She was early. Alyss lead Issac and Naru through the streets of Domino. It wasn't really the best place to be, H-Block considered, but then again it wasn't as if there would be more joining them. Oh, they had the run in with the poor idiot who thought the small family would be easy to handle with Issac knocked out, and since the poor bastard didn't notice that the empath had already sensed his malice and subtly told Naru and Alyss, it was a sharp and painful end of his escapee days. Quickly phoning the local police, they went on their way as the prisoner was picked up.

Now they stood in the shadow of the small park that was a short walk into the Shibuya district, and since two of the three never really got out much it was up to the only one with experience in this matter, which was Alyss. She had been out here on a girl's day out with Danielle, and that had ended on a pleasant note. She now looked for the two missing participants: Sting and Jade. The two of them weren't late, it was that the three were early. Issac had already flipped out his celllphone and was firing off a message to Jade. He had been using the thing a lot more these days.

To: Togami
Jade. Sub: Where are you?
Hey Jade, we're at the park outside Shibuya. You're still coming along, right?

Alyss sighed, knowing full well that she wasn't very much good with electronics, so she might as well use it now. But Sting could wait, as Naru was asking all sorts of questions. Smiling kindly, she sat down on a bench as Issac kept a watch with his senses. The small family looked like siblings, as they all were linked by Naru. She had his eyes, but her face and body was Alice's. The trio were pretty much oblivious to the last figure watching them from a distance, who didn't stand out from the crowd. She was pretty much fitting the 'enchantress' class, being dressed in what counted as skimpy clothing, despite her apparently young age.

Oh yes, our ever gender-swapping villan(ess?) was stalking the prey. She was already planning out what to do to cause maximum chaos. Maybe making the guy younger... the little girl older... oh hell, just a swap, no? Make everyone their equivalent opposites! Little girls would be big boys, and the like... oh, it was so much fun to tempt the boy first. Valjean smiled, walking past them and continuing on, getting a curious look from Issac. He recognized her malice and mischief, although it wasn't really very much of a specific thing. He read emotions, not minds, remember?

The cell phone was a dangerous thing to get in the middle of the road. The beeping that came from the text message went rather unheard, it reverted to the buzzing sensation in Jade's pocket to tell her what was going on. She was traveling, driving through town now after work, her black and purple motorcycle roaring with life. She pulled to the side of the road then, her gloved hands reaching into her pocket and flipping open the cell phone taking a look at the message. It was rather a bother that THAT was what she had stopped for, but really she couldnt blame the young man.

Jade was not a fan of her relationship with the man get out in the open, but honestly when he asked her to do something like this, she really couldnt refuse. She was a horrible sucker for him when he actually wanted something. A little strange? By far. She actually had a deep hope that it would end the same way that their night time visits went. It was extremely unlikely but hey, Jade could really hope for such a thing.

She grumbled reading the phone message, shoving it back into her pocket and taking back to the road. It didnt take her long to catch up to the trio, after all she was rather reckless and lucky when it came to driving. She paused a little in the distance, eying her lover, his best friend, and their daughter. Those three really did look like a loving family, Jade almost felt bad about herself, knowing that because of what she felt for Issac, he wouldnt be ending up in Alice or Alyss's bed.

The goth girl removed her helmet, shut off her motorcycle and took a step forward. She was wearing loose jeans, a leather jacket that she now unzipped to reveal a band t-shirt from some European rock endeavor. Her dark hair was pulled back into two clumps at the back of her head, which really didnt help her goth or tough look. Finally she took a deep breath and walked towards the trio, not knowing how much she could say about Issac then. The problem to that stemmed from their time being mostly a secret, and not even Naru knew.

"Hey."

Shortly after Jade showed up on the scene on her motorcycle, A shrill screech pierced the air. People honked their horns in fright and stepped on the gas to get out of the way as a heavy black van skidded around the corner and rumbled on down the street. As it drew closer, the paint job became clear; flame decals covered nearly the entire back half of the car, and the words "Sting Rulez" were painted on the windshield in gold. The large car squealed to a sharp stop at the curb, only about a foot away from Jade's motorcycle. Something rumbled around inside the van, causing the whole thing to rock back and forth as if several large things were being shoved around inside. The windows were tined so it was difficult to see inside. Finally, something fell over inside with a loud "ker-thunk!" and the front door on the drivers side popped open.

Sting hopped out of the drivers seat of the van and landed on the edge of the curb. His face was the same as ever; His wide blue eyes and goofy smile hadn't changed. But the rest of him had. Rather than crazy spikes, his blonde hair was neatly combed and gelled, and he had actually shaved, though his sparse chin fuzz was still present. He had on jeans without any holes or tears, and a white, perfectly ironed button down shirt. Though the change was certainly momentous, Sting still had that mischevious gleam in his eyes that showed that despite his change in clothes, he was still the same inside. Sting stepped across the curb, and several housecats tumbled out of the car behind him and ran off.

"Hey gang!" Sting said, giving a little wave at the four who had arrived before him. He spread his arms wide to show off his surprising change in outfit. "Check it out. I went shopping!" He said this as if he didn't even know what shopping was, and with a guy like Sting, that may actually be true. "And hey, Alyss." Sting smiled again, though it wasn't the wide childlike grin he usually flaunted. "So whats goin' down here?"

Issac smiled briefly as Jade's emotional profile popped up in his senses. It was very familiar to him, and he wondered that since they had been in such close proximity to each other for so long that he had forged a link between him and Jade. The true extent of his empathy was confusing, as he had to be intimate with other people to feel their emotions at their fullest. Others he just felt, like how you would feel heat from a flame. With that in thought, he gently sacrificed his ability to sense with his other senses, substituting it for greater ability to feel emotions. Alyss and Naru were content, although there was a hint of nervousness. Then... hmm, it seemed that Jade was rather confused, like when she was with him last time. Back at her dorm room. She was seeing him with his family. His daughter, best friend since childhood and practically the mother of his genetic daughter, although it wasn't his fault that Naru had popped up. It was Jiro's. But that was the past now.

He sighed, watching mother and daughter chat as he walked forwards to meet Jade. Issac smiled, happy to see the girl that as his lover. It wasn't cheating on Alice, since the two of them lead separate romantic lives. They were brother and sister, mostly. He couldn't say that they were only siblings, though. Naru was a different case, and much less confusing. She was his sister and daughter rolled into one, although it wasn't because of his mother. She was sisterly in soul, daughterlike by blood. But nonetheless she was someone he had to take care of, as an obligation to opening his eyes about what Jiro was doing. He finished his thinking, and smiled at Jade.

"Morning... I think its going to hit noon in about half an hour." He shrugged. "Glad you could make it. There's a group of us, so don't worry about anything."

He knew her well, knew her fears, her likes and what turned her on, to be frank. She wasn't his distant lover, they got close often. Very close, very often. He smiled and began to walk back to Naru and Alice, the former of which soon saw her good ole drinking buddy and friend. She leaped up, smiling and waving as the two approached. "Jade!" Naru continued to smile, oblivious to Jade and her father's relationship. She smiled and turned around to a source of noise. Issac became alert, and his hand began to go for his knives. Alyss did the same, standing up and dreading what was almost definitely coming. "That better not be him."

Sting seemed to holler around the corner, and soon the two who already went for their blades relaxed. Naru turned around, and also waved her metal arm, welcoming him. The guy was crazy, he was creepy and he had hugged her for no reason than she was 'bite-sized', which had annoyed her a lot. Sure, she had kneed him in the crotch and knocked him down, but the guy turned out to be a little bit better than he had initially appeared. But then again, Alyss' stride was a little bit quicker than it should have been. She huffed in annoyance, looking at Sting with those violent eyes. Not violet, the color, but violent, promising pain if he screwed around like that.

"Sting... you promised me something, right? Seriously, if you're losing control, slow down."

He was a wonderful sight really. Though Jade wouldn’t admit it, she had very strange feelings in the way of care for the man who she often shared a bed with. It was a bit less then love, but certainly more then pure lust. It was more like she was just happy being around him. Something she absolutely hate to admit. Hell, she tried her best not to even think it, to feel it inside her. She finally started to understand why her uncle hated psychics so damn much, anyone who can get in your head can know your most private thoughts, your most private feelings, wants and needs. Jade needed privacy in her own head, without it she might as well be naked and wandering around in the middle of a busy street.

So why the hell had she fallen for a freakin’ empath! She honestly didn’t know that much about him, oh she’d gathered a few things from their late conversations, and going digging around in his dorm room while waiting. What? You thought when she broke in wearing nothing but a skirt and collar she just sat there on the bed waiting? Girls get a little bored you know! But that isnt the point. He came right up and greeted her, exactly the kind of thing she needed. To feel a little comforted in this strange endeavor, it wasn’t like she went out with that many other people regularly.

“Sure…” She barely managed to get anything out of her mouth before Issac turned about and continued on back to the gathered group. She was a little shocked quite honestly, not by how he acted, but by Naru. Jade had long accepted that in public she probably would be identified at most as a drinking buddy, an arrangement she had originally fought for. The problem was how much Naru had taken to her. Honestly she hadnt thought they had made nearly enough of a connection, what with sharing a few beers and hiding from their mothers beneath the water. Would Naru be even half this pleased to see Jade if she knew that Jade had the relationship with her father, that Jade found that the guest bed in Issac’s room gave her the best night’s sleep. Not because of the actions, but because it smelled like Issac now, Issac and a few other things, but Jade could smell just him when she was there.

She watched him return to the happy family that he belonged in. Doing her best to flush such thoughts from her brain, to remove the feelings so that Issac wouldn’t get the chance to catch onto them. She was getting better at it, but no one was perfect. Thankfully something rather, large and strange occurred to save her thought from the scathing powers of Mr. Naku. A van, and another man. Both the van and the man screamed shenanigans and nonsense. The way he moved, he was trying to impress them, well one of them obviously. It didn’t take a rocket science to tell that he was trying to impress Alyss, which meant he probably wanted to date her. Jade didn’t know Alyss that well, or Alice for that matter. She had met the other girl twice, recently at the hotsprings and before at the bar where she had met Issac. Honestly Jade couldn’t remember that much of the day until she was following the lad home. Which as we all know, is for the best.

Jade stared on for another moment, reaching deep into one of her pockets and removing a crumpled pack of cigarettes, one of the valued objects she always carried around. She knew Issac didn’t approve, but what exactly was he going to say about it out here? She slid one of the sticks between her lips and lit up, inhaling the sweet smoke of her nicotine addiction before marching forward to greet the group properly.

“Hey Naru, nice to see you again. Sorry, think we have to go today sober.” The quasi goth smiled and shrugged at this, giving the appearance that she was actually kidding about being a lush. Rather strange in the end.

Sting ears almost drooped as Alyss scolded him. "Right, Sorry..." He looked down and away, like a little kid who was ashamed at being caught with his hand in the cookie jar. It wasn't his fault he had such a large flair for the dramatic. He just liked to do things in style, was all. Style was one of the most important things in Sting's book. "I'll be chill, don't worry." He said, looking back at Alyss. Sting was briefly entranced by those frightfully angry eyes, that glared with the kind of intensity that could cure severe indigestion. And it actually had, once. Sting had learned since that incident, and had gone for a few breath mints rather than a whole box of thin mints. And then Sting started, apparantly remembering something. "Hold on one sec," He said quickly, and turned back to his van.

