Tsunami stood upon the school roof with her hands on her hips. The last time she had been up here was when two boys were just about ready to fall to their deaths. Other than that time, this would be her second and she was finding the view quite lovely. Her wings gave a small flutter against the wind before she took a more comfortable seat upon the roof tiles. The two locks of hair that gave off the appearance of antennas swayed lightly. Her butterfly girl really didn't seem to mind the cold, not in the least. She scanned her surrounding with oddle shaped pupil eyes that were the exact shade of gold. One blue hair was now a greyish brown color that fell down her back and curled at the tips. Both ears turned into the design of a butterfly wing and her fingers lacking nails. Her feet had the shape of a slipper and hand no toes to seperate them from each other. "Shine, bright morning light. Now in the air the spring is coming. Sweet blowing wind, singing down the hills and valleys. Keep your eyes on me, now we're on the edge of hell. Dear my love, sweet morning light. Wait for me, you've gone much farther, too far." Tsunami sang lightly with her legs sprawled out before her and her hands at her sides supporting her upper body. |

"Lovely voice." A soft tone replied as the sound of footsteps proceeded from not to far away. His black hair swayed in the wind and he, too, did not seem to mind the cool weather. Afterall, his temperature was higher than most races. His face was adorned with a warm smile and his brown eyes (although normal enough) glowed with a sort of radiance that wasn't always found in the world of humans. "It's always nice to hear a beautiful young lady sing. Graceful as the wind and as brilliant as the rays from the sun itself." He continued as he removed his hands from his jean pockets. Today he wore a white button-down shirt partially opened at the top. His sword was sheathed and rested peacefully on his back as if it had never been used before in its entire life. "I'm sorry if I'm intruding. I just thought that a conversation might not hurt, that is, if you don't mind my company." His words were spoken with a great amount of respect and a sense of admiration. It wasn't that hard to tell that he practically worshipped women and thought very highly of them, "I'm Roberts, by the way."... |

Tsunami blinked a few times at the sudden sound of someone's voice and jerked her head to the side. Bright oddly shaped eyes looked toward the stranger who seemed to be in a very bright mood. She started to grow suspicious then, not many people greeted her that way. And if they did, it was either that they were up to something or they were about to ask for something. With a mental shake, she returned the smile. "Thank you....Nice to meet you Roberts. I'm Tsunami," The girl spoke with a light smile as she turned her eyes back up to the sky. A light breeze blowing by. Her antennas swaying lightly before going back into place. "Just like a butterfly I am. Singing songs that I've heard from my travels... I don't mind the company at all. I might even enjoy it." Tsunami said as she started humming another tune. It was from a song she heard from the radio one of the students were listening to. She listened to it once and now had the blasted tune stuck in her mind and the words to boot. To get rid of it, she would have to sing some of it. "I talked to absolutely no one, couldn't keep to myself enough. And the things bottled inside had finally begun to create so much pressure that I'd soon blow up," She sang opeing her eyes and smiling a bit as she looked over at the boy. The butterfly female felt quite embaressed but couldn't help. Damn genetics. "And I heard the reverberating footsteps, syncing up to the beating of my heart. And I was positive that unless I got myself together, I would watch me fall apart. And I can’t let that happen again, cause then you'll see my heart in the saddest state it’s ever been. And this is no place to try and live my life...." Tsunami uickly clamped both hands over her mouth as soon as the last verse was sung. Her white face gaining a bit of color to it. |

"Who I am hates who I’ve been and who I am will take the second chance you gave me. Who I am hates who I’ve been cause who I’ve been only ever made me..." Roberts whispered in tune to himself. He had heard the song before, also and had taken great delight over making a fool out of himself on certain occasions. He had noticed that she had taken a sudden notion to cover her mouth, her face flushing. "what's the matter, dear?" Roberts asked, "It was quite delightful to hear you. What has stopped you in such a matter?" He wanted to hear her a little more for few would ever be so bold enough to sing in the presence of others. In fact, that would mark the first in a long time that he had actually finished her lyrics. For some reason, the last bit was more pertained to him and he figured the first bit was the same for her. However, he didn't like assuming and he'd rather have the facts. Thus, he made no distinct decision of himself... |

