Moonian sky has always been illuminated by one or more of the several moons of the planet, and night was given by the less brilliant ones. It was night, yes, but strangely enough, it wasn’t possible to tell it from inside the Bluemoon Castle. A heavy cloak of darkness had fallen over the entire castle, a large scale and permanent use of Morrigan’s Veil. But who had cast it? Once guards around the manor/castle’s perimeter noticed the odd darkness, they immediately gave off the alarm. It was too late, already. Orquidea woke up suddenly. There was a hand covering her mouth and despite she felt like yelling or struggling, the familiar scent of her second to eldest sibling somehow tranquilized her. Karina was really distressed, her eyes gave it away. What was happening? Her sister still wore her night-gown, something really unusual. Quickly sitting on her bed, the purple-haired lass addressed the young woman with worrying purple hued eyes. Orquidea: “Sis! Wh-what’s going on?!” Karina: “You, shut up… You two, the corridor.” With a vigorous nod, two of the five armed guards scrambled out of the finely decorated room following the Bluemoon heir’s order. Half a minute passed, metal clashed against metal, a roar echoed in the hallway and then something hit the ground hard. After a short silence, the metallic clanking started over. Karina: “Shit… They are onto us, already... At least, he’s buying us some time.” It took Orquidea a couple of seconds to realize what was happening. The manor was under attack. Her family was under attack. This was the first time Orquidea witnessed such an event. Being a powerful family had its consequences. She’s the youngest of the Bluemoon Royalty and therefore has never stood witness to such things. Orquidea: “A-are we under attack, Kari? W-what about the o-others? Where’s dad… where’s mom?” Karina: “Shut up, Orquidea… We’ve… No… You’ve got to leave the house quickly… I’ll stay and… and… Try to protect the house... Considering the time since it all began, Janelle should be leading the rest of the royal guard to defense already.” One of the guards took a step to the bed, clearly about to discourage the black haired cat woman of her dessision. She stopped him on his tracks. Karina: ”I’m not going to just sit around and let my family be devoured by god knows who. AND I’m the only support mage around here, right?” The cat man then took his spot by the door once more. Orquidea: “You can’t be serious… I mean… I’m not going to leave the house alone… I’ve never had… I…” Karina: “Look, Orquidea, there is no way around this. I’ll buy some time. Don’t worry, I’ll probably meet up with Janelle or Carlotta… They know their stuff… I’ll be alright. Now…” She pulled the girl out of the bed and offered her to one of the guards. His attire was slightly different than that of the other two. He towered about 6 and a half feet, and seemed more capable than a regular guard, maning he would probably be a captain. The can man quickly lifted the 15 year old girl like if she was made out of air and cradled her between two bulky arms. Karina: “Get her out of the manor. I know I can trust you, Morvick.” Morvick: “Yes, my lady.” Orquidea: “But I…” Her soft voice is interrupted by a wet thud. Outside the bedroom’s door, a second corpse had hit the floor. Its blood splated onto all the surrounding walls and into the room. The remaining two guards ready their blades and head out of the room, roaring as their inner flames come to life. Karina: “Take her!” The black haired woman gets to yell before she vaults herself out of the room with her whip flaming in hand. Seconds later, Morvick lurches out of the bedroom thru the window panel holding his fragile cargo in his massive arms, protecting her from the debris. Despite her best efforts to break free, Orquidea being a priestess is no match for the head royal guard. Pulling herself a bit to see over the man's shoulder, Orquidea gets to watch as her whole dormitory is consumed by a giant blueish fireball that shoots out to the sky. She knew it was one of Kari's attacks, and became amazed by the magnitude of her sister's powers. It was not an easy drop, but thanks to the many balconies in the castle's exterior, it was not hard to reach to get safely enough to the ground. Sparing one last glance to where her room had been, Orquidea prayed for the safety of her family. |