"Yo, Jacques. J'ai besoin de vous pour tirer la voiture autour. Et ne courez pas dans n'importe quoi cette fois!"

A swarthy looking man with a scar over one eye rolled down the window and leaned out the side, shouting back at Sting in angry French. Sting scowled, and then replied.

"Vous pouvez manquer une de vos leçons de danse ! C'est important ! Vous me faites le mauvais de regard devant mon ange vierge."

The man grumbled, but rolled up the window as he started the car. After a moment, the van rumbled to life, and squeaked around the side of the building they were all standing in front of. Sting watched him leave, and then turned back to Alyss and rest. "Er, sorry about that too. Jacques is such a drama queen. He'll achieve his dream someday, though..." Sting looked wistfully over Alyss' shoulder, but the force of her glare snapped him back into reality. "Right, then." Sting then spied Naru for the first time, as she was much smaller than he and Sting had a tendency not to notice things out of his direct line of sight. "Hey Naru!" He said in an upbeat tone. The silvery metal symbiote that he carried around with him slithered out from one of his cuffs like a snake, and formed itself into a child-sized hand that waved at the little girl.

Sting then turned his attentions towards the other couple in attendance, Issac Naku and that goth girl Jade. Izzy was cool in Sting's book, but he didn't know much about Jade. "'Sup Izzy," He said casually. "And who'se your lady friend?" Sting recognized the goth from around school, but liked to give the impression that he knew less than he really did.

To be frank, he couldn't read minds. Sure, he could feel emotions, but right now it seemed that it would be a good idea to tune it down. There were starting to be lots of other people, and it would quickly overload his senses if he wasn't careful. He smiled weakly as his eyes seemed to darken. Issac had been getting a better feel for his empathy now, more so than since he first started. Finding the bells and whistles, to be honest. He had tuned it down, practically squelching his sixth sense. He didn't want to continue on with the headache he was already picking up from Alyss and Sting. They had some chemistry, he had to admit, and they also were pretty suited to each other. Both were stupidly crazy...

Shaking his head ruefully, he accepted Naru's hand, and saw that the girl had stretched out her other one to grab Jade's. She was growing up around very good people. Issac had to smile. Maybe she could forget about the various things that had happened to her up until now. Maybe she could be happy, without having to fight. What a dream that would be. He sighed. "Well, I think that's everyone. So Jade, what's this about going it sober?" Issac shot a glance at Naru, who bowed her head. She had a hangover from hell, and that wasn't too good.

The youngest of the five blushed, knowing that even the smallest of connections was a friendship to her. She was desperate for people to call friends, and that was her way of forgetting her friendless past. Naru continued on, grasping for Jade's arm. She saw a figure watching them, but thought nothing of it. Her metal arms were cold and she then watched Sting wave at her with a version of her powers. Well, they probably were both versions of each others, a metal ball that was always shifting, constantly reshaping into different things. It was interesting to see.

"Hiya Sting!"

She waved back, and then smiled. Another friend. She was surrounded by them now, with Issac and Alice. There were these two, Sting and Jade, Mark, Linda... Eli... where was he, anyway? The demon who gave her the claws... she really missed her first friend, too. Her original, false parents were cold to her, but they looked after the 'little freak'. She saddened for a second. Then Naru wrapped herself in joy again, smiling widely as she re-joined the rest of the group. Alyss wasn't too happy, it seemed. And Sting was shouting out in some funny language. There was plenty that she didn't know about.

"Sting, what were you saying?"

Both mother and daughter repeated the same words, but in different tones. Alyss' was exasperated, Naru was curious. But either way, Alyss smiled. At least he wasn't shouting rudely in some language that Naru could understand. She made herself believe that he had thought of that when he started blabbing in French. She looked at him warmly, then shrugged it off. "Forget it. Just... who'se the drama queen? I'm pretty sure this Jacques doesn't let himself splatter against shatter-proof windows, Sting." Her smile widened, and she turned to face Jade and Issac.

The empath explained; "Jade's a friend I met a while ago. We're... good friends. Thought I'd drag her along, since I don't think Naru could count as my date." He smiled, and jumped as Naru tried to hack at his shins. Her other foot whipped out, cutting at the back of his knees. Issac's knees buckled, and he quickly caught himself. "Okay, that hurt." He smiled, and Naru gave him a final toe to the ankle before laughing. Alyss joined in with the laugher, and then looked at Jade and Sting.

"Well, I guess we should head out. Who wants some lunch?"

Her hand was grabbed. This never happened to Jade. Usually when people touched her she tried to break their hands, but here the younger girl grabbed onto her arm and the goth girl didn’t even flinch or blink. Jade wasn’t trying to impress Naru, though it would definitely help out a little to get on the girl’s good side by the time she found out what was going on between Issac and Jade. It was through a strange attachment to the enthusiastic female that Jade accepted the cold metal on her arm with a strange half smile, a feature that she often didn’t get on her face. Then Issac asked something that wasn’t really a secret.

“What? I already told you Naru and I had a few beers back in the hotspring.” Jade shrugged and eyed the little girl a little. It kinda made her sad. When Jade was Naru’s age she was already defacing monuments, smoking like a chimney, cursing, drinking and practicing black magic. Oh yeah, Jade was a witch, not some creepy horrible person witch, but owns an actual cauldron and casts spells on people witch. Though her coven only seemed to get together on special occasions these days…Halloween at her house was always a very special event.

Sting bothered her now. Jade wasn’t going to try and hide this fact. Apparently he was a rich kid with a manservant who he didn’t even treat decently. Sure Jade come from money, and yes they had a servant who…well was actually a mentally diminutive clone that her mother used for sexual gratification, but at least she wasn’t…oh hell. Yeah Jade’s family was just as bad, but the goth girl treated people better then that! Especially when they didn’t even have the decency to shout about in a language they understood. Jade only knew it as French, and as from an old English family, she had a natural hated for those damn tall horse arsehole eating bastards!

The horrible female took a very long drag of her cigarette and puffed out smoke eying the kid who had just shown up and tried to brag about. So his name was Sting huh? At least that’s what the other girls were referring to him as. The goth girl was already fantasizing about putting the smoldering stick of cancer out in his damn Frenchman eye. She wondered if he sounded like a girl when he screamed. Unfortunately she got distracted when Issac tried to explain who she was. A friend? Well that was fair enough, it wasn’t like they had ever even been on a date. And it would be pretty awkward for him just to out and say ‘I fuck her when I feel like it or when she breaks in’.

“I don’t know, Naru might prefer to be your date then mine.” It was a nice enough joke then. Besides, its not like this could even be called a real date. Issac and Alyss had brought their daughter along!

“Long as it isnt waffles I can eat.” And as a final joke, lets just say she did want to ‘eat’ something that was fairly meaty, but it wasn’t on the menu at any restaurant.

"Forget it. Just... who'se the drama queen? I'm pretty sure this Jacques doesn't let himself splatter against shatter-proof windows, Sting."

Sting scowled, looking away in irritation. Stupid school construction workers. All that Karma he'd built up from breaking the new windows every time they were replaced had finally bitten him in the ass. "It wasn't my fault," He grumbled, "Those guys just finally got smart." And then he said, under his breath, "Though that won't stop me from replacing them later..." Sting brightened up then, brushing off the indignation that he still felt from leaping into a window in what he thought was a kickass and dramatic entrance. He'd already stolen a few of the new windows, anyway. Coincidentally, several of them were currently stored in the back of the van that Jacques was driving as the spoke.

"Oh ho, I see." Sting's smirked at Izzy when he said that he and Jade were just 'good friends.' "Riiiiight, Izzy. Juuuust good friends. Wink wink nudge nudge know what I mean, know what I mean?" Sting chuckled inwardly at his clever reference to Monty Python, and spun away from Izzy with a fleeting wry look. His eyes briefly locked onto Jade's, and felt a sudden wave of malevolence directed at him. You didn't have to be an empath to tell when somebody had it in for you. What could he have possibly done to piss her off? He didn't recall ever using her as the target of his shenanigans... Hm, it was a mystery. But, Sting knew a sure-fire way to make amends with anybody!

Sting turned away from Jade, completely missing her last little quip about not wanting to eat waffles. Either that, or he simply chose not to hear it. Such were the strange and copious talents of Sting. "Lunch, ay?" Sting said jovially, making it painfully obvious that he had some sort of Stingish idea brewing in his head. "I know just the place!"

Naru hung from the hand of her father, and her father's lover, who was also her own (and first) drinking buddy. She had gotten a wicked headache the next morning, and was probably going to be sick a few more times after this, should she consume more of that liquid. Issac wasn't very good at the fathering game, but he knew enough to know that leaving his daughter to drink herself into oblivion was a bad idea. While Jade was a very... energetic friend, they were all good and well, he didn't like some of her habits. Like smoking, for one. But then again, there were the moments like this one, with her smiling and Naru hanging off the two of them... it looked odd.

Issac looked nervously at Jade, seeing Naru's brighter, more sunnier disposition had both surprised him and... kind of creeped him out. That, and the way she was hanging off both him and Jade... it quite frankly scared him. He looked back at Sting, who was both a good friend and constant thorn in his side, disrupting things with his dynamic entries. But that was more than made up for with his bright smiles and sincerity. The guy didn't try and bluff that he was acting happy. He truly was. Issac appreciated that in a person. He continued to walk along, until the five of them were standing in a rough circle.

Alyss smiled warmly. "Its nice to know that you've smartened up too, Sting." She liked it better when he was a little more down to earth, although that wasn't happening anytime soon, as it seemed. Alice 'poked' her older self's head in spite of that, and she quickly floated away, seemingly. Sighing, Alyss had figured out why that was, and she gently punched Sting's arm. "Baka. This is probably their first date together." She knew that, seeing as Alice and Naru spent a lot of time with Issac, Mark and their friends. Mostly chatting over contracts.

The empath smiled ruefully, shrugging and jerking at Naru's hand. "Lets ask her, shall we?" The girl simply looked away, and he shrugged. "Oh, and my empathy's been screwed over. Too much people, it overloads my senses. I've learned to tune it down a little." But not completely. Touch was his main pathway of empathic sensing now. He left it at that, and looked around him. The banter was comforting, and he shrugged it off. "Well, waffles... dunno, might as well take a peek around the place to see what they've got."

Alyss nodded and looked down the street, then at the overwatch. Jade, Naru and Issac, all to make sure that no H-Block prisoners didn't try and get gropey with Alice. "Right then, lets head off!" Grinning, she lead the way, grabbing Sting's hand and leading him along. It seemed like she owed it to him, at least to just reward his efforts for trying to start something with her. Naru began dragging Issac and his date along, while the empath stumbled on the first step. Chuckling, they broke into a canter to catch up with the other two.

Valjean watched from a bench the other side, before picking herself up off the seat and walked to follow them. Smiling, she picked her first target.

She didnt want to admit it, who possibly would? But in all honesty, Jade was starting to warm up to Naru. There was something just innocent about the other girl. That should have been a death sentence, since whenever Jade saw something pure or innocent, she wanted to corrupt it right off the bat. Sure she had started getting the girl drinking, and was very tempted to get Naru to try her cigarettes, but at the end of the day...she liked the younger girl just to be there. It was the sweetness of youth that caused the girl to hang off them. And in all honesty Jade didnt mind it.

