Ordinary was something that no matter what should not describe today, sadly this being Domino Town it wouldn’t be strange if today was as normal as any other day for most of it inhabitants, specially when you got, you know who leading the boat. Town Square was lively and it was expected, today was the much awaited tournament.

The steady rhythm of steps against the cement and asphalt echoed, Workers moved form one side to another setting up the last touches, people where gossiping, eating or just passing through, big speakers where set in specific vantage points to assure that everyone participating would hear the whole spectacle. Various stands of different sizes and colors where spread over.

The most important of the stands where the tournament signups, it was a big stand whit bright colors and a big sign that said “Tournament Booth”, thought in reality it was just a place to pick your number and know when will your match start since the signs ups where done a couple of days before , the second important one was right next to the tournament booth whit soft pastel colors and there was a reason why it was position there since it was a small infirmary anything happened anywhere and they had a vantage point from there.

Everything seem to be going according to plan, the various smells of food combine to ensnare any hungry visitor, workers repeated there practice lines drawing children and adults to there various stands, of all the stands there was one being excessively noisy, it was painted in black and the person didn’t do a very good job at it, a large banner whit the words “ Darkwing Bar” adorned the rather large booth, there where multiple chairs where position in front of it a wooden counter.

“Step right up!!!, Drinks, Bets and Good eat right here at Darkwing bar!!!” a relatively tall woman seem to be the star of the show, behind the counter a hand full of kids between the ages of 14 and 16 where running around making sure that every customer received the best attention.

“Yes step right up!!!, You can place your bet one your favorite fighter!!!! And have a good drink while you’re at it!!!”

One of the kids that was working franticly raised his voice “Miss Trish, can we rest for a second” a swift look by her twin daggers shut the kid up. It was going to be one hell of a day and in less than a hours time it would surely become one for the memories.

The sound of momoko making the way down the street stuck out from the general shuffling of the crowd. She had heard of a competition for martial artists to prove themselves and bring honor to their dojos. She had been too late to join, and she wasn't even sure if she ought to have.

She didn't really have a dojo anyways, she had grandpa seto, who taught her everything she knew about karate and judo. As she sucked on her sucker, she wondered what he would have thought if she had told him.. would he say it was alright for her to go? Or would he say that it was strictly for self defence only?

She continiued tise train of thought, absent mindedly trekking down the street and through the crowd. She didn't even notice the odd looks she got from the strangers.

Though she knew there wouldn't be any way they wouldn't look at her like they did. After all her style was...pretty...unique.

Instead of the western style that most people seemed to have adopted today, she still incorporated traditional clothes and wore them quite often.

Today she wore unpainted, wooden geta sandles, white tabi, a white hakama over an extra long white tank top they she made herself, and a lgith blue see though jacket.

This was normal attire for Momoko, as she often mixed traditional and modern peices together.

She stopped suddenly, having come to a conclusion that grampa seto would be most stirn in the believe that martial arts were only for self defence. Still, this didn't mean that she couldn't enjoy herself with the festivities and watch.

but since she had stopped so suddenly, he happy thoughts were cut short.

"Hey! Don't stop so suddenly!" came a protest from a lady that was behind her. She blinked and glanced back, "oh! sorry" she apologized, acting quite like she looked, like an odd little kid, though she was older than that. Seeing this, the older lady seemed to soften up a bit. "it's ok..just try not to do it again ok? This is too big of a crowd for that sort of stuff"

momoko grinned at her 'ok!" and walked off towards where the fight was going to be held. She could eat later, she was going to go get herself a good view!

Unbeknongst to her though, she would be in the ring soon enough, for her grampa seto, for who she beleived to be stirn about martial art skills being only for self defence, has visited domino town, and has also twisted such beleifs in order to make such a situation by signing up his own cute little adopted grandaughter in the tournement, and he would be sure to watch it as long as she continued, for he wished to know just how much she really learned from him.

*sigh*

Today was a rather slow day, this had been his first day in Domino Town, and he couldn't really care less for it. There was so much hype, and he didn't know what for; but as he continued trudging absent-mindedly, he saw the booth.

"TOURNAMENT BOOTH"

Seeing this, Raiga cocked up a grin. Maybe this could satisfy his need for something to happen. And better yet, it was something he loved to do, fight. Though he wasn't really all that good at formal martial arts, he was definitely good at beating the crap outta someone, and also brawling was fun. His feet took him to the tournament where he went to see the detail and sign up.

It was nice to get a breath of fresh air. Kuvoc had been spending all of his time on campus. He had been pretty occupied with his classes and hadn't found much time to get out and explore. Finally he had grown bored and the thought of taking a vacation had finally convinced him to get off his ass and take a trip to Domino Town. It was an interesting place, full of interesting sights, smells, and sounds. He had found a stand where he was able to pick up a cup of lemonade which he was casually sipping on as he strolled about.

As he came upon the Town Square, he noticed a series of boards and signs with people milling about them, reading and talking excitedly. Coming upon one that seemed to generate a special amount of interest. Walking up to it he quickly read the posting. "A Tournament, eh? I've never really seen one before..." Kuvoc rubbed his chin as he considered it. It might be an interesting thing to watch. Grabbing some good food and watching some people beat up on each other might be fun. With another long sip of his lemonade he looks up the time for the first fight among the charts and glances around for someplace to grab a snack.