Everything is going as planned… This was the only thing passing thru her mind right now. The grey haired cat woman was standing in the middle of the courtyard, wearing a shinny female upper armor with pompous round shoulder pads. Blue trims decorated them. She held no visible weapons, but moonians are known for their resourcefulness. On the back of her armor was etched a bat-winged fang. Reiko’s grey eyes stared at the ruckus her troops were causing inside the enemy castle. Fireballs exploded here and there, troops scattered all over the place, bodies littered the ground. It was quite a sight, a sight of success. With the darkness veil covering the whole building and its surroundings, no one outside would take notice on the attack. For it was thick enough to contain the magical explosions of the bluemoon flame as well as the noise of the commotion. This had been carefully planned and prepared for almost two years now, why wouldn’t it be successful? Lord Ashat was a great strategist, and he had taken every single detail into account. Reiko, as his daughter and first general of the Drakefang family, couldn’t have been more proud of taking his planning into action. She was interrupted from her silent contemplation by three soldiers marching her way. Strangely enough, all of them looked really alike. The only difference was their clothing. The one in front of the trio wore a red trimmed black-based armor while the other two wore completely black suits. They were greeted with an arrogant stare, Reiko was not pleased to see the trio. Reiko: “What’s the matter, Biggys? I’m not to be disturbed unless something out of schedule should arise.” Biggys: “Lady Alexia, my lady. That’s the matter. She was not in her rooms.” Reiko: “What?! Where could have that wench gone?!” One of the Biggys’ look alikes steps forward and replies to her question before the actual Biggys gets a chance to answer. MoonianMale1: “Our scouts rep…” Reiko: “Mind your place, scum.” One of her hands stood tight in front of the man’s nose, her attention fully on Byggis himself. Reiko: “And, Byggis, if you can’t control your unit. I’d be more than happy to find a new captain. I will not tolerate such behavior again. Understood, Byggis?” Byggis: “Yes, ma’am.” Reiko: “Good. Go and find me the queen of the blue flame. She’s a vital…” The loud booming sound of a large portion of the house being torn apart by blue flames deafens Reiko’s last words. A fireball heads straight from the manor royal quarters area to the darkness veil surrounding the bluemoon household. As it made contact with the wall, it turned into nothing. Not even a sound came from the impact. The veil was indeed strong and had been well prepared for this. She’d have to congratulate the mages behind the cloak. Reiko: “Well. That was quite impressive, if I can say that myself.” Turning her attention back to the captain, her dark red lips curl into a sinister smirk, Reiko: “Get me whoever cast that spell. If it’s not the queen, I’m quite sure it’d be one of her precious little cubs. If that’s the case, try not hurting them much. We need all of them as well.” All three men vowed respectfully to their General and then parted in the same direction they had come from the manor. |

Orquidea: "What's wrong, Morvick?" The purple haired cat lass stared curiously at the moonian captain. They had reached one of the rear entries practically unnoticed. This was when they first noticed the barrier was not only magic resistant but also solid enough to resist sheer metal weapons. For the last five minutes he had been attacking it with everything he had got, with no results. Morvick: “We’re trapped, little miss. There’s no way out of the castle grounds. This veil is far stronger than it looks, nothing goes thru it. I… I can’t bust it. ” Giving out a painful sigh, the warrior took into consideration all his possible choices. It was unusual for this type of thing to happen. That was when he realized it was a carefully developed plan. It was not just any random family trying to get a grasp of the bluemoon power, it had to be one of the mayor families or clans around. Surely enough all the royal family knew this already, if he had figured it out just now. Maybe the whole bluemoon family was doomed? Taking a glance back at the girl under his protection, standing a few feet behind him with purplish eyes filled in fear, he shook off that last thought. It was his duty to protect Lady Orquidea, even if he had to give his life to do so. Thankfully Orquidea brought him back to his senses, and finally was able to canalize his ideas. Orquidea: “Captain… Captain, you ok? You spaced out there… Is something else the matter?” Morvick: “No, My lady. My apologies. We should find shelter within the castle’s walls. There must be a place where the rest of the royal family could go in such cases.” This brought the girl into thinking, crossing her thin arms over her undeveloped chest. Meanwhile, Morvick’s seasoned ears caught the slightest of prowling sounds. Enemies were drawing near if ever so slowly and