It would have been a very sweet touching moment. Issac, Naru and Jade walking together like a real sweet group. It was ruined by Sting's rather tasteless (for the time) joke. It then got slightly worse. Alice there, was talking about how it was probably their first date. This was one of the worst things Jade could hear, because it was damn true. She did her best not to blush, a very feminine characteristic that she had tried to wipe out. The problem was that despite all her best efforts her cheeks turned slightly pinker. Something she didnt want to explain properly.

She got control quickly enough. Lulling the cigarette in between her lips to one side of her mouth, she spoke freely without real difficulty. It should have been obvious that she wasnt going to say anything even remotely nice. "Issac. Can I shoot the frenchie? I got a gun right in my pocket." She wasnt lying, it was a small gun, but it would be enough to kill Sting, at least tear into his gooey good bits. Why wouldnt she bring a gun? She was a rather violent person after all. Especially one who didnt much care if she was breaking the law. The only thing she even considered would be bad, was Naru would see her playing with a gun.

Of course when the group started to move, Jade went along with them. She wasnt smiling about it. Alice, or Alyss she didnt exactly care that much for. Not a hate just 'who the hell are you' kind of thing. There was frenchie who she wanted to shoot, Naru who she actually liked, and Issac who she did a bit more then like. This is absolutely not how she imagined her first 'date' with Issac would be.

Bliss! Sting practically melted when Alyss grabbed his hand. Despite the fact that she still had her gloves on (his hands would be all explody if they weren't), Sting could feel the warmth of her hand through the material. He mentally noted that her hands were a lot smaller than his. That tickled him. somehow. As she set off, Sting blissfully allowed himself to be dragged along behind her. "This is the best day of my life--" Sting mumbled drunkely to himself. Getting to hold Alyss's hand was even better than feeling up that Indian chick with the big rack, Rebecca. Plus, there was the added bonus of not getting thrown through a door afterwards. Who knew? Through the rosy haze that had settled over his eyes, Sting saw a woman on the other side of the road was watching them, and had begun to follow after them. He of course payed no attention.

"Issac. Can I shoot the frenchie? I got a gun right in my pocket."

"What? What did I do?"

Sting snapped out of his blissful state and locked Jade with a dismayed look. Seriously, what did he do? And also, Frenchie? Sting took that somewhat offensively. "Frenchie? I'm barely French!" Even though he sounded miffed, he was still stumbling after Alyss with a weak-kneed gait. "And besides, French people are romantic. Whats wrong with that?" Yeah! French was the language of love, son. Gay Paris, or whatever the phrase was. Sting had never actually been to Paris for precisely that reason. If a whole city could be gay, Sting was sure as hell staying away from there.

"Izzy, you're gal-pal is going to kill me. Make her stop." Wow, what a bad time to be unarmed. Mostly. He still had his combat knife, but has seen it prudent to leave his trusty pistol begind. Alyss wouldn't have liked that.

Issac was a little shocked at the suggestion that Jade would shoot Sting, as well as the fact that he didn't doubt her honesty at times like this. But he had good reason not to let her shoot Sting, for the moment, at least. They were in front of Naru, and shooting someone in cold blood wasn't a good thing to get into the habit of. Then there was the question of accuracy, since Sting's outline was overlapping with Alyss', and white her shots would doubtless hit Sting, over-penetration had happened to other people too. Even with those small-caliber jobs. Issac shook his head firmly, seeing as attracting attention would be a little bad for them as well. He looked at Alyss, and let the two of them widen the gap between the two groups.

"Right, I'll take Jade and Naru off to somewhere with waffles! You two have fun!"

Oh shit. He was feeling like a father just then.

That was creepy.

Alyss had to smile at that comment, she shrugged, and let go of Sting's hand, slowing down and then looking at Jade. "Don't shoot! I actually want to have a date! Give the boy a chance!" She smiled, and then turned back to Sting. He was claiming to be romantic French, yet not French at the same time. "No, seriously, Sting. Tune it down before I step out of the firing line and join in with Jade and the shooting, okay?" She shook her head ruefully, wondering why she liked this guy enough to date him. Well, his persistence, for one thing. And you had to admit, he wasn't going to make her eyes bleed anytime soon. "Right then, lets head off before Jade starts shooting." Grinning, Alyss waved 'see you soon' to the others and began to head off with Sting. She felt a little betrayed, but she knew how Issac ticked: he probably didn't want to mix Sting and Jade.

And all this time, Naru was simply hanging off Issac and Jade's hands. She wondered what all the fuss was about. Sure, she knew about what a gun was. Truth be told, the only time she wasn't afraid of guns were when it was in the hands of Mark Foley. He was a great friend to her, and the guy would sometimes babysit her when he was free. And his (dare she say it?) girlfriend had almost given her a new name! Naru shrugged it off, and began another thought: What was a waffle, anyway? She looked up to Issac, then Jade, then to the ground. "Um... Jade? What is a waffle?" Issac sputtered in disbelief, and then saw the food-court. She might as well find out soon enough.

"Its over that way, we'll have some for lunch."

- - - - -

Valjean walked past Issac and his two girls, slipping by with barely a whisper of sound. The only way to describe her now was a head-turner. She had let her hair loose, letting its waist length, chestnut brown hair flow in the mid-morning breeze. Her golden eyes looked at their surroundings, and then into the reflection of a store-front. Firstly she checked her dress: Sleeveless hooded sweater, and baggy cargo shorts. They cut off at her knees, and teased the boys into imagining what was up those pants. Admittedly, Valjean's dress was all about teasing people. They gave a hint of the luscious curves, yet covered most of them up, making people wonder why she hid those things. Made people think. That distracted them from other things, too.

Alright, she already marked one girl as a plaything, wondering what she should do to her age. Or maybe her gender? Valjean continued to consider this.

"Waffles? No. No waffles." She had been shocked. Maybe he misheard her earlier, or had forgotten. No matter. The goth female did not enjoy that delightful breakfast treat in the least bit. The smell and taste of them haunted her in her nightmares. That however is not a story even remotely important enough to talk about now. There were so many other things to point out. Like how simply asking if she could shoot a guy had caused the group to seperate so quickly. It was more then a little shocking to anyone who knew what was going on that Alyss would willingly go anywhere with Sting. To Jade however, it just looked like a young couple. Which made her slightly sick to her stomach. She had never been one for romance.

He was calling her Issac's 'gal-pal' which was slightly better. Not that it really described how they were, but she probably wouldnt want a guy like that knowing what she intended to do with Issac every chance she got. That would also be extremely inappropriate for Naru to hear, and once again, for some nonsensical reason Jade actually liked the younger girl.

"French people are as romantic as a pike up the arse." Oh my she wasnt very pleased at all about Sting. They didnt have to interact though, so have no fear no one should be getting shot this day. Which was an interesting point, Issac seemed to have the greatest fear that Jade would miss. While certainly it was a small gun, light and different from the hand cannons she usually enjoyed the use of, she was still the child of a gunsmith and was used to the damn things from a very young age. Even drunk she could hit a target from several hundred yards with practically anything that went boom. That too though, is a story for another time.

Then there was Naru's question. A flabbergasting little thing that Jade could only find solace in trying to explain.

"A waffle is a horrifying concoction of fried batter in a honeycomb like pattern. Most often eaten by little old ladies and annoying drunks who dont understand that people enjoy eating meat." Bitter much?

"With food you're going to explain to me who the hell frenchie is, and give me a good reason why I cant just shoot him." At least she was being somewhat reasonable.

Sting whimpered to himself when Alyss let go of his hand. A few sweet seconds of heaven... But it was probably for the best. Any longer and Sting would have died from happiness and would have gone to heaven for real. To live forever in a paradise of beer volacanoes and stripper factories... And Jade was still going on about French people! Sting didn't consider himself to be that French. He had been born there and lived there for the majority of his life, but Sting had been strictly raised by his dad to be as American as was physically possible. Sting only considered himself French when it came down to his passion for wine (or most alchohol in general), his love of cheese, and his distinctly French sense of romance, and really, thats where it counts.

"Oh yeah?" Sting retorted, "I'll show you romantic!" Sting smiled triumphantly at Jade, and headed after Alyss. He looked back at Jade and Issac, and sent them a look saying, "Oh, it's on. It's so on." Being able to communicate through dramatic looks was yet another benefit of being French, by the way.

Sting hurried to catch up with Alyss, who had in her usual fashion took off without waiting for him to finish defending his French honor. And of course, Sting was going to back up his boast. When Jade next saw him, he'd have romanced Alyss so hard that she'd be in some sort of weird romance coma, or something. Aw yeah. Still trailing behind her somewhat, Sting whipped out a hand mirror from somewhere in his shirt and used it to look at himself while he quickly combed his hair even more. "So Alyss," Sting said amiably, squirrling the comb away somewhere on his body, "Do you have anything in mind for lunch? I'll go anywhere you want!"

Sting was about to put away the hand mirror as well, but noticed something just over his shoulder in it's reflection. The same lady, the one Sting had seen a minute earlier, was now on the same side of the road as them, and seemed like she might be following them. Sting might not have noticed it, but he had a good memory for faces, especially for those of pretty girls. On top of that, he had a weird, instinctual feeling about this lady, that didn't have anything to do with the usual instinctual feelings he had about girls.

"Wha? Didn't you say you just wanted waffles?" Issac looked at Jade curiously, wondering what the reasoning behind her wish for waffles was about. Oh boy, now Naru was going to be stubborn about it. But then again, Issac had to admit he may have been a little confused at what had just been said. After all, he was still just a teenager... with a lover, a daughter, and a sister that genetically mothered that daughter. Hey, it was AHS. Shit happens in this world. But at AHS, weird shit happens. And Naru was still wanting to get a taste of waffles. She wouldn't take no for an answer. Oh well, bear with me, Jade. Issac smiled apologetically, and wondered why else the group split apart.

Well, Sting's protection, probably. Jade was threatening to shoot him, but hopefully they would be able to meet after lunch without incident. And Issac himself had to admit; he felt a twinge of jealousy at Alyss and Sting. The two looked good, but probably his personality could use a tweak. Ruefully shaking his head, he glanced down at a confused Naru. She seemed pretty much out of it already. Her eyes asked what was going on, and Issac smiled. "Well, lets get some lunch. Jade, take your pick, I'm treating." It was the least he could do, with her actually not simply shooting Sting and walking off with Issac in tow, probably off to throw him somewhere, say, his spare bed. Naru listened intently to the two of them, before a sudden urge took over. Oops, someone forgot to go when they left.

"Ah... sorry, I have to go... you know..."

She inclined her head towards the toilets, found at the edge of the courtyard they were coming up to. It was a food court, too, with stalls intermixed with stores and the occasional mini-garden, which also substituted as the tables where groups could sit. Smaller tables and chairs were given to the more conventional eaters. Naru disengaged her gloved hands, and dashed off towards the toilets, almost crashing into a jogger, one with short shorts an a sleeveless hoodie. Her backpack wobbled as she threw herself backwards to avoid the little girl. The jogger looked at where she came, then to where she was going, and jogged off around the corner.