Tsunami heard the words that Robert whispered and smiled behind her hands. She quickly placed her hands back at her sides and shook her head at his question. "Nothing...." The butterfly girl said with a smile as she looked back toward the sky. A thought soon coming to mind, more like a game thoough. She smiled again before she started humming a whole different tune. Closing her eyes for a few seconds she listened to the beat inside her head before she started to sing. The game gas begun, in her mind at least. She would sing the first few verses and see if he recognized it and sing the rest. "You like to think that you'll be the only one who understands me with it. And you tell everyone that I can't live without you even for one day. But who gave you the right to talk about the way I feel so deep inside. Now I realize you were never mine, you were never right. Baby you will find, I will survive...." |

Roberts smile persisted as he listened to her sing the tune. At first, the words did not seem so well-known to him. Yet, her last few words gave the song away and he found himself singing a little bit to add in with her. "I'm gonna make it through. Just give me time, I will get over you. I will survive no matter what you do. Just need to see, I will get over you. Cause baby we'll survive. Cause baby we'll survive..." He nodded his head in approval. His voice (although he would never admit it) was good and strong. It was a voice of confidence and of no inhibitions. He wasn't bad at singing even when he wasn't using his full talent, yet he never recognized himself as thus. "Interesting enough, isn't it? How many more tunes do you know?" he asked, already getting into a wierd sort of singing mood. In fact, he was hoping that she'd catch him off guard and sing something he wouldn't be able to remember... |

The female smiled brightly as she listend to him finish the verse and soon found herself getting excited. Her legs crossing so she was able to sit indian style and her hands were able to rest between them. She hummed the last of the previous song before switching to another one. Brigh gold eyes staring at the boy before she closed her eyes and began to sing again. "I complicated our lives, by falling in love with him. I complicated our lives, now I’m losing my only friend. I don’t know why, I had to try. Living my life on the other side. Now I’m so confused, I don’t know what to do...." She sang softly with a smile on her face. "He loves me, He loves me not. She loves me, She loves me not. He loves me, He loves me not. She loves me..." Her eyes opened back up to watch him. |

Ah yes, the tune by a band he knew well enough by Ellice's love for them. Tatu...he hadn't heard of them before he had met Ellice. And Roberts was quite happy to finish the tune open-heartedly. "I started blurring the lines because I didn't care. I started crossing the line cause you were never there. No where to turn, no one to help. It's almost like I don't even know myself. Now I have to choose. I don't know what to do. He loves me, he loves me not. She loves me, she loves me not. He loves me, he loves me not. She loves me...she loves me.." As his voice died down with the ending of his part, some type of peace could be felt from him. In fact, the very song itself reminded him of Ellice...the only human to ever reject him because he wasn't human. But it was ok...he could always move on... "Nice one." Roberts commented with a light air. He patiently awaited the next tune that she would sing out for him to finish... |

Tsunami smiled as she listened to him as he sang and started to lightl move from side to side with the beat of it. When he was done, she was quick to lightly singing the tune of the song. She closed her eyes a few seconds as the song of itself filled her ears and mind, almost as if she had placed a pair of headphones. Her wings fluttering lightly. "I know there's something in the wake of your smile. I get a notion from the look in your eyes, yeah. You've built a love but that love falls apart. Your little piece of heaven turns too dark. Listen to your heart. When he's calling for you, listen to your heart," She sang lightly with a smile as she watched him. " There's nothing else you can do. I don't know where you're going and I don't know why. But listen to your heart, before you tell him goodbye..." Tsunami smiled as she left the words hanging in the air as she waited for him. |

