around and relax for a bit before actually doing so. Classes were still on hold for the summer so it was no real surprise that probably someone would still be up at this hour to hear such a knocking. Now that fact alone surprised the knocker, as there seemed to be absolutely no answer at the door he was knocking at. This also came as a shock to the knocker’s cohort who stood with a rather shocked look on her face. The knocker gave her a shrug and knocked again, but this time it was louder, much louder, as the man pummeled the door with knocks, raps, beckoning hits, summoning pummels and even shave and a haircuts. It seemed futile however as there was no answer at the door. The two that were currently calling out the resident seemed like a very clueless pair. Both of them dressed in rather nice suits as if they were both business executives of one manner or another. The male however had the physique of some body builder who had strayed to far from the gym and had wandered into an office building and handed a suit. His baldhead and dark eyes gave him the visage of some kind of villain however so it would probably be misconstrued that he had taken over the office building after having have wandered into by mistake. His cohort however was much smaller and daintier then he. She also wore a business style suit, but looked much better in it then her giant counterpart. A short mesh of blonde hair mingled on her head with bright blue eyes lying underneath the bangs that fell into them. “Try again,” she ordered pushing the hair out of her eyes. It was beginning to bother her as it refused to stay out of her line of vision. She would have to invest maybe into some better hair care products. “She has to be here. If she were sleeping, which I doubt any young girl would be sleeping at this hour.” She quickly slid up her sleeve to revel a rather fancy timepiece. “It’s only quarter after nine.” “Twice I have knocked; loudly at that. Twice she has not answered. She is not present,” the lost gym patron stated rather bluntly. Looking at the woman whom was growing rather impatient and very nervous it seemed from her pacing about. “This is bad. He’s going to be very upset with us. I don’t know how to stress that to you any more then I did on the way over here. I thought this would be easy, but now she’s gone. She vanished into thing air? Where would she go with a wound like that?” “On a nice night like tonight… where would you be?” “Out I suppose, but if she went out where would she go?” “Only one way of finding that out,” the giant man said stepping back a few paces as the shorter women looked on with a confused look on her face. The man rotated his neck a few times. Ear shattering cracks emitted from the base that made the woman cringe from the sheer sound of it. She hated when he did that. Luckily he only did that when he was going to do something reckless, needlessly hasty, or stupid. He couldn’t be planning on doing that right at this very moment; could he? “Wait,” she shouted, but all was for not as the door gave way to the man’s massive charge. She looked on dumbfounded at what she was seeing. A quick glance around showed that it seemed none of the other students cared all that much at the moment that another student’s room had just been vandalized and broken into. The door would surely come out of their salary later, but the woman quickly followed the larger man into the dark vacant room now open room. |

Vintrict inhales and exhales deeply, finally completing his first day of training at the gym. It was late at night, a time when not many of his peers were about, a perfect setting for someone such as him. He enjoyed a peaceful environment. Students talking wasn't a bad thing to be around, yet his mind seemed much more at ease when not. He sheaths his sword and begins back to his dorm. Genbu was now as recognizable as his sword, as he could trail back to the place without even a thought. His first few days here on campus allowed him to get to know AHS, as if he had been here his entire life. This benefit will only help him later, for if a time came when he needed to reach a destination fast. He enters the building, seeing the desk attendant almost dozing off, and walks up the stairs toward his room. He was allowed to stay up so late since his classes weren't until the afternoon. This schedule benefited him perfectly. He finally arrives to his floor, placing his hand on the door handle of the floor entry until he hears a loud crash. At first, he does not move. This sudden boom wasn't an explosion or the like. He sounded like something that was forced down. Almost like...a door! Vintrict slowly opens it, looking through the crack, but he sees nothing. He opens it more, peering around the back. His eyes catch the glimpse of some figures entering a room. From their height and posture, they did not look like normal people. The boy thought it was best to ignore this, yet he was always told that a situation is best examined first before deciding to either flee or confront. So this was his observation: two people, looking around middle age, has broken into a student's room. Now this could mean two possibilities: one, they are authorized to do such a thing since the student may have done some wrongdoing. Or two: the worser case....they're crooks. He couldn't believe no one was looking out from their rooms to see this, but he had a hunch that they were not the "friendly" bunch. He decides to investigate the matter as he keeps his back pinned to the wall and slowly makes his way toward the room. He kept his ears open for any sounds of aprroaching feet, although getting caught was inevitable regardless. Once he arrives to the side of the entryway, he exhales softly and peers into the room. |