- - - - -

Alyss was thinking the same thing. She had first met this guy because he was peeping on a girl's evening in the hot-springs. He almost ate his video camera battery as well. Transmuted video camera battery. High explosive. Alyss sighed, leading him on and then stopping short as he pulled out the hand mirror. Sheesh, vanity freak! Alyss herself rarely used things like that, preferring instead to simply rake her hair with a comb each morning, and see what she could do (literally) blindfolded. Naru helped, in some cases. And she did the same for the girl when she wanted to do up her own hair. Which was a rare case, actually.

"Well, Sting. I think Issac is doing a little better than you are."

She gently pushed him, and sighed. It wasn't like changing his hairstyle would help, anyway. Alyss continued where she was going, heading off into the courtyard. She could see Issac and Jade in the distance, and the sweep of her daughter's feet told her it was a natural reason that she was separate from her father. She saw a girl, not much older than herself, walk in with Naru, just behind her. Shrugging it off, it was a pretty normal thing. But something at the back of her mind niggled her, told her something was wrong. She sighed, and tried to distract herself with Sting.

"So, lets see... I think its fair of we have something French for lunch, yeah?"

Hey, she was on a date. Don't knock her for trying to enjoy it.

- - - - -

Naru was done with her... business. She stepped out, washing her metal hands on the sink. She was too low down to see the reflection on the mirror, and didn't feel the girl's touch until her hands wrapped around her neck. It was a gentle touch, like a massage. "Such a cute little thing you are." It was a voice, loaded with malice and false praise. Naru whirled around, but in a blur of motion, she was on the ground, her arm twisted around behind her. Ouch. That really, really hurt. "Alright, just sit still, I don't want anything from you. Just... hmm, I think I'll give you a little something for a gift." Her clothes were removed, and soon there was the touch of a cold hand against the back of her neck. There was a chuckle, and Naru felt her body change. It was getting bigger, especially in her upper chest. She felt her hair grow, her legs, everything. When the sensation was gone, so was the stranger. Outside skipped a younger girl, featuring Naru's jeans and shirt, but covered in a baggy sweater that was a few sizes too big.

Issac looked around, checking the air. There was something in it... emotionally. He let his chokehold on his empathy slip, feeling more about the air around him. Someone was in shock. Emotional shock... it was in the public toilets... Naru! He looked at his date of sorts, Jade. "Naru's in trouble. Get your pistol." Issac began to run, weaving in between the other couples out to play. Something was really, really wrong. He couldn't believe this, no way... was Naru really in trouble? She seemed to be in denial about something... what was it? So many questions ran through his head. So many things he might find out. Was she dying? Had she been attacked?

Getting up, Naru checked herself over. She felt weight on her chest. What the... her hands touched a pair of breasts, and the cold metallic touch caused her to wince. Her arms were longer. Slender, delicate fingers. Naru stood up, and found herself in a much higher elevation than should be normal. She looked into the mirror. Her mother... no, herself stared back. "No way... no freaking way that..." She looked down. Her body had changed. Much of it had grown. She looked much like Alyss, only with a few more changes. She had smooth, slender curves. That bit was like Alyss. The main difference was that her chest was a little larger, her face a little sharper. She still retained the shoulder length hair, which had shortened into something akin to a pageboy cut. Her surroundings were: The standard toilet.

And a small pile of clothes. She still had her coat, but that was far to small now. A set of ladies underwear, a pair of cargo shorts and a shirt. Oh, and a small backpack which contained all these things. Naru's disbelieving senses clicked. Instinct took over, helped along by the damsel rule:

She screamed.

Alyss whirled around in the middle of the process of picking which french stall to actually buy food from. It was her daughter's scream, although distorted by the changes to her body. Alyss ran, ran for all she was worth. Former assassin or not, Naru was still her blood. Blood shared with Issac's. She was Alyss' daughter, for goodness sake. Issac and Jade beat them to the place, and her eye saw her daughter's coat, but not the same person. Valjean's brown going on orange form almost thundered into them, and was past them before they could realize it. But that wasn't the matter now. Naru was in trouble. She was right behind Jade when her veritable sister was revealed in her nude figure.

"Who the hell!?"

"I said...you know what. Not important." That was one way to end the conversation. Jade was slightly annoyed, no doubt about that. But she could endure it, little Naru wanted waffles and Jade was sure they would have food that was anything but wafflelike that she could consume. For the most part she could ignore the french man. Issac didnt want her to shoot him and, well if she shot him while fun, it would severely damage her ability to get on his penis. Which you know, was sadly the part of him she valued the most at the moment.

Her pick for what she wanted to eat for lunch? What Jade really wanted to put in her mouth, she certainly couldnt say around Naru. The girl then had to focus on something else, pick a good place that she could actually tolerate the food from. While she did love a good curry, it was doubtful this place had one. Hmm, the polite and proper thing would be to ask Naru and let her choose. Yes, that was the right thing. Jade decided that she'd let Naru decide on where to eat but, quite frankly, the little girl swung away and headed to the bathroom. No explanation was needed for that one. As soon as the little one was out of earshot, Jade turned to the lad and said.

"When this date is over. You better be fucking me senseless. You owe me." Being on a date with Issac was one thing, but this was one spectacle she did not enjoy. Her idea of a date would just be Issac and herself, while spending time with Naru was extremely nice...bringing your daughter along no longer made it count as a date. "I mean it, I dont want to be able to walk afterwards."

There was the chance that Issac would have replied, but they were soon distracted by the crazy feeling in the man's head. Sometimes empathy, telepathy, or any other pathy was a good thing. For him it was quite often, and for Naru it was a wonderful thing right now. Jade didnt need to be told what to do. She pulled her gun out of her coat pocket. It was small, tight, something that would injure and call it a day. She went running for the bathroom, knowing that it was the obvious place for them to find little Naru.

What they found was not little Naru. In fact, the first reaction Jade had when she came on the girl was 'damn, she's hot'. Something that she only planned to tell Issac in private, or if their relationship ended, to Naru in an attempt for a lesbian relationship. Not little Naru, was just that attractive. Of course Jade didnt know it was Naru, she could only take the guess that whoever it was, knew something important.

"Um...naked girl. Have you seen a small girl, about yay tall, metal hands?"

Sting's eyes went all wide as Alyss caught him preening, like a deer in headlights. He quickly stashed the mirror away so fast that Alyss wouldn't even be able to see where he stuck it, and made a point of looking nanchalant. "Er, so?" He said casually. Sting didn't want to sound like some sort of narcis... narsisc.. guy who's in love with himself on the first date. "I spent three hours on my hair this morning, I don't want it to get all messy so fast." That part was true. Sting had skipped breakfast just to sort through the snarly blonde jungle that was his hair. The result: Ravenous, yet man-pretty. Totally worth it.

"And Izzy's only doing better than me 'cause he has a giant sword." Sting scowled lightly, looking off to the side. "And believe me, it takes time to warm up." Sting mentally noted that almost everything he had just said was some sort of innuendo. He giggled on the inside, but looked somewhat miffed on the outside. "But yeah," He said, after a weird pause, "French food sounds good!" Sting paused again. "Never actually had it though. See my dad was like, super-paranoid about me 'becoming' French, so he never let me eat any of that stuff. That they eat." What DID French people eat? He'd heard about something called Escargot, but had no idea what it was. Sounded pretty good though.

"Well anywho, I think there might be a French restaurant around here somewhere...." Sting narrowed his eyes and scanned their surroundings. Lots of little stores and eatery's around, that was for sure. Sting came here a lot, to pick up tools, equipment, supplies, etc. He didn't eat here very often, but he could have sworn there was- Aha! "Over there, across from the Taco Hatch. 'Pierre's Nourriture Française Méchante.'" Sting had to pause at that. Good thing Alyss didn't know French. But he didn't want to say no to her... "Sweet, let's check it out!"

Just then, before Alyss could respond, Naru screamed. Sting could just somehow tell it was her, and the look on Alyss's face confirmed it. His expression suddenly became very serious, and the spark of mirth in his eyes vanished. As soon as Alyss bolted in the direction of the scream, Sting took off after her. He sprinted as hard as he could, easily outrunning Alyss, but collided with someone else before he could make it to the bathroom. He clipped the fleeing girl on the shoulder, which was enough to knock him off his balance and send him tumbling to to pavement with a loud yelp.

(Prior to the scream)

"Don't worry, I was planning to, anyway. Except maybe you would be able to walk. I think that would be important if you were going to get out after we're done, yeah?." Issac had to smile a little. Well, Jade knew how he could repay her for the bad date. And had her priorities down, too, it seemed. She just wanted to get fucked senseless. They did that often enough already, didn't they? He remained still, laughter in his eyes. He would have slipped his arm around her waist, grabbed something usually reserved for a bedroom or something, but then again, there were reasons why it was reserved for a bedroom. The grandad over by the sushi stand would have a heart attack. Mr Priest walking along with his shopping would probably be a little shocked, and there were probably others who'se emotional backlash would probably ruin the mood for him.

Instead, he opted to gently bump against her. "Hey, who wants some okinomiyaki?" The deep fried omelette was simply delicious around here, and he wanted some, anyway. It seemed like a good idea, especially with the wide range of mixes that could be added on. That, and the stand two down the row served waffles. Which Naru could eat to her heart's content. Maybe... he turned around, beginning to feel the buzz of his empathy.

- - - - -

Valjean had to smile, although a little disappointed at the fact that she wasn't there to watch Naru scream. Such an exquisite sound. It was very much something that she wanted to see first hand. Now she was running off to find another target. There were two people, trying to get to the source of the scream. She saw the boy, and her face lit up. As she crashed into him, her fingers touched his wrist and began the change. She began to grow, while he started to shrink. Now Valjean was running around as his 16 year old self again, slipping into a clothes store. He grabbed a set of clothes, and walked into the changing room as he finished changing. Have fun, boy.

Alyss didn't get it. Why would people waste so much time on hair? She herself spent little more than ten minutes. And she was a girl, for goodness sake! She was the one who was supposed to be worrying over her hair for three hours, the one who pampered herself in front of a mirror! But then again, mirrors, windows and the like never lasted long around her when she was younger, mostly because of the hundreds of things that she made go 'splodey every few minutes. That rattled windows, and all manner of teeth. Baby, adult, false, gold, you name it. She was about to answer to Sting's little suggestion, but then they were interrupted.

Big Naru was having trouble with all the people looking at her. Her breathing was heavy, and probably would make people faint from nosebleeing if she did it right. But no, this was real panic. Jade wasn't going to get an answer. Snarky comment would have been to hold up her metallic limbs and say: 'Do they look like this?', but she wasn't in the state of mind to be snarky. She was in a silent scream, panicking yet remaining still. Issac himself could literally feel that discomfort. She curled up, kneeling down and covering her private parts with her hands and knee. The girl was close to tears. Hazed over, brown eyes almost whimpered to the spectators. Issac turned away, pushing Jade gently. "Get her dressed. She's in shock." He tried to focus, tried to find Naru. Wait... he checked the girl's emotion. It was... Naru's twin. Issac's eyes flew open. "Hold on. Naru? Is that... you?"

He knew the answer. Issac dashed forward, effortlessly slipping past Jade. His hands hooked the largest piece of clothing around the place, his jacket, and it fluttered around her as Naru nodded mutely. His previously adult thoughts vanished. This wasn't some naked girl in a bathroom. This was Naru, his daughter... and she was his age... oh boy. This might be awkward. Issac's mind reeled from the variety of shocksit had taken, and condensed it to what was 'now'. He was now holding a half-naked girl who was practically Alyss' sister, as well as his own (they had the eyes and parts of his face). She was in actual fact Naru, who had aged by a couple years. He was also holding onto a very attractive girl.

