Once again, Saori found herself at the mall. However much she hated being in such big groups, she needed some clothing. Now that winter was getting close to over, and days were sometimes getting warmer, she didn't have much fitting for the weather. And that's how she found herself here. After wandering around for a bit, she happened upon a clothing store that appealed to her. She hadn't heard of the name, of course. Being from an isolated island, she had no sense of brand names and whatnot, all she knew is that the things this place sold were cute. So, she went in. Since she never really lookd at other people (that would draw attention to her, and then they might look at her!), she didn't notice what the workers were wearing -- the store seemed to have a very basic uniform, consisting of just a nice polo shirt (of store colors) and nice pants. Her own clothes just happened to be similar, the difference being that she didn't have the store's name on her shirt, and that she was wearing a skirt. Otherwise, the colors were the same. Even her long, white hair was tied back into a ponytail, making her look somewhat more professional. If one wasn't paying attention, they might mistake her for a worker... So, oblivious, she started walking around the store. She made a point to avoid the workers (they might ask her if she needed help!) and focused on finding something to buy. Her bright lavender eyes scanned the racks of clothes as she wandered about. |

Alarica's attention waivered between the shirts she held in each hands. They weren't anything spectacular; just two shirts of a particular color. So, it was probably no surprise when the girl returned the pieces to their rightful place with a weary sigh. So, why was she here? The clothes which this store housed couldn't possibly cater to her elegant and over extravagant taste. But one couldn't always wear a frilly dark dress when summer was approaching. She took a few more paces to another rack and sorted through the different articles. She didn't know what to choose! All of these shirts and pants where foreign to her! Perhaps if she got help, she could decide what she wanted? But who could she- ah! There was a girl, a worker she assumed by her manner of dress, wondering around. Well, Alarica would put this person to work. "Hey, you. You're obviously not doing anything. So, I would like some assistance." |

Saori was just minding her own business. She was going to buy her clothing, and not bother anyone else... and she really hoped that they would do the same. After all, she was just keeping to herself, staying out of everyone's way.... "Hey, you. You're obviously not doing anything. So, I would like some assistance." Oh no! Someone had noticed her! As soon as Saori realized that the girl was speaking to her, and not someone else (there was no one else around....), she froze. Her muscles tightened, and her eyes went as wide as they could go. What did this girl want from her? Assistance? Saori's face flushed up a bit from nervousness, but she still managed to turn shakily to face the girl. "Ahh.. uhhm..." Why did she need Saori's assistance? That made no sense, the girl didn't even know her! But who was Saori to say no, right? She didn't feel that she was good enough to help... but at the same time, saying "no" would have been incredibly rude. "A-assistance...? O-ok..." She stammered, slowly approaching. Without thinking, she took a submissive pose, keeping her head down slightly, avoiding eye contact, with both hands clasped together in front of her. |