distant. Rudely grabbing hold of his precious cargo, he starts a full run towards the mansion again. With mayhem broke free all over the place, it was not weird all invading troops were focused on different tasks and not taking care of general areas, like the cellar’s entry. The cellar was one of the many rooms carved entirely into the hard rock base of the castle. It held several doors that lead into other areas of the citadel and into rooms forbidden to common soldier. As they ran by several doors, avoiding acknowledgement from nearby troops, the purple haired lass started jumping in the cat man’s arms. Orquidea: “Here! That way! We can go to the lower levels thru that corridor over there.” Skidding to a stop, Morvick follows the girl’s pointing hand and soon reaches a dead end. Despite his visage giving his disbelief away, Orquidea immediately signaled a candlestick stuck on the wall. It looked just like any other candlestick in the other corridors, why would it do something else than illuminating? Orquidea: “Push it! It opens the wall!” With steps coming closer with each passing second, Morvick’s options were running low. He stood a chance of fending himself, but there was no way he could protect Lady Orquidea as well. Yes, that was the main objective. She needed to get out of here alive. With one of his mighty paws, he pushes the candlestick and a soft purring sound echoes behind the wall. It was a magic device moving the rock wall in front of them. Once the door gave enough room for them to pass, he lowered the girl and nodded at her. Morvick: “I’ll stay here and buy you some time, my lady.” Orquidea’s eyes replayed the scene from a about an hour ago, with Kari saying the exact same thing. Her eyes filled with tears and soon one of the tiny hands was holding him by the cape. Orquidea: “Your orders are to take me to safety, captain! I might have lost my sister… and all I’ve got right now it’s you. I order you to come with me.” Morvick: “But, My lady…” Orquidea: “What if they happen to be down there as well? What will I do? I order you to protect me, captain!” The enemies steps echoes louder. They were already around the corner, apparently. It was not the best idea, he still could distract them into going somewhere else… away from the secret corridor. They would surely follow them once they found it out. Morvick was out of options and he had received an order as well. Morvick: “Very well, My lady… As you command.” Taking the girl again into his arms, he pushed the secret knob once more and as the makeshift door came once more to life, he stepped in with the girl. Just as the door closed behind them, a blade came thru the now thin opening and stabbed the man in the back. As th rocky door closed behind them, the blade shattered, half the sword was already inside the man’s back. They had not only seen him, but deeply wounded the royal head guard as well. These enemies were sure something else. Dropping to his knees in the rocky steps of the concealed ladder that would take them to the lower levels, Morvick let go of his cargo accidentally. For some reason, she felt ubberly heavy. Orquidea clumsily fell to the floor but suffered no real injury besides a sore butt. Once she regained her footing, the girl reached for the fallen warrior. Orquidea: “Captain?! Captain?!” She kept calling him, but her voice sounded more distant with each passing second. He felt like floating away from her… from his charge… from his mission… |

Twenty armed catmen advanced in pairs across a somewhat stretch corridor. There were no visible doors on the walls, just one at the very end of it. This door was nothing but a smouldering piece of wood by now. As the twenty warriors marched across the corridor’s relative half, a flaming figure stepped under the door frame. Extending both arms, the figure produced a blue hued flame that erupted from her hands and extended like water across the complete length of the passage. Before collapsing to the fiery attack, one of the warriors shoots an arrow to the figure. Despite the intense heat from the magical flames, the missile maintained its course set for the mage’s chest. An inch away from its target, a blade deflected its tip and made it miss by inches. The projectile stuck itself into the remnants of the wooden door. As flames poured on the far end of the walkway, troops stationed there scrambled about. It had been going on like this for the last couple of hours. Enemy troops took about ten minutes to restart their march towards the small room. They were not magically capable, but surely enough their numbers were by the thousands. Or at least that’s the conclusion our three warriors had reached. They had already passed scorching carcass