"Alyss, Jade, a little help? Daughter, I know, but still a girl." He stood up, red in the face, and walked out of the door. "Sorry, Naru, I gotta breathe, empathics are messing with my head." Naru briefly nodded, understanding her father's reaction to strong emotions. It must have been like holding a bar of hot iron in his hand. She tried to calm down, and looked up at her mother. Honestly, Valjean had done a number on her. She was a little younger, but already she was blooming faster than her mother. That was a little creepy, actually. Her metal arms were still in their skin-like state, but her lack of stability had caused them to lose that fleshy layer, and a metallic sheen was already forming. Naru hugged her father's jacket close, and felt the heat from her face radiate on her bare arms.

The mother took two steps, and grabbed the underwear and shirt from the floor. A quick check showed it was clean and she quickly slipped it over her daughter's head. Her soft whispers were near inaudible, but re-assuring, and of course, motherly. Alyss and Issac had grown up fast, with the daughter around. He walked with more pride, she was kinder, in a way. Alice was simply too malleable a person to be respected by the pre-teen. She looked at Jade, and then to the jeans on the floor. "Can you pass me those, please? Naru's in shock. I don't think she'll be able to move about, and its going to make her sick to stay sitting in here for too long."

How was Jade supposed to know? Alot of people had metal arms. Okay, she should have been able to put it together but come on, cut her some slack. It wasnt every day she got to go on a crazy date where her lover's daughter turned into a grown up. A very attractive grown up who was laying naked in the middle of the bathroom floor. Jade had to have it pointed out that this girl was Naru, and everything quickly started to work. Issac put his jacket around her and left, letting the girls tend to each other. This was probably going to mess with the ending of the date.

Was Jade selfish to think of herself then? Yes, certainly. She never claimed to be a wonderful person. Just a person. She was more then a little confused that Naru went into sheer shock, turtling up and ignoring the world. It was a very bad sign. The gothic girl slid the gun back into her pocket, the safety clicking on as she was instructed to get the pants. The girl first threw her cigarette into a lavatory, no use getting close to Naru with a smoking bit of cancer in her face. So we had Jade picking up the pants, unrolling them and starting to slide them onto the now larger girl.

Quite frankly, Jade wanted to feel the leg, to slide her hand upwards, explore the parts of the other girl that were new and fresh. Frankly it was a side of Jade that Issac probably didnt even know about. The girl just had to keep herself in check, Naru was already in enough shock, already confused enough that she didnt need someone that was hanging around her father feeling her up. Instead Jade just tried to pull the pants on her.

"This is probably the wrong time to say it, but Naru, you have some pretty nice legs. Should get you into a skirt." Wrong time to say it definitely. But Jade gave a smile at the younger...erm...other girl. Hoping it would lighten the mood and raise her spirits just a little bit.

Sting groaned from the ache in his shoulder as he stepped to his feet. What, was that girl made of, stone? Running in to her was like crashing into a brick wall! Maybe Sting was just out of shape... Naw, couldn't be. Sting went to the gym everyday, and being able to leap through windows takes a lot, you know. As Sting got up, he could already see the girl dashing away. She looked different somehow, more... manly? Hm. Must be a trick of the light, or an optical illusion. Thinking no more of it, Sting sped off after Alyss.

Now something else was bothering Sting as he shoved his way through the crowd. For one thing, he should be able to shoulder these guys around no prob. But now, he was having to squeeze through, and instead of angry glares, he got these strange looks, like Sting had never gotten before. Oh, and they were really tall. That was kinda weird. And for some reason, he felt kinda light, especially around his upper chest. Sting could have easily discovered what was going on if he had simply looked down, but in typle Sting fashion, the only way he looked was straight ahead.

Stig skidded to a stop in front of the door to the bath room, and nearly fell on his ass. What was wrong with him? He should have been able to pull that move off without a problem! Something was definitely "up," but Sting just couldn't figure out what it could be. Sting darted into the bathroom, and faced Alyss, Jade, Izzy, and a half-naked chick who looked a whole lot like Alyss.

"Guys, I'm here, not changed in any way at all since you last saw me!" He panted, out of breath. His voice sounded somehow higher, almost... girlish? "Where's Naru?.... And why are you all so tall?" Sting paused to eye up the new girl. Yup, definitely resembled Alyss. Boobs were bigger though. "And why does she look like you, Alyss? Another daughter from the future I should know about? How many do you have, woman?"

Naru's senses, as well as her mind, were returning to her now. She was still shaking, but that was most likely from the cold. As Jade and Alyss began to dress her, she mumbled thanks and finished things off by herself. Shakily standing up, she grabbed a sink with her hand and hauled herself to her feet. Her breathing was steadier now, more in control. Issac stepped inside, whispered thanks to Jade and Alyss, kneeling down beside Naru and feeling her arms wrap around his neck. Her other arm went around Alyss' neck, and they both kept her steady. Alyss was the first to voice the question. "What happened?" Naru drew a breath, and she felt odd.

"Someone attacked me. She grabbed my throat, and... I changed."

She looked up to her parents, then to Jade. Issac heaved a breath. Was it that jogger, the one who had crashed into Sting and Alyss, the one who had clipped past Naru? "Did you see who it was?" Issac's voice was terse, concerned. He wanted to hunt this person down, wanted to get whoever it was to change Naru back. But is daughter only shook her head. She truly was Alyss' twin in many respects. The two fell silent, and Naru took a few unsteady steps outside. Then she almost whirled around, her face red as Jade mentioned her body. "WHAT!?" Issac sensed the blow coming, and ducked down to avoid being knocked by knockers. She was still adjusting to her body, and that was going to take her a little while. Alyss looked around the place. "Lets get out of the toilets, first. Before Naru knocks someone out."

They all agreed on that, and Naru was technically still in her own body, so she was adjusting, fast. The twin weights at her chest were awkward, but quickly she was used to it. "How the hell do you live with these things?" She also caught a faster mouth, ready to shoot off like her mother. Cupping her chest, Naru looked questioningly at the other two females present. Alyss snickered, and slapped the hands away. The effect was immediate. Issac turned away, pinching the bridge of his nose. Daughter or not, she was still an attractive girl. Damnit... he quickly picked up Sting's emotions, confused... and almost panicked.

"Sting's in trouble." This day just got better and better. Alyss was shaking her head in disbelief. There was a little girl at the door, and it was shouting at them like Sting was. Issac's eyes widened, and the Bakuhatsu twins both gaped in shock. He was dressed in the same way, his hair had lengthened to a considerable waist-length, and his voice... her voice, it was simply like Naru's original voice. Only... different accent, but almost same pitch. Issac coughed, and then glanced down, at Sting's feet. "Um... Sting? I think you need to check..." He walked over to Naru, and looked down at a girl who would pass as Sting's younger sister.

"Yeah, I think whoever got to Naru did the opposite to you. Or someone unrelated tried a prank."

He pointed at Sting's chest, and then closed off his empathy to shield himself from the shock of it all. Yeah. This was probably going to be one wild day.

Annoying Frenchie was back bothering them. Jade was doing her absolute best to ignore him. He was rambling about how he was normal, and how that Alyss was a baby making machine in the future or some other weird frenchman rant. Wow, Jade really hated them didnt she. Needs some form of counciling or sensitivity training. Think of it as a miracle that she didnt punch out Sting the second he...she tried to enter the bathroom. Stupid female Sting. There was another reason that Jade would hate She-Sting, but that would be explained later.

Naru seemed to get back to herself, partially. She was dressing herself, standing and communicating in a human manner. Talking about how she was attacked. Well just great, now there was someone out there who grabbed the throats of little girls in the bathroom and knocked them out of their youth. Or made them hot, either way it wasnt really evil, just dastardly. A horrible dastardly deed. Naru would need to get used to her body soon, or someone was going to lose an eye, or break their neck the way she swung hers around.

This however was the best time for Jade to point it out. Something was incredibly bothering her about the hot, older Naru. The goth girl moved forward facing Naru, her hands out and well...grabbed the formerly young girl's chest. She was squeezing and squishing them, trying in her own mind to come to terms with the fact that these existed on the little girl who she drank with. "You have huge boobs Naru! Seriously, I think they're even bigger then Alyss's. I am disturbingly jealous."

Inappropriate? Extremely. And now we reveal why Jade was especially angry at She-Sting. She eyed the other girl with fury in her eyes, unlike Naru who the goth girl already had affection for and enjoyed the company of, She-sting just seemed like she was bragging and showing off.

"Sweet Moses, does everyone in the world have bigger boobs then me?"

"What?" Sting said, sounding a little bit nervous. "Why are you looking at me like that?" Sting rubbed his face with his hands to see if he had anything stuck on it, but found something much more disturbing. "Why are my hands so small?" Sting stared at his now small and delicate hands. Oh my god... Could it be? An expression of horror bloomed across Sting's heart-shaped face, and he slowly looked down to confirm what he had just begun to suspect. "Holy shit, I'm a chick!" He cried in surprise.

Sting had shrunk nearly two feet from Valjean's ability. He was now only a little more than four feet tall, with a proportionally smaller body. Gone was his impressive musculature and lean physique, and instead, he had the petite body of a twelve year old in the beginning stages of puberty. His face was round with the same big blue eyes, but now they looked natural on his young, feminine face. Sting's clothes, which had looked sharp on his adult male body, now hung off of his little girl torso in a fairly indecent manner.

Sting's dismay increased as he twisted and turned about to get the full scope of his transformation. "Bitch musta got me after Naru!" But Sting didn't seem concerned about Naru for the moment. His own transformation was much more dire. "My bod! She took my muscles!" Stign tried to flex an arm vainly. "And... Oh sweet jeebus no." Sting's eyes trembled with fear, and his small hand crept to the front of his pants. Sting winced as he pulled at the front of his now baggy jeans, and screamed at what he saw- or didn't see- inside. "WHYYYYYYYYY?!" Sting burst into tears, and collapsed onto his knees.

Naru quickly apologized to her father, who was surprisingly closer to her now. Well, there had been a greater height difference, but that had been shortened now that she had gained a good foot and a half of teenage body. She felt something missing: her hair. It was shortened like hell, a pageboy cut that seemed to suit her enough. Issac smiled weakly, and shook his head. "I'm fine, Naru. How are you feeling now?" She nodded, smiling, and took a step back. She still felt disoriented, but she was fine. "I'm alright. Just a little... dizzy." Naru took a few steps, and walked over to the sink, looking at her new body. Wow... she looked like her mom.

Issac sighed, relived that she was alright. The well-being of his family seemed to have really stepped up since he had last checked on it. They all were fine, and it seemed that Naru had adjusted to the shock of suddenly being a foot taller, with a chest that might knock a few guys out. From a good distance, too. They suited, her and Issac wondered at what else was happening. He looked to Alyss, who was... shocked, confused and jealous. He smiled to himself, and it seemed that she had adjusted her face to 'proud.' Proud that this might be how her daughter would turn out. Hopefully it wouldn't be for a while, lest the girl took a few of the prospective... wait, what was this?