((OOC - *throws a penny in a bucket* Going to try again, wish me luck)) *CLICK* The stereo went on, humming along on the song that started playing from the CD. Though she was fully dressed her hair was still wet from the shower. Natasha was the girl humming along on the tune, as she sat down on the little couch she possessed. It had been another lazy day, classes still being on hold and that resulted in lots of students partying till late at night and sleeping till it was past noon. Tonight she wouldn't go out, instead she had decided to stay at school. Next to her laid her dairy, open, but empty, at least so it looked. She already had a pen ready as a loud crash was heard. The sudden noise shocked her, but immediately got her attention. She stood up, quickly shutting off the CD-player as she walked towards her door. Carefully opening it to look around the corner, hoping to see what had happened. Three doors further on the same side of the corridor missed a door, probably that had caused the noise, next to it standing a male figure. Taller then her, black hair and, just like almost every other male student at AHS, having some kind of weapon strapped on his back. Silently stepping out of her room and closing the door. And slowly walking towards the boy, if he had broken the door, which was now replaced with an gapping opening, she wouldn't want to disturb him suddenly. Roughly one meter separated her from the open door and the boy, as she coughed, softly and merely to get his attention... "... eh, did you just removed that door?" |

Vintrict is startled a little as he reaches for his sword, but when he turns and sees a girl, he stops his action and shhs her, as he gets back onto the wall, afraid that he may have alerted the unwelcomed guests. "Be quiet. I don't think we're dealing with normal students here." He looks back again into the room, but suddenly looks back at her. "Who are you and what are you doing here," he whispers. "This is not a safe place to be at the moment. Please, return to your room. I'll handle this." |

She stepped back, the hand motion towards the strapped on weapon surprised her a bit. Though he did just like she had hoped, at least, not attack her. He had shushed her. Blinking a few times as he spoke, dealing with normal students was, near impossible here at AHS, didn't he knew that? As he looked back into the room she stepped closer, to jump back a feet as his eyes came back to her. "Who are you and what are you doing here, this is not a safe place to be at the moment. Please, return to your room. I'll handle this." "eh... I ehm," She still was a bit surprised about the missing door and still didn't know what had happened, stuttering she introduced herself, "I'm Natasha and I'm allowed to be here if I want to. And all I want to know is what happened, okay?" Now being a bit ticked of from the boy's attitude, she decided to also look around the corner of the doorway. Inside were two people, a rather tall man and a woman. As she looked the woman looked at her. Backing up a bit, covering her mouth, as she looked with scared eyes towards the boy standing on the other side of the door. "She saw me..." |

Vintrict clenched his teeth as he placed his hand back onto his sword. "Looks like we have to deal with them," he answers. He had wish she would of just returned to her room, but now she was involved and there was no turning back. |

Such a dark plan looking room lay before the two of them. Shadows fell gently on everything as the larger man looked at the door in the light that filtered in from the hallway. It seemed to be in a still usable condition if he had not shattered the hinges from the side of the door. A state of disrepair at this very moment, but the two of them had a job to do and a door was not going to stand in their way to complete their mission. The door at the moment was the least of their worries. The woman was more scared of the meta students running about. The freaky little kids could probably do some damage, but it seemed like the only proper place to train such skills as the young priestess had. “Come on and hurry before we bring any more attention to ourselves. We’ve been lucky so far. I don’t want any of those kids to think were burglars or something. We already broke into this place. Let’s just find where she went, if we can, and get out of here,” she said in a low hushed whisper to the larger man whom, upon being spoken too, nodded and rose to his feet leaving the door alone. They really needed to hurry as they probably were not allowed in the room, but they had their reasons. They needed to protect their employer’s property. Whilst they felt it necessary to do so they wouldn’t tell her that she was just considered property. The suited duo split up momentarily as the woman took over searching the girl’s bedroom and the man had the duty to check the living area. It was silently agreed upon that he should not be rifling through the young girl’s things. A light flickered on in the bedroom as the woman turned on the light and looked about. They were not in the business of stealthy pursuits and it showed by the duo’s careless antics. A light would have given them away easily, but both lights were now turned on as the duo searched their respective assignments. The female suit had it easy though. She had found what they were looking for in a very obvious place. A newly folded set of clothing lay on the bed with a note on top of them. It was easy to see and caught the eye quickly as she hurried over and plucked it from its resting spot. Her eyes darted quickly over the page as her face slowly contorted into a look of extreme horror from the anxious worried look she had had before. It was as if all her fears had been realized. She bolted from the room paper still in hand. “Thims, look at this,” she blurted waving it around as the large man set down the couch. He tried to grab at it, but the young woman was so flustered it seemed as if she couldn’t stop moving. Grabbing at her arm instead he tore it away from her hand and looked at himself. Letting go of the female suit she finally calmed down, but caught something out of the corner of her eye. A young red headed girl had popped her head in and immediately disappeared beyond the doorframe, what was left of it anyway. “Oh hell.” “This is bad. Really bad Ms. Nell. Is this a,” he was cut off as Nell quickly cut him off waving a finger over her mouth. She slowly undid her jacket and pulled a gun. Thims was a little surprised at what he had missed, but there were more important things to be worrying about at the very moment in time; the note in his hand being the most important for the sake of their jobs. He stepped in front of the woman as she let out a shocked gasp. Thims just stepped over the door with one massive step into the hallway. He found himself in the current situation of being surrounded. “Do you two need some help with something,” he asked looking from the young girl who seemed to pose no threat to the boy who seemed a little to hasty to pull his weapon on them. He could see that he was very much ready to use it only proving the rumor that the students at AHS were a rather belligerent bunch. The giant Thims just looked at the boy glaring with him with his dark eyes. The lighting in the hallway just reflected off his baldhead as he waited for either of them to answer, but he was very much waiting for what the boy wanted to do with his weapon. |