number two hundred. The blade’s wielder had an entirely different body count. Karina rested her back against the wall in which the doorway was mounted. Her gauntlets were half burned making her skin show here and there. Carlotta, Bluemoon’s fourth daughter, stood next to Kari. She was the closest to the door frame now, ever since the enemy had tried breaking the rhythm of their dance by sending a single soldier after the fifth wave. The catman’s body laid on the ground, his head at the base of the opposite wall. The last occupant was Nathifah, seventh bluemoon daughter and last one to be ‘rescued’ during the attack. Her room was on the other end of the corridor, just three doors to the left. The floor in which the battle took place was humongous, it contained several multi-purpose rooms and the remaining space between them had been turned into the hallway-supply room in which the trio now fended themselves. Nathifah’s blue aura covered completely the small room, replenishing the strengths of the other two within it. Bad news were enemy troops attacked faster than they recovered, so it was just a matter of time before they gave in. The blue hued aura had already begun to wane after the eleventh wave. The blonde haired young woman smashed a fist against the wall she was leaning on. Her other hand firmly a blade she had stolen, it was nothing but a regular moonian sword. Her eyes fixed on the body laying between them. Carlotta: “They just keep coming!” Nathifah: “Keep quite, Carlotta. Don’t rant energy away.” Carlotta: “How many of them are there?! I-I lost count, already.” Nathifah: “You were keeping track…?” Carlotta: “…” Karina: “They’re just trying to wear us out. Thought you’d have guessed it by now.” Carlotta: “What?!” Karina: “Don’t you get it? They could just swarm us in here. Walls are too thick for me to blow them apart, I’m too weak. We are trapped here. With their numbers, they could easily assemble three squads. One I cook, one you cut and the last one would get us… But they haven’t. Either they are too stupid or they are just trying to wear us out.” Carlotta: “What for?” Karina: “Beats me…” Nathifah: “I just don’t get it…” Karina: “Don’t you worry, Nathifah. I know you don’t. It’s strategy… military strategy.” Nathifah: “Don’t underestimate me just because I’m a Priestess, Karina. I understand it all too perfectly. All I’m saying is that I don’t understand how they could mobilize an entire army without us noticing.” Karina: “Yeah… I was asking myself that too. According to Jany’s info…” Nathifah: “Please… don’t name sister so casually, Kari. She could be… dead.” Karina: “Now you are the one underestimating, Nathy. Janelle would never die here… She’s too proud to die like this. Also, Janelle was chosen as Dad’s Second General thanks to her brute strength. You should treat her properly..” Carlotta: “True.” Nathifah: “But…” Karina: “Shut up and let me talk… According to sis’ info, these guys just seem to appear out of nowhere. Once she took down the first wave, the second appeared to take their place. Repeat that five more times. Once she made her way to the closest exit, she found this thick solid magical curtain. It extended as far as she could see in every direction. Her best guess was that it surrounded the castle. Which means they couldn’t just be sitting outside the place, waiting for their numbers to be called.” Carlotta: “Maybe underground? You know… like tunnels or something?” Karina: “I had thought of that, too. But the Gateway rests on the lowest levels… Don’t think Mom and her cohorts would let that thing unprotected… That’s so not Alexia.” Nathifah: “True. I’ve been down there. The base rock smells like magic. It must be protected somehow.” Karina: “Yeah, odds are that’s true.” There was a breve pause between the sibblings, like if all of them thought the same thing, but only one of them voiced it. Nathifah: “We should try going there…” Carlotta: “Why don’t we just ask them if they’d let us walk there, Nat?!” Nathifah: “I know… I know… I was just saying…” After a short growl, the blond haired warrior straightened herself. If her timing was correct, it was time to get back on bussiness. Carlotta: “Speaking of which…” Sparing a glance down the hall, Carlotta’s bright yellow orbs caught the next squadron already entering into the thin corridor, in pairs again. After a short sigh, she turned to her older sister. Carlotta: “Can you handle them, Kari?” Taking a glimpse at her reddened hands, Karina shook her head. Carlotta: “Guess it’s my turn then…” Nathifah: “Be careful…” Vaulting herself into the marching mass of bows and swords, Carlotta's mind revolved around the only thing she had not told her sisters, but they probably knew already. Only a miracle could save them. |