Jade gripped Naru's chest in her groping hug, and Naru could only flail her arms helplessly about as the goth-girl kneaded her flesh. Oh dear... Naru wailed in fright as she felt both panic and pleasure, and began to squirm about in Jade's hands. Oh boy... sensitive, wasn't she? Issac could only stare in shock as his daughter was groped by his casual lover. "Jade!?" He began to step forward, but then he was interrupted by Sting's loss of an important part of any boy's Sting was freaking out, too. But more... vocally. He was in panic, and Issac rushed over to see what was the matter. Apparently the was proud of his manhood.

Alyss reacted, more or less, shouted at Jade to stop groping her daughter. "Hey, Jade! Hands off my daughter!" Issac realized this, and whipped around, grabbing the goth's wrist and jerking it away. Naru used that opportunity to twist out of the grasp from the other hand. She went for the first thing she knew would protect her: Issac. She curled up into his grasp, and Issac felt hot in the cheeks. He tried not to stammer but when a hot chick curls up to you like that... well, she was his daughter, damn it! "Jade, seriously. Keep yourself in check. I don't like people groping my daughter, if you'd please."

Then the mother went for Sting. She bent down and looked at his baggy clothes, before sighing. "Sting. You're fine like you are. We'd better find someone to turn you back into a guy, though. It might be for the best." Her face remained calm, although there were twitches towards being a grinning, laughing mess. Seeing Sting like this was... pretty funny. "Alright, I think we might some clothes on, but if it helps, I think you're kind of cute, looking like this." Admittedly, it was because Sting looked much like her daughter, and he made a rather cute girl all the same. "Alright, come on, Sting. Lets go find something less baggy to wear."

She stood up, and looked at Issac, Jade and Naru. "If you want touchy feely, find a room, okay? Come on." She stopped short, realizing what she had just said. "I take that back, stop it and come on." Alyss turned around to hide her blushing face.

"Sorry but, I cant believe those are real! They're huge!" Jade was completely oblivious to the loss of comfort the rest of the group gathered by her...well fondling the other girl. It was hard to believe that Jade's loli drinking buddy was suddenly...well she'd turn male heads then Jade would, and that was with Jade trying! She wasnt trying to be rude, hell if she was trying to be rude and vulgar she would have tried to kiss the girl and drag her back into the bathroom. But come on, Jade had some self control. Not that you'd know it only seeing her at this date.

"Yeah, yeah I'll behave." The girl slid her hands into her pockets, trying her best to keep her gaze away from Issac's. Yeah she had done a horrible thing feeling up his daughter, even if she had gotten older and hot. She had overstepped her bounds and could probably expect to be punished for it later. And not in a fun naughty way. She had singularly been able to help ruin the date with her antics, and it was then that she resolved to be a little quieter in it all. Her gaze flicked across to Alyss, who was comforting the annoying french man, who was now a crazy french girl. Either way it wasnt her business.

Her eyes went back to the ground, to her crappy shoes which she ground against the cold mall floor. The goth girl wasnt even paying attention as Alyss told a...could it be? A dirty joke! Maybe. Just a bit. Instead of being attentive and arguing or making a joke back, the girl just nodded, her hand sliding back into her pocket to do what she did every time she felt like this, or when crazy shit generally happened. She lit up a cigarette and took a few good puffs.

Which is exactly what she did.

The lump in her pocket was heavier now, not due to actual weight or reality, but just because the girl knew that she was armed when it was the other girls getting attacked. She wanted to take it out, to hand it off, to be relieved of the duty of being the token gun carrier. But really the most vulnerable in the party had already been attacked, and that was bad enough.

Sting wasn't crying really, but she was just about there. Everybody knows that the average male treasures one thing more than anything else, and to lose it can often be a life-altering thing. Not only had Sting just lost his/hers, but she had lost everything that went along with it. Like when you over-spend on a credit card, and not only do they take away what you bought, but they also repossess your house and everything you own. Sting knelt on the ground, sniffing pathetically. What would that lady even do with it? She couldn't use it.... Or could she? The thought of that lady abusing his wang would have, in any other context, be awesome, but now it just made Sting depressed.

Sting looked up into Alyss's face as she knelt down to comfort her, but only felt a little better at her soothing words. Nothing could truly take away the pain of losing the only thing in your life that gave you meaning... And lots of happy memories too... Sting's blue eyes were filled with tears. "I miss my penis!" Sting said sadly, "It feels like there's this big hole down there where it used to be, swallowing my happiness... Just a big gaping hole that needs to be filled..." Sting was definitely going into super depression mode. It took something big to make somebody like Sting sad, and the loss of his shlong was about as big as it got.

Sting managed to get to her feet, though she still had a look on her face that made her look like she was going to go jump off a bridge. Even if Alyss did think she was cute, there was no way anything could ever happen between them now. It was over! Her life was over! And then Sting started to get mad. Who did she think she was, stealing one of the only things that Sting cared about? It was downright villainous, and not the scooby-doo bad guy kind of villainous, but the man-pretty anime badguy kinda villainous. The most villainous kind of villain there was!

Sting clenched his fists, and rubbed her eyes on the back of one arm. "Alright then!" She said suddenly, sounding almost like the man she used to be. "It's settled! We're going to go get my Thing back from that she-demon!"The way she said it, it sounded like they were going to go on some sort of epic quest. The quest to find the Holy Wang!

"Oh, and turn Naru normal too, right."

Haruhi reference? Possibly.

Issac's face continued to go red, with the version of Alice that made him feel hot under the collar (and waistband) clinging onto him, he gently eased her off and stepped between the two girls. "Now look, big tits or no, Naru is still my daughter. I think your dad would do the same... erk." Issac's mind went full stop, about turn and let the other half of his mind kick its arse. To be honest, him and Jade had gone a little bit farther than simply groping her boobs. He had done things so explicit that it could not be mentioned here, in this post. If you want the details... we don't have them, to be honest.

He sighed, knowing that Jade showed little, if no repentance. And he couldn't blame her, after hearing her after-nookie chats. Of the household containing a dozen or maybe more women, she was the smallest of them all... well, chest-wise, anyway. Then there was the fact that Naru, the girl who was at first a flat-chested loli, now is a rather... larger and more mature woman, she was going to get troubles for that simple fact... But Issac simply pinched the bridge of his nose, pushed up his glasses and sighed. Jade fumbled for her smokes, and that was the end of that conversation.

"Alright, Naru. I think we should be getting out of here..."

His 'daughter' nodded, although now she looked more like his sister. This was seriously weird. Issac's daughter was now his sister... both at the same time... it just sounded wrong... Naru began walking outside, looking at Sting and then at Alyss. "Is he alright?" She looked down at the boy who used to tower over her, and decided that he wasn't. That was embarrassing, but it was rather pitiful nonetheless. "Um... I'm guessing no..." Alyss sighed, and winced as she heard the innuendo flow. "Hey, I have to live with it myself, so please, lets go find someone to change you back, okay?" Indeed, there was also the fact that Sting was also being very depressed over it.

Naru nodded, eager to turn back into her normal self - as well as escape Jade's jealous groping - she began to nod along with Sting, looking at her own hands. The gloves were too small, and her metallic hands were still visible. Naru gently flexed her limbs, and her hand splayed out. It was fine, the hands were more than good enough. She looked down, at Sting, and then raised a fine point. "Ah... Sting? You might also want to get more clothes... these clothes are too small for you."

Jade let the subject drop. She was glad for it. For her actions to be forgotten. Truth be told if it had continued things wouldnt go so well. Especially when Issac mentioned her father. That however is by far a tale for another time. The goth girl just puffed on her stick of cancer and let the gender and age swapped kids, letting a small trail of smoke escape her lips. This was not going to start, go or end well at all. For anyone. Alyss didnt much like girls, even if Alice did, and Sting didnt like being a girl so that was flat out of good times. Naru? Jade had successfully ruined her day if the attacker hadnt already. Not to mention screwed things up with Issac, so no after hours fun for them. How did it get this annoyingly complicated.

Then Sting declared that he would quest for his penis. For a brief moment he was filled with manly burning spirit, even if he wasnt so man in any way right now. Had it been anyone else it might have been impressive, but since it was Sting, who was now a rather bothersome little girl, Jade couldnt care less. In fact her eyes were wandering to the crowd, in strange search of the stands. She was searching for the only thing that would put things right at a time like this. A heavenly elixir that saved her mind and body far too often. She was daring to search for booze.

"You guys go...search for his penis or whatever. I need a drink." The girl gave a quick shrug. She wasnt needed, in fact the only thing she brought to this adventure was she had a gun. A gun, hmm. The girl reached into the pocket and tossed the gun into the air towards Issac. "Here, you need it more then me."

Alcohol, it was the only thing that seemed to steady Jade. Even if she was leaving the group, something that usually meant she would die if this was a horror film. She huffed on her cigarette and started searching this mall for any place that might serve alcohol, preferably a bar.

Sting looked up at Naru sharply when she mentioned the clothes. Sting paused, and briefly marvelled at the extent of both their transformations. For once in his life, Sting actually had to look up at somebody! And especially a somebody who had been, minutes ago, a small little girl even shorter than Sting was now. It was like they had traded heights or something. And, Sting thought bitterly, in his case, genders. That thought reignited the burning spirit in Sting's heart, but it was quickly put out by the knowledge that it would be next to impossible to find whoever that girl was in this big of a city. She could be anywhere.... But they'd track her down, no matter how long it took.

"Ah... Sting? You might also want to get more clothes..."

"Wha-? Oh right, right, the clothes..."

Sting looked back down at himself again, and scowled. He'd spent all day trying to find that kind of outfit. And now, it looked like a little kid had cralwed into her dads closet to try on the clothes. It didn't help that he had no idea what a good outfit looked like, and had to hire a team of special fashion experts. And that kind of thing was expensive damnit! That gender-bending she-devil would pay! But anywho... "Yeah, I guess I do need to find something else to wear. I look like a pedophilic jackpot right now." Sting paused to quickly scan the room to make sure nobody was spying on him. "So then, lets go get us some clothes, and then we can go get my Junk back." Sting nodded, as if it were all settled at that.

"Wait a tic, does that mean I have to wear girl clothes?"

Scared. One of her breast... best friends had just groped her. She could still feel Jade's fingers on her chest, and... she was scared. Because it had been a few things, including surprising, unexpected, and all sorts, but... admittedly, it had been a little bit... nice. Feeling, anyway. Physically. She stared at Jade, eyes wide and half-hidden behind her father's gaze. Naru turned around and began to walk outside, leaving the lovers to talk things over. Jade followed soon behind, and Issac huffed, grabbing their gear and shoving it all in the bag that had been left behind. He was seriously disturbed by all this... gender bending, age swapping and all that sort of thing.

"Sting, we'll find your penis after we get you into something more decent. Here, there's a store just around the corner."

He saw that Jade as desperate for something to comfort her, and Naru was the same as well. Everyone was in a mix of total denial, confusion, shock, and anger. This was going to boil over a bit too fast for his brain to handle, and that might be bad for the whole group: Issac knew he bled off emotions sometimes, and that backlash might hurt someone. Jade started to go off for a drink, and with the rather thin crowd he knew she might become a target. Especially when she began throwing her pistol around. "Ah... Jade? I'm not really the gunslinger... Sting? How about you?" He held the gun carefully, like one might handle a high-explosive device.