Vintrict stared, his hand gripping the hilt of his sword tight. He looked into the giant man's eyes, seeing no sense of fear, only agression. But the boy did not fault in his expression nor attitude. He slowly inched his way in front of the girl, just in case he decided to do anything drastic. He did not answer the man immediately, but replied:" Who are you and why did you just break into a student's room?" |

((OOC - okay, it's up-to-date next person can post ^__^;; sowwy Elusive & Vintrict)) "Looks like we have to deal with them," "What, but I... you, I mean..." Natasha stopped, voices came from the room and apperently they had, like suspected, noticed her cause it stopped. A few seconds later a man stepped through the doorway. Suprised by the tall man she took another step back, hesitating to run or not. “Do you two need some help with something,” She blinked a few times as the man looked at her and then at the boy. The man was at least another foot taller then her and his posture and bald head made him even more frightening. She looked at Vintrict, wondering what was going on in his mind as the man looked at him. He almost looked to be a statue, his hand holding tightly on his sword. She sighed, as Vinctrict answered, the boy thought that he could handle it himself with his sword. "Don't even think about it," she hissed in his ear as she stepped next to him. "Sir, my... eh... fellow student here is right. We both we're wondering what had happened, and seeing as you probably have forced down the door that was here. You probably can explain it to us?" |

The large man just stared at the two children with barely an emotion on his face other then that of wanting to know what was going on. The boy still seemed rather foolish in showing only aggression. Later in life that would probably get him seriously hurt. Now however Thims was not really in the mood to fight with children and it seemed that the boy was at least showing a bit of chivalry. In the same position Thims would have probably done the same thing. Protect the young lady from getting herself hurt. Well, in fact he was kind of doing it right now, as Nell could not possibly get out of the room with his massive visage blocking the doorway, even though that did not stop her from trying. She continued to push on the bulky man trying to make sure he didn’t do any foolish. Another resounding crack echoed out from his neck as he twisted it around in ways one’s neck probably should not be twisted. It was a nervous tick he had developed as a kid. He needed to constantly crack his knuckles or his neck just to feel normal. Whenever he was going to do anything brash he had to do it as well. He really didn’t need to explain himself to the two children, but they had asked him nicely, kind of, so the least he could do was answer them. He opened the piece of paper as Nell’s voice yelled at him. He held it out to the two children as the sloppy writing was displayed in all its wonderful glory. ‘9PM, the forested area in the north of Shinjuku Park.’ “Not something we are very happy about,” he said as he stepped aside to let the women out from behind him. She tumbled to the ground still in the midst of yelling about how they didn’t need to explain a damn thing to them. A little roll and she was quickly to her feet and dusting her clothes off from the little tumble. She had to make sure they were in order and quickly fix her hair. A sigh escaped her mouth as the beastly man continued on. “We are this residents bodyguards. Don’t ask why.” “Yeah we aren’t really sure either. The boss thinks she can help boost the ratings on his station and, you know, resuscitate it,” Nell said rather dejectedly. She wasn’t so happy that they had to explain themselves to the young kids, but there they were explaining their actions to the little ragamuffins even though she would have rather had Thims explain his actions. What was he trying to get out of these children? “I’m Nell and this is Thims.” “Yes. I don’t suppose you know this girl by any chance,” Thims gruffed trying to put the door back in place at least to try and deter would be thieves from sneaking in and stealing to their hearts content. The girl lived rather simplistically, but they could be a worse kind of thief… |

