Mitsuri strolled into the the gravity chamber with hardcore training in mind. During her time here, she had been slacking off and her body hadn't had a decent work out since she was at her uncle's home. Her moves and reflexes were becoming a bit sluggish, not good. The dark haired girl entered the room and walked over to the control panel and started to setup her training session. The cloths she wore suggested she was well prepared to handle anything.

On her upper body, she wore a black sports bra that revealed the tattoos decorating her shoulders, arms, and back. Her lower body consisted of black shoes with white socks and knee length shorts that clung t her like a second skin. The metal braces she always wore were on her wrist and on her upper left arm. Her sword was sheathed across her back looking ready to slice down anything.

Her setup:

Background: A battle arena, consisting of a circular platform with the surrounding area looking much like the Roman Calicium.

Gravity: 10G

Mitsuri stepped away from the control panel and started to make her way to the center. Her crimson eyes watching as the place started to take shape. By time she reached the center of the battle platform, everything was set up and ready to go. A small smile on her face as a small verse from a movie came to mind.

The sudden rush of gravity almost shoving her into the ground. Her hands and knees stopped her just in time from having a rude meeting with the stone floor. A grunt of annoynce escaping her lips as she got back to her feet with some effort. Each step was like hell but it would loosen up once she got use to the gravity level, she hoped. For the first time, Mitsuri felt sorry for wearing her metal braces but she quickly shrugged it off.

"We who are about to die, salute you." She spoke aloud to no one in particular and turned her head just in time to see a bot, looking much like herself, walking toward her. The resembalence was flawless, the only thing that her double was missing was the attitude. When the bot made it to the center, it unsheated its sword and glided toward toward Mitsuri without any heads up. The girl thought as much. The sound of blades clashing filled the air as Mitsuri bared her teeth at the bot. Her sword holding the other blade at bay with great effort. Ah, gravity seemed so cruel at the moment.

Mitsuri jumped back swinging her blade around and disarming the bot. She swiftly came in before it could react and shoved her blade into the stomach. From there, she twisted the handle and shoved it all the way up until she was able to see though it to the other side. It fell to the ground in a staticing heap of distorted features and wires. The crimson eyed girl placed her blade against the ground and leaned on the hilt of it panting lightly. When she lifted her eyes up again, she was knocked off her feet with a side sweep by another bot. She hit the ground and felt the air rush out of her lungs.

With a painful movement of her arms, she brought her blade up to stop the death strike that had been aimed at her chest. Her muscls screamed as she shoved the bot off her and rolled to her feet swaying. The swaying helped as she thought about her dunken fighting technique. When the bot came again, Mitsuri swayed to the side missing the hit and quickly brought her sword down and hacked it in half. When it hit the ground, it was quickly replaced by another bot who was ready to take her down.

This training session went on until the panel's time limit went off and the simulation stopped. Mitsuri stood in the middle of the platform with many cuts and bruises decorating most her body. A nice neat cut was on her cheek where a bot had tried to slice her face in half. At the moment, it was painful to breath and everymuscle in her body wass begging for rest. The feeling was amazing. She took a deep breah and started laugh. She touched her bloody fingers to her lips and tasted the blood on her tongue like sweet copper pennies.

She shakily got to her feet and pulled her blade out of the bot and walked over the edge of the plate form and sat down. Her blade was placed back inside its sheath on her back, which added more weight. At the moment, the control panel seemed to far away and her vision was blurring. The blood lost was starting to take its tole on her body. She chuckled and leaned back until she felt the cool stone beneath her. Several of her cuts were bleeding but she really didn't think it was a big deal. With a bit of manuevering, she placed her sheath beside her and closed her eyes.

"Just a few seconds of rest and I'll go back to training." She chided herself lightly. The familiar darkness callng to her with secret promises for her ears alone. There was no lock on the door to her trainign session so anyone would be able to walk in. At the moment, she didn't care who came in, all she wanted now was to rest and hopefully her bleeding would stop soon.

"A hardcore girl..." Came a voice as the door opened, entering a young man with black hair. He had come this way on his own journey to train but was a little distracted by Mitsuri. His eyes examined her without any look of pity or sympathy.

"Bleeding everywhere and still ready for another session of training. You remind me of a Hashinarian (which isn't a bad thing, by the way)." He sat down beside her, his own sword delicately and perfectly resting on his back. His black button-down shirt was open on top of his blue jeans and belt.

"So, why might you be training this hard? Are you trying to exhaust yourself and pass out?" His words were spoken as if they were jokes, yet a little bit of seriousness ingrained into it. Roberts glanced at her again with a warm smile on his face.

"I'm Roberts...a late introduction, I know..." She was rather interesting to him and she seemed to know what she was doing...well,besides the fact that she still wanted to train with a tired body. He didn't think that she couldn't handle it; he just didn't want her to push herself too far in her training. But then again, a lot of girls never give up and never listen to the kind words of a young man. Besides, most thought of themselves as the superior. Roberts wasn't one to complain about that; if they wanted to be treated like royalty, then he'd do just that to please them...

The crimson eyed female grunted lightly as she shifted a little in her seat. Her hands keeping ahold of her sword as she opened her eyes to stare at the newcomer who noew sat beside her. It was a bit hard to make out what he was saying but managed to in the end. A small grin tugging at the corners of her mouth. She lifted her hand up to cover her mouth as she coughed lightly and looked back tot he remains of her training area.