The main battle in the manor is located in the place where most events were held and most parties were celebrated. But right now was no time for celebrations. The castle’s hallway, the largest room in the place, is the centre of the entire invasion. That’s the best guess of the warrior whose job was to keep it. She had failed and would soon fail to regret it later. The invading forces, counted by hundreds and increasing, had formed a makeshift arena surrounding the orange haired young woman. A sea of warriors extended from the lip of her blades till the very walls of the immense room. Her weapon of choice, the twin moons. They are a vicious weapon of choice, if you asked me, consisting on mainly two blades in the shape of crescent moons with a grip set in the middle and two more on the far edge of the weapon. It’s a close quarters weapon that doubles as a medium range weapon with the grips on the extremes. This battle has been more than five hours of dancing between blades, arrows and lances. She had noticed their lack of intention on killing her right away since the horde is capable of overrunning her with their numbers. This was, somehow, a bother for it meant her enemy was not serious enough. With the passing hours, her strengths had been steadily decreasing but the enemy numbers had not. She didn’t knew the reason for this yet, and probably would not get a chance to find it out if things continued the way they were. Something was clear though, it was magical. Janelle had seen firsthand the veil surrounding the bluemoon castle and, after her strongest attack, became convinced there was no way to break thru it nor was for their enemy to make their way thru it. An arrow scratched, if ever so slightly, her left cheek. The dim smell of her own blood brings her back from her pondering. She was in the middle of the longest battle she had ever had. Exhaustion was already paying its toll and her movements were becoming sluggish by the minute. Soon she would pass out. But she wouldn’t go alone, would she? Her body count passed five hundreds by then. One thing bothered her, though. Strangely enough, there were no bodies littering the floor. She had approximately slayed around five hundred enemies…Where had all those bodies gone? Again caught thinking in the worst possible moment, Janelle missed two lance wielders as they jumped from behind the improvised ring and dived towards her. She was a second too late. She turned around only to see both lances cross an inch from her neck and push her to the floor while suffocating her. The lancers landed on her now extended arms, and kicked with all their might at her arms, while holding their lances onto the girls neck. She had been fighting for over five hours but still kicked about tried to free herself. She couldn’t, her body felt limp already. Lack of oxygen didn’t help. As both polearms had nailed her by the neck, two more warriors stepped from the crowd and rose their lances as well. With her yellow orbs, Janelle stared at the cat men as they brought the wooden poles at her belly with incredible force. She had little air in her lungs, and it all was shot out in an instant with a painful… Janelle: “Ugh!” That was the cue for her lights to go out. |

A large shadowy figure stood out in the middle of the corridor's darkness. It laid on its side and, only after a careful consideration, took a somewhat humanoid shape. It was Morvick's body... and it was sobbing? No, there was a little silohuete besides the large warrior's corpse. Besides the fallen warrior, kneeling on the ground and covering her eyes with her hands, was Orquidea. The purple haired girl sobbed slowly and faintly as all hope of her survival seemed to have vanished. Orquidea: "Why... why are they attacking us? What did father or mother ever did to them? Why did you had to die? What will I do on my own? There's no way I'll make it to safety... alone. I'm just a priestess." She had always thought less of her priestesshood, and right now she seemed to had been right all the time. What could priestess do? She had been in training little less than two years and she had not learn anything yet. Warriors and Mages were what most other regions had, why did the Bluemoons had Priestesses? What was the use of priestesses during such times? She had been so into her thinking that she missed the approaching steps. They belonged to more than a set of feet. With her back towards the secret stairway's dark depths, she didn't even see the movements the incoming group did. Her soft sobbing had brought their attention, apparently. Once they were close enough, one of them cackled loud enough for the catgirl to notice. Even