Vintrict sighed, removing his hand from his hilt and resting it back to his side. He straightened his stance and was now relaxed again, although he was at the first place. "I am a new resident here at AHS. I have no idea who this girl is. I apologize for that and for assuming you were thieves. Just the way you broke in sort of startled us both." He was talking for the girl to on that one. "Anyway, if there is nothing wrong, then I guess this is none of our business. Mr. Thims....Ms. Nell." He bows to them both and smiles, turning and returning back the other way. At the same time, he grabs Natasha by the arm as he is going as a gesture that it's time for her to go, too. |

((OOC - posted~! thanks Vin for posting...)) Natasha blinked, taking the note for a second, it looked like it had been pinned up against a wall or something, so told the little hole her. She gave the note back to Thims as he stepped away, the woman that had been screaming and shouting from out the room now could go through. She jumped aside as Nell tumbled through the doorway, while Thims kept on talking, telling them that they were the bodygaurds of the resident and something about a station and reviving it, probably some media station, like radio or television. She nodded at each of them as Nell introduce them both "I'm Natasha" Smiling as as she introduced herself with a small bow. “Yes. I don’t suppose you know this girl by any chance” She shook her head, listening to Vintrict as it seemed that he was going to leave, "I don't know her either, but, before she could finish her question shegot pulled her away on her arm, letting out a EEP out of surprisement. When she looked at the cause of it, she noticed that Vintrict had let her go as quickly as he had grabbed her arm. Blinking a couple of times as he walked away. "Okay... well, eh, what I tried to say was that eh, her neighboor does know her well, they talk regurly to eachother, maybe you could ask him" She pointed to the door right of Aura's door, a boy lived there, one who she saw frequently, though had never spoken to him, or he to her. She walked towards the door, willing to prevent Thims from breaking down that door to. A few simple knocks on the door would be enough, at least, if the was in his room. ((OOC - since he's your char Ronin, you can decide if Mark comes in...)) |

Sadly for the lot of them Mark was not in his dorm at that very moment. He was out and about as he always seemed to be as of late. Mark really could not have helped any of them in the current predicament, but the two hired guns didn’t really know enough about Aura to figure out what kind of fiend would stoop so low as too kidnap the rising star. What was even more of a surprise was that the first show had yet to debut on public television. So how did anyone know that she was a star as of yet. That was when Nell got the idea. It was a conspiracy. “I got it Thims. A spy. Someone from one of the rival stations that wants Mr. Yantatamo out of business planted someone in the station so that any chances to bring the station back in to competition would be easily thwarted and because the rival station failed at trying to produce a show with such a powerful medium as Mr. Yantatamo found. It seems we have sabotage on our hands Thims and we are the only ones that can possibly save that poor girl and save the station.” Her voice rang with the air of excitement even though Aura was clearly in trouble in that situation. Nell’s imagination was running wild. Aura was probably tied to a chair somewhere while goons were laughing very haughtily, but she would save that poor girl. If she did, Mr. Yantatamo would finally give her that big raise and maybe even notice her. Dreamily she began to mutter, “Mr. Yantatamo…” “I don’t think so Ms. Nell.” “He is too.” “That’s not what I was referring too,” Thims stated as Nell broke from her dream like trance a little embarrassed that she had fallen into such a trance in front of such children. It was rather unprofessional and she hated to do it, but she had always like Mr. Yantatamo: secretly of course. Nobody knew about it; except Thims and he didn’t count. “From what I saw the young miss is a very accomplished fighter like many of these students. I wouldn’t put it passed this young boy to be a rather good fighter himself. This school trains them though that may seem rather odd to you, but those with power should wield it responsibly. Is that not correct you two?” “Oh enough of that. What are you talking about?” Nell had always been a very impatient woman and Thims got on her nerves with his round about way of speaking. This was not getting anything done and they needed to do something if this truthfully was a ransom note. “I am saying that the young Miss was indeed kidnapped, but not by a rival company. I think it was some trouble brewing about around here. Sadly her young friend is not home either. It is possible that she could have went with him I suppose,” Thims said with his features like stone. They refused to move or waiver in the slightest. Nell however did not agree with Thims. Both of them were very level headed at times. Nell was usually very calm in moments of duress unlike Thims while Thims was very much the opposite. It actually worked out very well as one of them was always thinking very rationally. “Doubtful!” “I suppose you are right. We must use all caution with this one. Thank you both for your cooperation. If you could fix the door we would be very grateful,” Thims stated as the two left the premise hoping to leave all of the other students none the wiser that they may have a television star among them in a few weeks. They had enough things to worry about without giving Aura more things as well. That just more work for them. |