"Sometimes you wonder if this fight is worthwhile. The precious moments are all lost in the tide, yeah. They're swept away and nothing is what it seems. The feeling of belonging to your dreams. Listen to your heart when he's calling for you. Listen to your heart there's nothing else you can do. I don't know where you're going and I don't know why, but listen to your heart before you tell him goodbye." Robert sang with a light heart and a clear mind. Perhaps singing is what he needed today, as awkward as that seemed. He nodded his head at Tsunami, his black hair bobbing slightly to his motion. He awaited the next tune, confident that he could continue it. Besides, he wanted to continue it.... |

Bright gold eyes twinkled lightly as she watched him and smiled while e finished the verso off. The butterfly was quick to sing another tune as the wind blew gently, both her hands at her sides. Her wings fluttering softly as sher voice carried with the soft breeze. "There used to be a greying tower alone on the sea. You became the light on the dark side of me. Love remained a drug that's the high and not the pill. But did you know, that when it snows, my eyes become large and the light that you shine can be seen," Tsunami sang lightly as she closed her eyes. "Baby, I compare you to a kiss from a rose on the grey. Ooh, the more I get of you, stranger it feels, yeah. And now that your rose is in bloom. A light hits the gloom on the grey." She sang soflty and waited for him. |

"There is so much a man can tell you, so much he can say. You remain, my power, my pleasure, my pain, baby to me you're like a growing addiction that I can't deny. Won't you tell me is that healthy, baby? But did you know, that when it snows, my eyes become large and the light that you shine can be seen. Baby, I compare you to a kiss from a rose on the grey. Ooh, the more I get of you stranger it feels, yeah, now that your rose is in bloom. A light hits the gloom on the grave, I've been kissed by a rose on the grave." Roberts sang as he glanced at Tsunami. She was very fast at picking her next tune and he was very attentive to the words she sang, searching for something similar in the tune and in the words. He couldn't help but smile and realize how much fun he was having... |

It's not her fault that she's so irresistible. But all the damage she's caused isn't fixable. Every twenty seconds you repeat her name. But when it comes to me you don't care. If I'm alive or dead, so..." She smiled as she sung, her antennas bobbing to the side with her swaying motions. The girl got to her feet then and continued to sing the rest of the song. Her body moving witht hte sound of the beat in her head that the song had."Objection, I don't want to be the exception. To get a bit of your attention. I love you for free, and I'm not your mother. But you don't even bother." "Objection. I'm tired of this triangle. Got dizzy dancing tango. I'm falling apart in your hands again. No way, I've got to get away..." Tsunami sang with as she stared down at the boy with a smile on her face. The butterfly girl enjoying herself with this little game. |

"I wish there was a chance for you and me. I wish you couldn't find a place to be away from here. This is pathetic and sardonic; It's sadistic and psychotic. Tango is not for three; Was never meant to be. But you can try it, rehearse it, or train like a horse. But don't you count on me." Roberts sang, also getting up and doing his own little jig to the beat. "Don't you count on me..." He finished as he grabbed Tsunami's arms playfully and danced around her. He couldn't help but laugh at himself inwardly; besides, he looked like an idiot right about now... |

Laughter shined in her hands as she took the others arm as well and continued to dance. Her voice changing to a different song but by the same artist from the previous song. Gryish har floating behind her as she danced around on the tips of her toeless feet. "Lucky you were born that far away so. We could both make fun of distance. Luck that I love a foreign land for the lucky fact of your existance.Baby I would climb the Andes solely, to count the freckles on your body. Never could imagine there were only ten Million ways to love somebody," The female sang as she danced around with the boy arm in arm. "Le do le le le le, Le do le le le le. Can't you see, I'm at your feet...." She watched him with bright gold eyes as she smiled at him. Though they both were looking the fools, she was to busy having fun to really care about anything. Her appearence really didn't bother her as much as it used to and she was happy that she was able to enjoy herself. |