if she got to her feet, it was too late for her. A massive hand quickly rushed to her neck and pulled the entireness of her small frame right in front of his face. A feral smile curled on his lips. Catman1: "Got one. I think it's the smallest..." There was only one thing she could do at this moment, which was scream for help. Even if noone came, it was her only choice. But the warrior's mighty grip on her neck held her scream inside her lungs. Panic took over, and soon new tears started pouring from her already reddened eyes. All she wanted was for them to leave her alone, to leave her family alone. As both men took a glimpse at the youngest bluemoon daughter, one of them cackled once more. Catman2: "Heh, ain't she a cute one. Let's have some fun with her, ne? No need to bring her to Biggis right away." The violet haired lass tried screaming after hearing those words. Again her pleas remained stuck on her sore throat, the man's grip being so tight. Her eyes gave away what filled her heart at the moment... fear. Fear pushed aside the pain coming from her neck, the solitude from a second ago and even the fact there was a dead catman beneath her feet. Her fragile body tremble. FMage1: "We have a name now. Thanks." The voice came from about twenty steps bellow, just where the stairway seemed to turn to the left. The dim torch light illuminated two figures standing by their sides and another one behind them. Their silluetes were hued in a blue tone. Hm? No, it was no torch light... but a palm sized fireball. As both men turn to face the source of such words, the one without any hostage at hand is hit in the face by the magical flame. His painful yelp is cut short as the flames made their way across the man's neck. A second later, his head collapsed to the floor and then was joined by the limp lifeless rest of his body. Dazzled by the attack, the other invasor missed seeing one of his enemies aproach him at full run and snatch the girl out of his hand, just in time as a new magical missile struck him on the neck as well. Suffering a similar fate to that his comrade had, the man's body fell to the ground on his back. Orquidea, out of sheer fear and surprise, had closed her eyes as soon as the first catman was stung by the magic attack. Once she opened them, her eyes swealled with tears once more and then she let her arms fall around the one who had saved her, her face dived into the other's chest, and her sobbing began once more. Orquidea couldn't have been ever happier to see her sisters. It was Elisia, fifth daughter of the King and Queen. Fabrizzia, the sixth daugther; and Natacia, the eighth. Fabrizzia: "Are you ok, Gi?" The purple haired lass nodded, still hiding her face between her other sister's breasts. Gi stood as a pet name for Giordana, Orquidea's middle name. Most of them had these kind of nicks, due to their long names. Elisia: "Were you going to the Portal, Gi?" Again the girl nodded. As panic poured away in her tears, her breathing started returning to normal. Natacia: "We just came from the Gateway Chamber. It's clear. You can thank god this is like a maze as well, just like the cellar. We were hidding somewhere else when we heard those guards mention something about someone crying. It's good to see we were right about following them." Fabrizzia: "It was MY idea." Elisia: "But I lead the way." Hearing all of her sisters' voices soothed Orquidea, who now sat on the ground besides Elisia. She was inspecting with her eyes the only familiar body. He wore the armor of that of a bluemoon captain. The man had a large gap on his back and his life fluids had tainted the floor bellow. Elisia: "You know him?" Orquidea: "He's Kari's personal guard captain. She asked him to take me to safety. And now he's dead because of me." One of the girls put a hand on the child's shoulder. Fabrizzia: "Don't be so hard on yourself, Gi. All these men and women are willing to die for your safety. Dad assured them and their families a great life. What better way to pay such a favor than giving his life for you. Besides it's the warriors way to die protecting that in which they believe, right?" None of them were warriors. There were two mages and two priestesses only. They blunty spoke of the warrior's way because of this. Marina or even Janelle would surelly think otherwise... and make sure they got the idea. Elisia: "Anyways... we must get back to that room. If we stay here... I'm sure they will find us. It's close so let's hurry." It was good to know they had such a large group, sure. It somehow gave them security. But what they all knew, and noone dared to say to the youngest daughter, was that they all were the weakest among the Bluemoon Daughters. Reiko: "Again" Just a single word, it was all that was needed to put the gears of this machine into motion. The swift movement of a whip flying across the air. A sharp female scream filled with pain. It was a beautiful rythm, at least to her grey eyes. Reiko stood by another female, the one whose yells echoed in the empty walls of the armory the Drakefang forces had taken as a provitional base until the entire Eclipse Fortress was taken. This woman was chained to two pillars and practically hanging from her wrists. Her strengths had given up long ago. Her throat was dry from screaming. This was her fifth round already. But she was only the first in the line of the four bluemoon daughter that had been trapped and where held to interrogation. Reiko: "I'm sure you know you can stop this anytime you want, kid. You're old enough to know this game. You give me something, I'll let you and your little sisters go. Now tell me, where is Queen Alexia?" The orange bangs covered most of her face where pain-filled tears and sweat mingled over her features. There were no visible eyes, but sure there was a smile in her feline lips. A smile that was hers and only hers. Janelle heaved soundly, regaining her strengths from the last torture session. Her back was exposed, and red stripes made it almost look naturally red. Even her hands stood witness to what she had endured. Her claws had appeared out of pain and had dug into her palms. The smell of blood only seemed to entice her interrogator and her butcher. Reiko: "I'm more than sure that it's not worth it, child. Tell me where your mother hides and I'll spare all of you." The orange haired catwoman mombled a couple of things that were only hearable to those with sensitive cat ears. She had only mouthed the words, but her captor had catched them out of her breath. Reiko: "So... you want to do me? Even after I've pushed you over your limit. Pretty interesting... I had heard the bluemoon girls had a thing for kinky stuff... Never thought it would end up being true. Heh." The silver haired general nodded at the man with the whip. This time there was no voice to warn Janelle from the whip and it caught her out of breath. Her scream didn't even made it out of her lips this time. Reiko had thought that Janelle, being the second general of the royal guard, would know the location of her mother and queen under this circunstances, but apparently she had either bet her money on the wrong horse, or the girl could surely take a beating. Their resistance was unique among her kind, she had learned that from her studies on the Bluemoon Forefathers. But either way this girl was a person... and as such she would die if pushed enough. Reiko: "Release her... I need her alive, after all." Her words were heeded by two men that unattached the chains from the wall and took their prisoner to an improvsised jail, where they threw the woman. Reiko's greys were set deeply on her next victim. She had confidential information on what had happened during her visit to Earth, and surely knew how to use it to her advantage. Reiko: "Bring me the second child. The mage. " Karina rose her head, and stared thru her black bangs at the woman. Why had she chosen her? She was not Natifah, advidor of the queen. Maybe... maybe she knew how to make her talk? About her breakdown? But... how? Shocked by this realizaton, the eldest present bluemoon daughter, made little struggle as she was lifted from the ground by one of the guards. Reiko: "Biggis, take her. Bring her into my chambers. I need you there as well. Leave that scum behind to watch over the three, ok?" Karina was paralyzed in shock. Her childhood trauma... had gotten completely over her. As the tall catman approached his fellow and took the young woman into his grip, the shuffling of the chains echoed in the corner of the room, where other of the girls was being held. Natifah: "W-wait! Don't do anything to Kari! I-I'll... I know... I'll tell you where mother is... please..." Natifah had stood to her feet, and light illuminated her face. There were marks on her cheeks, fist marks. She had gotten them when they were finally drained of their strengths during the battle of that narrow corridor. But it was her eyes what mostly caught Reiko's attention. She had that look you get when youbetray someone... the girl was serious. Reiko: "Finally. Ok. Now let's hear what you have to say, shall we?" It was all going as planned. They didn't need to capture all of the bluemoon daughters, just the key ones. They probably hadn't noticed it. It was brilliant and had been so carefully planned... it amused her. Finally she would know where the key element to her deeds hid herself. It would finally take them down victory lane. |
