Jack pulled the creature out and was quiet surprised. He had it by the tail and it seemed as if it was some form of…. Cat? Jack blinked twice at the creature. It was bluish and had small wings. Then when eh talked Jack was still confused. Why the heck did Irvine’s family have a talking cat? If Irvine’s family had such a keen likening of dogs and wolfs why did they have a cat? It was definitely an interesting thing to add to the puzzle that was Irvine’s family. Jack looked at the flying cat thing eh held by the tail. It was sarcastic and apparently a troublemaker. It lived in a house with a whole wolf theme and it was a cat. This indeed was an interesting house and quite an interesting family. Jack kept hold of the acts tail but looked up at Irvine. He partially kept his solemn typeface but his eyebrow rose quizzically. “ So this is your umm cat…thing?” Jack began not sure how to describe the creature he held, “ Does he live here alone or. What?” Jack really didn’t know what to ask the thing was weird to put it simple. It was very weird. It was a cat but it had wings. It was an animal but it could talk. It was small yet its sarcasm made it seem as if it could take on a giant and win without blinking an eye. The creature acted tough in a way. It was very confusing creature to say the least. Jack blinked some more then held the act a little closer to Irvine. “ You want to take him. I think we need to get cracking on those books if he want to get to hell mouth anytime soon,” Jack said his tone returning to it’s usual self though a little bit lighter now. He was getting slowly more and more comfortable in the large and freaky mansion and getting more comfortable around Irvine. It was not so bad in the end however it was still quite confusing. Jack however knew he would eventually find out exactly what happened to Irvine and what was up with the cat.

Even Irivne wasn't entirely sure what it was, it just showed up one day and they took it in, they as in Irvine's family though before he was even born.
"He's not mine, he just lives here."
"Long before any of you were born.."
The little cat thing added his own comments, something people around it would have to get used to or go completly insane. There was simply no way to get rid of him. "Anyway.." It continued, "There is that blondy girl that stops by every once in a while." Noteably he was refering to the girl that once had the key to the house, the same one from the pub.

Irvine grabbed it by the head as Jack handed it to him, basically just throwing it over his shoulder absently though with a little nod to his statement. Then came yet another smart remark before Irivne started to lead the way.
"You know for a wolf, you throw like a little girl."
Then it dashed out of the room before Irvine could make a reply.
