I was walking with the ghost

"Well well well, aint this a sight to see?" The man said, looking around the grounds , what a beautiful day, what a beautiful campus! Ah...but were the students the same?...that is what he came to find out...of course to make the world extremely beautiful you had to first weed out....ugliness.

Many students had been watching him as he had come onto the campus, wondering just who he was....only one student would have the misfortune to find out. What an unfortunate student was little Kakoro, a rather round little boy who was happening by...acne speckled across his face. Velies Tumult instantly saw him, cringing with silent rage, Kakoro must have seen him aswell because he took one look and began running from him.

"No no no!" Velies said, a lock of his hair fallowing the little boy and wrapping around his neck like a constrictor snake would, pulling the struggling boy back to Velies's sight.

"You unsightly blemish....how could you let yourself become so?!" He shouted at Kakoro who only shuddered in sheer terror back. With the tendril of his hair he lifted the small fat child into the air.

"Tell me, students of Anime Highschool...could you look at a boy like this and find a redeeming quality? Some trace of beauty in this sack of...filth? You may say things about the inside of people...but like me you know better...beauty is what you see with your eyes." The tendril of hair tightened around Kakoro's throat, the boy beginning to gasp for air. The small group of students in the courtyard all seemed too shocked to do anything about it...

"I have just come from many years locked up in the prison known as Hblock...you all know it...and its there I've learned and realized...some of us were born ugly...and will remain ugly all our lives...what could I do for these disgusting pitiful people who have such a cruel fate...but let them be killed and end they're misery of ugliness."

"I offer to you now, my dear students....the chance to do the same. Will any of you come up here and end this young butterballs plight? his wretched, fat, ugly life?..."

He looked around, grinning from ear to ear, the students whispered to each other frantically.

"Come now....you know as well as I do that we'd all like to have a break from looking at people just like this!

Alexis was new to the school to say the least. She had no idea of student politics, who was hip, who was not. Who to avoid who to make friends with. And frankly, she just did not care. She wasn't here to make friends, she was here to grow stronger. And while she was here, she would do what she had done at her middle school: take over. Though it may have failed at her high school she had new intentions. Ways of making less enemies. Perhaps she would make friends. All of this plotting was distracting her. It took her a few moments to realize that the people around her in the court room were gasping at something. She turned her head to view the spectacle, and honestly it took her a moment to realize what she was seeing.

Was that hair? That was a little disgusting. And this guy was talking about killing? He didn't want to do the dirty work himself. Well this was all rather amusing but Alexis was not in the mood to lose her recently consumed lunch all over the courtyard floor by witnessing a death. Already her stomach did a little flip as the pimple infested boy's face looked like it was about to relieve some pressure. Ew.

"I don't recall dying and giving you control of the universe." Alexis called out to the boy on his crusade of beauty. She approached him slowly, confidently, a little swagger in her step. She could feel the attention of the crowd shifting. She was in the spot light now and it felt incredible. She loved the attention when it was positive. Of course, in Alexis' ideal world she didn't hear the whispers of dread coming from the students. "Now let the boy down before I give you a hair cut." She warned drawing a card. Just a regular playing card, notably a shade of bright pink. But unless this boy's hair was enchanted, one card would be all Alexis needed to cut the hair and release the dying boy. Then again, if the hair wasn't regular hair... Well honestly Alexis didn't bother to give that contingency thought.

And why should she? She was always right.

Velies laughed at the girls attempt at a threat, although it was quite a terrifying notion to have it cut. Who could? He had the most powerful...hair, in the world. He grinned "Just try it, little girl," With a flick of his head, the boy was thrown headlong at Alexis, crashing into her full speed. "I wouldnt threaten my hair if I were you...."

He chuckled "You think this red is natural? I've been hoping to re-dye it, and maybe your just the bleeder I need to give it a nice new shade!" And with that, three tendrils of hair shot out from his head, the ends turning to sharpened spear points, flying straight at Alexis and the unfortunate Kakoro.

Alexis was caught a bit off guard when she saw the pimpled boy flung at her. She acted quickly though, from behind her a flurry of cards formed a strong barrier around her. She could feel her strength strain as she felt the force of the boy push against the wall of moving cards. It took a bit of effort but the barrier held and the boy fell to the ground. "Is that all you got?" She asked, doing her best to hide exhaustion. Apparently he was not done.

"That's disgusting!" Alexis retorted, watching the hair turn to sharpen weapons. Crap. Another flurry of cards appeared to the first, thickening the barrier as best as she could to protect both herself and thrown boy, preparing for the powerful impact. What had she gotten herself into? She gritted her teeth as she felt the force hit the card barrier. Her reflective spell would do nothing against these physical attacks. Her best bet was to try and cut it.