Mitsuri wiped a bit of blood from her mouth and looked back toward the odd man. A few strands of her meesy dark brown hair covered the left side of her face. Well, she really got the training she wanted but she wasn't ready to give up just yet. She closed her eyes for a few moments as she leaned her head back and took several deep breaths, which caused her to wince lightly. The bleeding had stopped most the blood had dried up.

"Mitsuri Deindre......You knwo what they say, no pain no game." The girl spoke chuckling softly and groaned a bit the pain.

((ooc: so sorry for the delay; I almost forgot I replied to this thread >_<;; Please forgive me!!!))

Roberts nodded in agreement; the warm smile that was impressed against his lips never fading for a bit. He glanced at her, studying her once more before eyeing the room.

"If you're going to continue practicing, then I hope you don't mind me joining you. I haven't trained in a little while and I need to kill the rust." He explained as he brushed himself off (for some unknown reason).

"But that's only if you intend to continue training as you proposed to yourself. I admire you for your strength, I'll admit to you that. Most girls wouldn't train like this and then continue on with their session." He added as he extended his hand out to Mitsuri, "Do you need a hand up?"...

(( No prob. It's alright. ^^; ))

Mitsuri stared at Roberts. He hadn't given her a last name and she wasn't quite sure if she should call him by his first name. They weren't friends and she was definitly not related to him in any way. She addressed those she knew by their last name unless she knew them enough to call them by their first name. Crimson stared at the floor before she hoisted herself to her feet with the help of her sheathed sword.

"Of coarse I continue to train," The girl spoke stubbornly up with a frown. She wasn't going to let a few scratches stop her from completeling her purpose of being here. When she heard his words about joining her, her right brow perked up in puzzlment. One hand coming up to rub the back of her kneck, the silver brace glinting against the light. "Join me? Sure..."

She found it quite odd to be training with her. Her uncle didn't allow her to train witht he class since she tended to be a bit rough.

Roberts gave her a nod of affirmation. He had known that she would say something to that affect. It wasn't very hard to tell when someone had a determined, fiery heart and vice versa.

He couldn't help but to grin a little wider. For a second or two, he had thought that she was quite unsure about the whole thing (but not, of course, because he was a guy. He never thought that for one minute). If anything, he wanted to test her strength, agility, and accuracy. He believed it would be a very interesting examination that would prove more than satisfying.

"I'm ready when you are, Miss..." A gentle bow followed in which his eyes never left her face....

She nodded her head and frowned lightly when he called her miss.

"Alright. Let's start with hand to hand combat first." Mitsuri spoke as she placed her sword against the wall. The dark haired female made her way to the platform with her hands swaying at her sides. A small yawn escaped her lips as she gave a glance back toward the guy, checking to see if he was following. Her body didn't feel as bad as it did before, it would seem the bit of sleep helped her out.

Upon reaching the center of the plat form she turned around to face him. Both her hands clasped behind her back. Maybe training with someone wouldn't be as bad as she thought.

"You may attack first." Mitsuri said watching him. Her expression calm if not a bit nonchalant.

"Alright." Roberts replied simply. He had never trained without his sword before and didn't declare himself good at any other technique of fighting. However, Roberts was all about trying new things and he didn't mind trying this. The only thing that got him was the fact that he would be starting a hand to hand combat session with a female. It might not have been a problem for him if he hadn't held women in high regard. For some reason, even training with intentions of hitting a female was degrading himself, especially when it was with his own two hands. Swords would have made the contact a metallic one instead of an actual hit. Nonetheless, if she was truly up for something like this, he wouldn't prove himself unworthy.

So, obediently, he followed her to the center of the room after he placed his own sword and sheath down. He thought to himself about her condition and about the training they were putting themselves up for. He had a few doubts about how far he could push himself in such a predicament.

He tilted his head as a small laugh of uncertainty escaped from him. She wasn't planning on making it any easier for him, was she? No, she had to go as far as letting him start first. And her expression was one of ease and indifference. Still, that didnot appease him any further. He was stuck and now he'd feel like an idiot no matter what he did.

"Very well then." Roberts answered after some time of contemplation. Yet his uneasiness could not be read on his face or body language. It was even plain to him that she was in control of the situation. So, he let her be. He took a stance that he had seen his father do once when he was in combat. He had to mimic somebody because he had no past training sessions to rely on. So, feeling quite vulnerable and a little hesitant, he threw two punches toward her; one was aimed for her stomach and the other, for her shoulder...

((Sorry for the late reply! My mom took my modem away for not cleaning my room. >.<))

Mitsuri blinked a few times as she watched the boy charge toward her. Almost as if she were practicing a dance movem she stepped to the side avoiding the blow to the stomach and grabbing hold of the fist aimed toward her shoulder. She made brief eye contact with him before she twisted his arm and sent him flying over her shoulder. It was a basic defense manuever that she had seen done plenty of time. Once he was on the ground, she pinned her kne upon his chest while her right hand pinned his arm and her left was ready for a quick blow to the side of his neck.

"Not bad. Now, I'm going to attack you first." The girl spoke with a passive look on her face before she got to her feet and acted as though she dusting her cloths. Bright crimson eyes watching him as she took a step back and placed her hands at her sides. Maybe having someone training with her wasn't such a good idea. She reached a hand up and rubbed the back of her neck, almost looking apologetical.