Naru started to adjust her clothing, trying to make herself more comfortable in it. They fit alright, it was just that the entire thing was... weird. It exposed her, in a sense. Her shirt was too tight, and she felt like she had put on a backpack on her chest. It was rather... heavy. Of course, this was coming from a girl who hadn't had tits twenty minutes ago. This would get some getting used to. Naru began to walk towards her mother, more like her sister now, and stood beside her. Alyss was shifting about uncomfortably, and soon there was a subtle tension between them. Issac almost sweatdropped. In this time and place, Alyss was worrying that her daughter had a larger chest than she did... jeez...

The 'mother' looked down at Sting, and felt pity for him. Although it was blunted by the fact that he was complaining he had girl parts (she didn't have a problem with girl parts). He was confused, oh hell yeah, and then Alyss got the idea. "Hmm... maybe we can play dress-up games with you..." A short giggle later, she was idyllically thinking of the different costumes she could get him into... ah, the pity they weren't in Akibahara. Feeling more shame at her thinking of this than feeling sorry for Sting, she shook her head. "No, we'll think of something genderless for you to wear. Jeans and a shirt, maybe. A jacket, too. You look about Naru's size, so we'll get something there."

She stood up, and glanced at Naru, who seemed more than ready to leave this small site-of-a-nightmare. The more buxom twin of Alyss' quickly grabbed her belongings and looked at the pistol. A piece of her mind was afraid of the weapon, and the other wanted to assimilate its structure. The weapon might come in useful, at some stage. That is, if she could get the ammunition for it... she didn't know, so Naru simply remained still as the the of them walked out and began to move towards the store. It was a large store, and soon they were in the girls section, with Sting in tow. Alyss was quickly accumulating a small pile of clothes for Sting to wear: A pair of jeans and several styles of shirt, and a jacket to match. Other, less tomboyish clothes were also added to the list, and Naru looked at them. Then back to Sting. "So now you can see what its like being me, can you, Sting?" She smiled, hopefully breaking the uncomfortable silence.

Meanwhile, Issac was looking at the ground. Literally the scent of the attacker was moving, clear above the rest with its almost ecstatic shadow. It was going... away... what the hell? It banked off... and went off into the store... and then it exited again... off... and practically overlapped with Jade's stressed river of emotion. "Damn..."

Guess it was a good thing that Jade had left when she did. A fashion show was never something she wanted to see sober. Worse was it was something she was not exactly fond of participating in. That and after her little event with Naru, it was a good idea she get away from the other girl and her family for just a bit. She could try and make it up to them later. Naru would probably enjoy it if she got brought a beer, Issac though...hmm. The normal way she could make things up with him was right out. Eh, she could always call a sister later and get a better idea. Plenty sisters who all had their own damn ideas.

The girl had escaped into the great mass of the mall. The strangest part however was that she actually succeeded in finding a bar in the mall. Why was it here? Who the hell knew. Apparently there was some enjoyment people got from knowing they could get drunk and then their girlfriend's could drag them around. Huh, that actually doesnt sound like a horrible business plan. Right, well a bar, it would not serve a fifteen year old girl no matter how much she batted her eyelashes. That left only one proper recourse.

She stole a six pack of bottles while the bartender's back was turned. Dont feel too bad, she left money to pay for it before wandering off. She settled down then, on a bench not that far away from a living, pulsing throng of people. She shook her head and restlessly opened up one of the bottles.

"Well, here's to me and all the bollocks I bring to my own life." She started sipping the cold alcohol, letting it flood her system as she tried to come up with a wonderful excuse to show back up. Well finding them now would be a bitch on its own. And of course there was the adventure to solve the crazy shit they had found themselves in. Questing to find some guy's penis...not huge on her priorities list.

Sting took the large pile of clothes from Alyss and looked over it. Normally when he went shopping, Sting only got maybe a few things at a time, and he rarely even went shopping at all. But now, in this new body, the urge to buy everything in sight and try things on for hours was hard to resist. "Wow, so this is what it feels like to be a chick. Oooh, I like this sweater!" Sting stopped himself, clamping his mouth shut. He looked back up at Naru and Alyss with wide eyes. "I think my mind's beginning to change. Lets hurry this up!" Sting scampered off to one of the changing stalls with the mass of clothes in his arms, and set them all down on the short bench inside. He turned back to the two girls and began rifling through the pockets of his baggy jeans and taking stuff out of them.

"Hold this for a sec while I change." The first thing to come out was his wallet, followed by two cell-phones, a pager, and and an MP3 player. After that came more unusual items. A yo-yo, a hunting knife, a little skull made from silver, a small pile of condoms, a tiny picture frame, a ragged voodoo doll, and black orb of glass that seemed to sparkle with light. It was unclear how he managed to carry all of this stuff with him, but out it came. He left it in Alyss' hands and stepped into the changing room. "I'll just be sec."

For the next ten minutes, Sting tried on all sorts of outfits from the stack of clothes Alyss had picked out, and even darted out of the stall now and then to grab new clothes from the racks. He couldn't explain why, but he just had sort of a drive to model every possible outfit that caught his eye. Eventually, Sting pushed open the door and came out holding a much abreviated stack of clothing. The rest lay strewn about the dressing stall. He had a big smile on his round face, and pratically flounced up to Alyss and Naru. "Okay, I found something I like! Who knew this could be so fun!" He made his way to the register, motioning for the two girls to come along. "I wonder how much this stuff costs anyway..."

Valjean slinked along, following behind that goth-y girl that he was stalking. His handsome features had yet to fail in picking up a girl, and in this case this girl seemed to be not-so-picky with who she got. After all, that Otaku-type guy she was with... well, he wasn't so sure. It appeared to him that this girl was dating a guy with a daughter... weird. But that didn't matter anymore. As they entered a bar, Valjean ordered a drink and sat down on the bar, two seats from Jade. He took the jug of piss, and drained a good one third of the beer. Then the goth made off with a six-pack. Hey... he actually liked this one. He brushed some of his hair from his eyes, and glanced down. He had picked up some jeans and a loose fitting shirt. And a pack with some other clothes. Contingency plans. Smiling to himself, Valjean looked as the girl walked out the door.

Time to find her... again.

She was quietly and glumly mourning her life as he sat down beside her, his own beer-in-a-can in hand. "And here's to the chances I can make things better." Offering his beer in a toast, Valjean grinned. Might as well play a little while the others recovered from the shock. He shrugged, and turned to face the crowd. "Oh, my name's Alex, be the way." Turning around again, he gave her a sidelong glance, still with a curt smile. He drew up his knee to his chest, and rested his hand on it, holding the beer lazily, swirling the contents around, occasionally sipping from the drink. While not one to abuse substances, alcohol had always been an exception. It was like liquid courage and always a good thing to have resistance to. And the way to do that was to consume lots of it.

Alyss almost sweatdropped, and ditto for her daughter-turned-bustier-twin as Sting began to produce a bunch of stuff that would be associated with a psychic voyeur. This was creepy as it was, until Alyss saw the voodoo doll. That would be the one that he was mentioning earlier. She quickly tossed the condoms into Naru's backpack, as well as the rest of the items as she watched hyper-girl-Sting shoot in and out, grabbing new clothes as well as trying them on, Alyss had to shake her head and smile. Meanwhile, Naru was looking around at the... larger girl's clothes. The shirt was tight as it is, but the bra underneath was simply too tight. She found something that might have fit, and walked off to the stall beside Sting, and soon the second stall had the rustle of clothes being taken off and replaced.

A few minutes later, Sting had come out while Alyss was looking at a pair of gloves. Looking up, she smiled. It had turned out a little more girly than what she expected from burning manly spirit Sting, and that might have been because the guy was childish in the first place. Naru came out a few steps behind him, holding a new shirt and bra. Her chest wasn't huge, but they had been bigger than Valjean's. Stupid genes. Sighing, she began to head towards the register while Alyss smiled weakly. Her parents had been giving her a steady allowance all this time, and she knew that she had a small reserve of money, but this would make a big dent in it. After all, she wasn't filthy rich like some people around here. But hell, the job with the Marauders as a bounty hunter helped.

Issac was almost running now, using his senses and very nearly overloading them as he wove through the crowd. Dammit, why had he let Jade leave the group? And now he was gone... and while he wasn't a big fan of the horror movies, he had been forced to sit through at least one, and that had taken out the leaver, then the searcher. But the searcher didn't have the ability to swing a seven foot sword of thin air, did he? That would be a good one, and Issac continued to pour energy into his legs, before losing track of Jade in a giant crossroads. Shit. Not good. Issac reached for his cellphone, but realized there wasn't any definite answer to who she should be looking for... cursing, he began to try and find high ground, or at least some vantage point. It wasn't like he was looking for a friend. Admittedly, Jade was something of a lover to him. They shared plenty of things, and Issac had never been so intimate with another person. Full stop.

Standing in the middle of the crossroads, he closed his eyes, willing his attention to his deeper consciousness. The world became a shifting mass of shadows and light, muffled sounds and softened senses. He searched, his eyes blazing orange, and looked around. Where was it? Each person had a subtly different shadow, regardless of their own emotional state at that time. Issac scoured the city around him, and he exhaled slowly, his eyes locking to that so familiar figure. She was seated, and he couldn't mistake that person anywhere else. After all, he knew her body and emotions so well. You tended to know that when you slept with them on a twice-or three times weekly basis. Oh well, he began to walk, knowing that she wasn't in a panic or in any danger. Relaxing, Issac groaned as he saw the familiar can of beer. Jeeze, this girl didn't know about timing. He might as well join her, anyway.

"Didnt ask." Trying to get chummy with Jade? Jeeze, that was like covering yourself in dead fish and rolling around in front of a shark. She was anti-social most certainly, brought out into this world simply because she wanted to please a man that could only be called her lover. And actually thought she might be able to make a friend out of his daughter. What interest did she have in some guy that had followed her from the bar. Oh she wasnt that unaware, she had grown up with monsters and monster punchers, she knew when someone or something was tailing her. She just tended not to care.

"Now, unless you happen to have a cure for massive personal fuckups. I'm going to tell you to piss off, and that I do in fact have a knife that I'd be happy to jam in your crotch." She was bluffing, but there was no doubt in her intent to injure someone who bothered her alot. In fact, to make clear the point she set the bottle of beer she was drinking from back in the box it had been in, and removed a cigarette from her pocket. The old one had become crusty and had fallen apart inside the bar. Which is a far better explanation then a universe inhabited by single socks, lost cigarettes and talent of child actors.

She rolled her eyes up to the man sitting next to her. Doing her best not to move her head, it added to the overall expression of 'piss off'. She inhaled deeply on the stick and blew it between her lips, right up at Valjean's face. Or should we call him Alex for now? Strange, didnt especially matter though. She knew men like that generally didnt go away when told. So she stood up, picked up her stolen beer and started moving. She didnt plan to go that far, just out of his sight and find a nice little bench where she could drink alone.

This was entirely not what she had expected when she agreed to go to the mall on this...was it even a date if she wasnt around the guy? Damn, stuff like this just made things way too complicated.