Several of the moving cards left the barrier at high speeds to try and cut the tendrils of hair.

(This was the beginning of her day. Before Velies even came onto campus, she awoke a bit groggily in her room. Yawning, she smoothed out her black hair, scratching behind the ears a bit. She was always like this. Never a morning person, even if it turned out to be the afternoon. Not having a clock, she didn't even know the time of day. The time was - she squinted - daytime. This was a standard ritual for the black-haired catgirl called Elisa. She woke up, she got dressed, and she headed for the roof. Why? Well, if the fresh air didn't do her any good, she always figured hurtling face-first towards the ground below would. At the moment, she had on some headphones, listening to music, wearing a pair of dark cargo jeans and a black tank-top. She hadn't actually noticed Velies until he began to shout at the campus. From there, her still-unfocused violet eyes didn't seem to alert her brain immediately that there was a fight going on. That....took a couple of minutes.)

Elisa: Wait a minute... That's not the usual hub-bub.

(So, apparently...something-or-other was going on with this shouting hair-boy doing things with some kid and proclaiming some BS about beauty and stuff. Yeah...her head just wasn't up for comprehensive details right now. In fact, she made a point to stretch and watch the girl with the cards go at it for a bit, her gaze from the rooftop kind of deadpan. Finally, Elisa decided to go and do something about it. Not because of right or wrong. She just needed something to do. Stretching again, she suddenly leapt off the roof with great momentum, kicking off of the wall of the building, and propelled herself at ramming speed towards the body of the hair-guy. She would be very surprised if he expected an elbow attack from atop the dorms.)

She had the ability to manipulate playing cards, interesting, but not a major threat...so Velies thought, and then he saw it. A lock of his beautiful red hair fell slowly to the ground, as it was cut..by a mere jack of diamonds.

"No...you....yooou!" He screamed, and the tendrils changed course, whipping the rest of the flying cards which had left the shield, and then more hair joined, thickening the tendrils, which then slammed full force against the barrier of cards, one after the other. "You've cut my hair, you'll pay with your blood you little bitch!"

He heard the whizzing of an oncoming attacker from the right, the direction of the dorms. As most of his conscious mind was focused on destroying Alexis and her cards, one of the tendrils of hair acted of its own accord, catching the feline female in her decend towards Velies, and slamming her down onto the hard ground of the courtyard.

Velies turned his head, his assault on Alexis continuing even as he did so, "Well well well....seems a kitty needs to learn how better to pounce." Velies said with a chuckle.

"Screw you!" Alexis shouted, bu she knew that if she didn't do something soon the barrier would be broken and she would be hair gel. That disgusting though pressed her onwards, even though the force of the strain caused her legs to buckle. Apparently this guy was very protective of his hair, and since that was his weapon of choice, Alexis had to take a gamble. "I think someone needs a buzz cut!" She shouted, sending a large amount of her power into sending another deck of cards whizzing at the boy, not in defense like the last batch, but as an out right razor sharp attack against the boy's hair. This was too much a strain, and for a moment the barrier of cards slowed, and Alexis' vision drained of color.

Did her attack work?

"Warble warble....seems neeble lerble harble pounce."

Elisa: Whaaat?

(For some reason, Elisa didn't quite understand what Velies was saying to her after that slam. The reason for it? Well, if you take note of the earphones leading from her cat ears along a wire to her left pocket, you'd understand...she was listening to an iPod. Also, when Elisa stood up from her impact with the ground...well...she was none the worse for where. Please... A high-speed thrust into the ground? Not a chance. The building was only 5 or 6 stories. The young catgirl batted away the hair that slammed her before and brushed herself off.)

Elisa: Hmmm. The hair coming off of his head grows in large amounts, probably in more mass than the body itself. Therefore, he has a low center of gravity.

(Alot of basic information about things were shoved into Elisa's head upon creation. Geometry and Physics were among them. Therefore, as soon as the other girl attacked, the half-Moonian walked in, cracked her knuckles, and let fly with a punch to Velies' head. Let us understand that this punch was not a normal attack, but an Uber-punch. Basically, if the weight of his hair was more than the rest of his body upon impact, Velies' would be a'tumbling. Besides that, if his tendrils couldn't block it, he was in for a fist-sized train-wreck!)

Lucky for him, they could. And did. A few of the tendrils quickly started twisting together to form a large snake, quickly striking out and coiling around Elisa. Stopping her in her tracks

"Yes my pets, she is the more bothersome of the pair, perhaps we should bite off that foolish head of hers which thinks it can touch us." Velies said grinning. The snake around Elisa started constricting around her, its grip tightening.

(zzzz, crap, sorry guys. But! Now perhaps you'll learn not to mess with Hblock escapers lolz...I sleep now!)