"Whenever, wherever; We're meant to be together. I'll be there and you'll be near and that's the deal my dear. Thereover, hereunder; You'll never have to wonder. We can always play by ear, but that's the deal my dear. Lucky that my lips not only mumble; They spill kisses like a fountain. Lucky that my breasts are small and humble so you don't confuse them with mountains. Lucky I have strong legs like my mother to run for cover when I need it. And these two eyes that for no other; The day you leave will cry a river. Le do le le le le, le do le le le le. Can't you see I'm at your feet?" Roberts had never understood the part where Shakira talked about her breats and the confusion with mountains part; he had pondered those such thoughts the very first time he had heard the song. Still, he cared little; it was a fun song to sing and dance to and even he was moving his hips in a hilarious manner. He had gotten so wrapped up into his dancing that he even lifted the beautiful butterfly girl up in his arms and twirled her around before replacing her on the sturdy floor.... |

The girl blinked a few times when she was lifted into the air. Gold eyes a bit suprised but full of laughter at the same time. She had never been picked up before and found it to be quite fun. Tsunami continued to sing as she hummed the next song and laighed lightly. "Ay, Ay, Ay, I'm your little butterfly. Green, black and blue, make the colours in the sky. Ay, Ay, Ay, I'm your little butterfly. Green, black and blue, make the colours in the sky," She saing with a smile. It was a DDR song she had heard from a game and found it quite catchy. Tsunami found it quiet funny. "I've been searching for a man, all across Japan. Just to find, to find my samurai. Someone who is strong, but still a little shy. Yes I need, I need my samurai..." Her wings gave a soft flutter as she watched him. |

Roberts continued as he glanced into her eyes with his own brown ones. "I've been searching in the woods and high upon the hills just to find, to find my samurai. Someone who won't regret to keep me in his net. Yes I need, I need my samurai. Ay, Ay, Ay, I'm your little butterfly. Green, black and blue, make the colours in the sky. Tsunami saw the wink and blushed a bit, though she couldn't figure out why. When the song came to an end, the butterfly girl found herself out of breath and quite exhausted. She gave one final laugh before she fell lightly onto the roof on her back. Her chest rising and falling with her breathing as she lay there watching Roberts with a smile on her face. "That was....fun." She panted lightly as she chuckled softly. Both her hands folded over her stomach. ((Sorry for short post. >.>)) |

"Yes, that was fun, wasn't it?" Roberts mused as he also plopped down on the roof beside her. It felt good to lay down right then with his breathing calming down by the minute and the wind soothing his warmth. "It was really great acting like a kid again. I would miss those times if they had been worth while." He turned his head and smiled at Tsunami, "It's even better with your voice. You sing very well." He complimented with a slight nod of affirmation. "I'm glad we didn't do that in public though. I'd have to change my name and move away where nobody knew me out of embarrassment." (( No prob. "My voice is not that great!" Tsunami said as she laughed lightly and shook her head lightly before looking back at him. It had been such a long time since she could act like that. Though it suprised her that she could be so open with this Roberts. He seemed like a nice guy but she hardly knew him and only met him a few minutes ago. "If I had done that in public, I would run and change my appearance," She said laughing with a blush on her face. She could do that since this wasn't her original form. It was her second. Her bright eyes stared back at him while she debated on whether or not she should change back to her regular Ol' self. "You know, this isn't what I really look like." She said with a smile and laughing softly. |

Roberts batted his hand in the air and shook his head. "Of course you have a great voice! You have no idea how good you sound." He debated with a warm smile. He was a stubborn individual and he rarely lets something change his mind about anything he is sure about.
His eyebrow lifted in amusement. But, he thought little of it. Besides, she was only joking in his eyes and he found no reason to question her about something so simple. However, the curiousity that ran through his blood stirred.
He tilted his head to the side allowing his black hair to shift. He studied her for a moment as if he were trying to decipher whether she was serious or not. He shrugged slightly. "Well, of course that's not how you really look." He began nodding his head in agreement. "And I don't really look like this. Everyone has a different eye that depicts different features. So in all actuality, no one has ever had the same physical impression as another. Even ourselves. We only see a two-dimensional image of ourselves in reflections and such." He explained. However, something told him that he wasn't talking about the same thing that Tsunami was... |