Fortunately for Alyss and her wallet, Sting was one of those filthy rich people. Almost nobody knew, but Sting frequently played the stock market using his hidden intelect, and had compiled more wealth than most other eighteen year olds in the world. How else could he afford to pay for a french driver, not to mention a maid and personal accountant. Not only could such a thing be a handy plot device for say, an internet role-playing game, it allowed him to buy pretty much whatever the hell he wanted. Before Alyss could make it to the counter, Sting scooted on past her with his armful of clothes. Like hell she was going to pay for this stuff. This was still technically a date, and if Stign knew one thing about dates, its that guys pay for everything. "Don't worry about it babe," Sting said casually in his now rather high pitched voice, "I got it covered."

Sting strode on up to the counter and looked up at the guy at the register, who in turn looked down at him expectantly. "Will that be all, miss?" No, Sting thought, I'm just going to go back and get more stuff every time you ask me, of course that will be all. But for some odd reason, Sting couldn't bring himself to reply sarcastically. Damn these feminine instincts!

"Yeah, that'll be it. How much is all this?"

"That'll be $86.95."

"What the--! You...! This is high-way robbery!"

Sting continued to grumble under his breath about the exorbitant cost of the clothes, which, hopefully, he'd only be wearing for a limited time. These people were swindlers and thieves! But in the end he produced several bills from his thick wallet and grabbed the clothes from the sales clerk. "Swindlers and thieves!" He hissed one last time, and marched back to Alyss with his stack of clothes. "How can you girls stand to pay for this stuff all the time?" He asked as he approached Alyss and Naru. "I could probably make all this stuff myself."

Alex blinked past the smoke, more than used to that old cellmate of his back in H-Block, who constantly breathed cigarette smoke. He suffocated on it, at one stage. Someone had shoved half a packet of lit cigarettes down his throat. Valjean got an additional life sentence to the one he already had. Really, some people were just too fast to point blame at someone. Sighing, he drunk more of his beer as Jade seemed not to care about this guy who just walked right up to her. It was an insult to him, and the tiny, primal part of his mind wanted to torture this girl. Pain was easy to do, he liked to do so in a more... emotional method. Like how he had seen the reactions of so many people in the past, he laughed at her threat.

"Alright then, try and stab me, but before you do that, I'm gone." He shrugged, and did a little bit of a turn away. Alex had intentionally added emphasis to 'try' and that only caused him to smile. Cheeky bastard. He knew a lost cause when he saw one. Well, at least one guy had gotten into her pants, and that hurt when Alex thought about it being that bespectacled... everyboy. Wasn't this eighteen year old body much more... well, mature? Might as well take out his frustrations on her. Standing up, he briefly touched her shoulder as he walked away, starting the considerably slowed process of turning Jade into... well, a younger girl. That would certainly be trouble for her boy-toy, and it would be fun to watch, too. He kept himself as a male, wanting to reserve that for the 'mother ' of the group. Then he'd get the guy, and hit the girl he shapeshifted earlier again. Valjean would walk away as she came, as a girl.

Fun fun fun!

Changes

Jade: 12, Female.
Valjean: 20, Male.

But first, to Alyss! And Naru, and Girl-Sting.

"Sting..."

Alyss had her own source of money, too. Not millions, but big enough that she could splurge on clothes on occasion. Bounty hunting. Mark and Issac went out with her, and the three had often worked under the eagle-sharp watch provided by Linda and the Marauders Toyko division often took down a contract by the night. Some of the medium-powered H-Blockers often found themselves simply outclassed by three relatively average-powered students, each with unknown powers. While they did know his. Oh, it was so fun sometimes, but when things went crooked, they always had a good way of getting out. Alyss was usually it, providing over watch and the such. She had explosives handy, and that also helped when she got caught by a H-blocker. Just palming the rope that tied her down managed to get her out. But all up, it was a good source of income, although it was rather... unstable. With H-block cracked open, however, the Marauders were there to catch what got through.

"No, Sting, its okay..." She sighed, and stood back, shrugging. Naru provided her own clothes and paid for it from their own accounts, nervously smiling at the guy. They did their best to busy themselves with the other counter-assistant, and bought Naru's new clothes without as much complications. Sting, however, had a bit of a problem. He was working in dollars, not yen. This was Japan, after all. Naru caught the guy's eye, and then briskly turned away. The way some people around the place just... stared. It was seriously freaking her out. Why was it? They never did that when she was like this.

Sting finished with his own purchases, and Alyss was between wetting herself laughing and exploding with anger. Which left her at about fuming. "Sting... seriously, I've gotten a job, you know? I've got enough money... but then again, it was worth the looks on your faces... the counter-guy, I mean." Alyss simply grinned under the cover of her mouth, but her eyes were twinkling with amusements. Alice was re-awakening, too. The 'other' in Alyss' mind began to panic when she saw Naru, and then Sting as well. There was brief mental conversation, and Alice finally settled with the demand for a switch. This scenario was curious, and she hadn't been out for a while. But then again, Alyss had a better handle of things. This ended well for Alyss.

"Alright, lets go find Issac and Jade, we're getting out of here."

Issac, meanwhile, was running. It took a while to find somewhere to re-track his bearings.

Try. He had to go and pull crap like that. Really, did every being with a Y chromosome in this freakin' world have to gorilla chest beat every chance they got? It was one of the things that really got to Jade, that made her want to go stab happy and make it so this generation would not be able to reproduce and create more annoying chest beaters. No matter, the guy walked away. Even if he did touch her. Yeah, touching her, that was a pain, but the weird part was...it wasnt where most guys grabbed her. He just touched her generally, that was weird.

The girl didnt turn around, or halfway notice that she was shrinking. She was being sent back only a few years, and was getting shorter for it. Eventually she found a new bench to sit on, and gingerly lifted herself up to sit down on it. That finally got it. She actually noticed then that things werent right, that she was shorter. And knowing what happened last time she had suddenly lost her height...

"Son of a bitch...again?!" Yes, she was angry she had lost her boobs for the second time this month. What the hell was so fucking wonderful about her boobs that people kept stealing them! They werent that big! Or that interesting really. Well, Jade had learned her lesson, like a horrible horror movie victim she had split off from the group and gotten attacked and messed around with. Great, might as well find Issac and let him have the I told you so laugh.

The girl grumbled and stood up on the bench she was resting on, she needed a better view of things. They said they were going shopping but, in a big mall like this that could be anywhere. Best to let Issac find her then. Not many tiny quasi goth lolis who were chain smokers.

"Sure thing, just gimme a sec."

Sting said, and ducked back into the changing stall. Only a few seconds later, je jumped out again, this time wearing the clothes he, or rather she, had just bought. Surprisingly, Sting had opted for a flowery sort of sundress and some white high-heels. Though it was appropriate for the weather, it was still odd to think that until a few minutes ago, this was a guy who considered himself as gods gift to women. His features were birhgt and happy, and he even did a little spin for the girls. Seemed like the shock of being turned into a little girl was starting to wear off. "You know, this ain't so bad," He said, spinning back around to face Alyss and Naru, "You gals got it good. Nothing down there to trip you up, you know? But anywho, yeah, lets go find those guys. And hand me stuff, I think I can fit it all in this thing..."

A short while later, Sting hit the streets, walking farther ahead than Alyss and Naru. He still got looks from people that he had never gotten before, though it wasn't as wierd as before. Now, instead of shying away in fear or disgust, people smiled, and, some cases, somewhat innapropriatly. Sting stayed away from those people. But even so, his missing manlihood ached like a missing limb. What was a man with his wang? ...Well, a woman. But now that he was dressed in the proper attire, it was time to go hunt down that thieving she-devil what took his balls. Well, they needed to find Izzy and that psychotic gun skank first. Sting looked over his shoulder, waving his long blonde hair. "Hurry up, you guys. I think I see Jade on that bench over there."

Watching from afar, Alex Valjean smiled as he saw Jade begin to shapeshift. He loved to spite people by doing this. If you could, why not? After all, the goth had turned him down once. She was also giving him a very confusing statement. Um... again? Had it happened to her before? Alex wasn't too sure, but instead, he stood up as her boyfriend was sighted. That boy sure had an uncanny ability to move. Before the scream, he had reacted. And now, he bore down on Jade's shrinking figure with accuracy usually reserved for tracking devices. Assuming he was meta-human, it would be an easy guess that this boy had a good sense of where people were. Oh well, the girl next, and then this boy. Standing up, he began to head off towards Alyss. Taking a long shot, he headed for the clothes store.

- - - - -

Alyss sighed, and caught the glance from the man at the counter. Her guess was that he was eighteen, and hopeful. Turning away, Naru simply followed behind Sting, quickly changing into her new clothes and doing the same as Sting, walking out and stuffing her old clothes into the backpack. Sting flaunted her new dress, and Naru sighed. Alyss almost facepalmed as she began to dig out all of Sting's odds and ends. It was embarrassing, almost, and she stopped as she grabbed the backpack. "I think you have a lot less pockets than in those jeans, Sting. Hmm... how about I hold on to this stuff until afters, I'll give it back to you later on, okay?" She shrugged the backpack over her shoulder, affirming that Sting had no choice in this matter, and the three soon went outside, off to find Issac and Jade. For goodness sake, hopefully this wouldn't end with Issac getting transformed again. Having busty Naru was hard enough, she didn't want to be hanging around girl-Issac or a boy, either. This would be a bit harder than she thought.

All this while, Naru was busy adjusting her shirt, getting the same smiles as Sting was, but from an older demographic. For the most part she was oblivious to all this, and simply left her shirt as it was, and looked about her. While level with her mother in height, there were issues with chest sizes and also the fact that she was beginning to feel... older than her. That was a weird thought, and with that in mind, she saw a glimpse of her father, running off in the distance. Oh boy... looking at her mother, Naru began a jog which sent a few boys drooling. "Mo-... Alyss! I see Issac!" Alyss stopped her short, hissed a few words in her ears, and the two began to head off at a slower pace. The boys were disappointed. They soon caught up with Sting, and tried to re-gain their bearings. "Alright, we need to find Issac first, he can find Jade in a pinch with his empathy..."

- - - - -

He scented her smoke, first of all, and the overwash of sheer irritation forced him to kick his empathy in the balls, so to speak. All the emotions in his mind disappeared, and collapsed with his powers. For the moment, he could Res that thing in less than a second. But there were still faint traces of his power being there. Issac slowed his jog, and cautiously approached the little goth-loli that was smoking. Her hair had grown, a lot. Conservation of mass and all that. Glancing at the bench, he saw the person who changed Naru and Jade had met here. Oh boy... he walked into her line of sight and walked over to her, confusion and concern written on his face. Seems like the promise was off, he wasn't a pedophile. Jade would still be walking in the morning. He sat down on the bench beside her, and looked at her.

"Um... Jade?"

He felt awkward. For the first time in a long time, he felt awkward around Jade. Their relationship had mostly been one of brutal honesty and... playing scrabble. It wasn't a perfect one, but it was one that worked, and there was little shame involved. And... well, since he played scrabble a lot with Jade, he always associated her with that activity. And now she was... um... underage. Well underage. He almost sweatdropped, and glanced at Jade again. "Hey, Jade... you... ah... changed. So..." He felt rattled. Issac Naku, master of his emotions, was rattled. Oh joy... this was going to be fun. He idly pushed his glasses further up his nose, and sighed. He reached behind him, and pulled out the pistol she had handed him. "I take it you want this back?" Issac blinked, and wondered how her clothes were going to fit now.

Oh boy...