The butterfly girl blinked a few times in surprise as she heard his first words. How did he know? Had he seen her before she had changed? Not quite sure, she listened closely to his next words. A small sweat drop appeared by her had as she sat up with her legs crossed indian style. Both hands tucked into her lap as she looked over at him and shook her head lightly. "No, that's not what I mean," She said with a soft laugh and shook her head lightly. Tsunami lifted her hand up and combed it through her hair before looking back at him. "This is not my original form. I look like you....err....A female that is..." Okay, she was going to start to confuse herself if she started to explain. She might end up giving herself a headache. The girl took a deep breath on concentrated on showing him rather than telling. Closing both her eyes, slowly but surely her hair changed to its normal color. The wings and oddly colored and designed skin went away in a cloud of colored glitter. Tsunami now sat in her regular body with long light blue hair. She wore a dress that went down to her knees that had spagetti straps. "I really look like this." She spoke with a smile. |

Roberts had figured this much. By the way she was speaking of her 'original form' he had no doubt that she was one who had the rare ability to change into a different form. Of course he could do the same thing...it just wouldn't be another 'being' that he would form into. "Well, you look beautiful through and through despite your ability to change forms." He complimented with a warm smile, "A true gift, my dear. One that many may envy." A nod of his head ended his words as he studied her. "You look very different from the butterfly shape that you took form in. Which do you like better? This one, or that one?"... |

She smiled lightly as she heard his question. "I guess I would like my buteryfly form. In that one I'm able to fly. Though I have another form but it's not really mine." Tsunami said with a light shrug of her shoulders. She had managed to get the demon side of her under control but lately, it was becoming a nuisance. Why did she have to be the one with the demon in a bottle, or so to speak. "What can you do? You've seen my abilities, what about your own?" Tsunami questioned with a light smile. |

"My abilities?" Roberts repeated as he gestured to himself. He slowly shook his head. "I can't do anything as special as that...all I can really do is transform into a liquid state. It makes it easier to hide or escape an attack...but other than that, it's pretty much useless." Roberts explained as he glanced back at Tsunami. "It's great for entertainment purposes though. Many people love seeing me do it although I don't get why."... |

"A liquid state?" The female repeated as she tilted her head to the side and tapped the tip of her chin. Her own mind coming up with many images of Roberts being in a liquid body. In a way, it would remind her of jello or something she would have seen on tv. Bright blue eyes watched him, a smile on her face as she chuckled softly before speaking again. "Well, most people are easily entertained, I guesss." She reasoned with a smile as she combed her fingers through the front of her hair. Tsunami thought about her own abilites. Other than changing into a butterfly form, she could fight with a sword to. But that was more of a skill. She could turn into a demon that was just a whole nother person. Though doing that wouldn't be much fun. "Roberts, do you think all demons are bad?" |

Now that was a question he had never expected to hear from the likes of earth. Roberts glanced at her for a moment in an air of curiousity as a moment of silence filled the air around them. He smiled lightly. There were many demons that he had encountered since childhood. Being a foreigner to earth wasn't a disadvantage in all areas of his life. In fact, his experience with other species and races gave him an extra boost to the society on earth. And demons were one of the most interesting characters to him. "Well, to be quite honest Tsunami, I don't believe all demons are bad." He tilted his head a little to let his black hair ruffle in the slight wind. He loved the feel of nature and letting the wind take him away was a childhood passion. "Just like people. Not all people are mean and cruel. Not all angels are good. Believe me, I've met angels who were as demonic as satan and demons who could have played the role of the christian god." He explained. And he studied her for a moment or two with his extraordinary brown eyes before he continued any further. "Is there any reason in you asking? What? Are you part demon?"... |