Kagaro Nines had heard it on the radio, and the thoughts began.

"Well it has been awhile since you've had a good fight."
"Please...people in this school are either too weak or too strong. We learned that already."
"Oh you know you want to..."
"Nayama wouldnt like me picking on students..."

In the end, his curiosity overcame him, and he found himself signing up, and today he walked into town square, ready for something to happen...hopefully today would provide entertainment. Kagaro Nines had been through harsh training to get himself to where he was today, having lost his powers he had shaped himself into one of the strongest physical fighters in AHS, but...it had been awhile since he had experienced a fight for fun. He got his number at the Tournament Booth, loitering around the area until he was called, perhaps he could do a warm up or two to get ready.

"Dont get too serious. But...it'd be bad to hold back, but...it would also be back to kill someone." ah, he'd worry about it later.

What a day, what a day, while Momoko walked around the grounds unknown too what was going to happen to her today, the tournament Booth was Empty. Yes, not a soul was standing inside, a couple of pamphlets where spread and other miscellanea, but no one was there a large Crimson curtain divided the front and back of the booth.
The boy would arrive and find it empty at less until something seem to move from behind the large curtain, seconds later a large man appeared from behind the curtain, the man clearly top the seven feet mark was bending to avoid hitting the ceiling. A big messy bear full of bread crumbs adorned the large man face, he was clearly build like a mountain.

“Hello, Kid looking for something?, if your going to signup its here, if your looking to see the match then take the path whit the blue rug next to this booth. ” The thunderous voice of the red head needed little help to catch the attention of the passersby’s, maybe someone drinking lemonade.
::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
Meanwhile at Darkwing Bar

“Get the hell out of here no money no service!!!!” the young woman fling an empty bottle toward the men. “If you guys come back, my kids here will make mince meat whit you three”

The three guys walk away, not caring about the threats “You know what sucks Boss” the man whit dreadlock answered “Shut your mouth Hawk” the last guy of the group, stretch his jacket for a second “Boss, Hawk, I smell an Anime High reject”

The three walked toward Kagaro one on his left side another on his right and the last one behind him “Hello Anime Reject” the three said in unison.

Raiga looked up at the person who was explaining the gist of what to do, and simply nodded when he stopped. The young man then thought for a sec, wondering if he maybe wanted to stand by the sidelines and just watch, but after some self motivation, and made his decision.

"I'm going to sign up for the tournament, please."

He said this rather sheepishly, he wasn't all that enthused, though he would admit he was a little bit anxious to know who he'd be fighting. He was thinking some sort of magnificent warrior, who slaughtered whole villages when he was bored. A monster, a god, leader of the revolution...As if.

"I'm going to sign up for the tournament, please."

A girl ran form behind the curtain “Nice, I’m not waiting one more second, let’s start whit this, NOW!!!” The not so famous model/ radio entertainer and now honorary tournament judge was tired of waiting and since for some strange reason she was given the power to set up the matches she organized them to her taste. “Time to get the show on the road” she jumped over the counter and grabbed the boy’s hand and whit her free hand she turn on her microphone.

“Ladies and Gentle men the tournament is about to behind between this young boy” she continued to lead the boy toward the area where the match would be held , she pick up a name from her mind “And Miss Momoko” the young artist voice echoed all over thanks to the smartly set up Speakers.

After a while they arrived to there desired location, benches where set up on the east west and south side, the north side held a table where the judges would seat down. The only strange part what that the center was empty nothing that represented a ring.

“Again Miss Momoko Himura Please come to the ring.”, in a low tone so the microphone who’d not pick it up “Kid what’s your name, huh?”

Goodness, those kids looked like they were causing trouble. Oh..nevermind, seems they had been dealt with...and were now heading in his direction...and surrounding him. “Hello Anime Reject”How cute, they had coordination and everything. Obviously they've rehearsed. "Hello gentlemen...I'm sorry, you've come to the wrong place for west side story auditions..." Kagaro said calmly, a smile playing across his face. "Now...please, let me by, there are a lot of strong fighters here today, someone could get hurt." He emphasized the last word considerably, giving the boy in front of him a dark look that told them they were going to have trouble if they didn't move.

Momo was sitting and watching as the radio girl lead a boy onto the floor where the match was going to be held. All of a sudden her was excited for this to begin, a tournement of fighters! she'd never seen one, but she's heard about them, and even though she never thought she'd be this excited over one like she was now..she couldn't wait!

"Ladies and Gentle men the tournament is about to behind between this young boy”

YAY!!!

“And Miss Momoko"

Her mind was blank, though a very loud "NANI?!" ran over the crowd near by.

then suddenly her mind was back, and she was overwelmed with a wave of confusion. she hadn't signed up!

“Again Miss Momoko Himura Please come to the ring.”

well..there was definately no doubt now..

'Momoko, GET GOING!" shouted a familiar voice, and she was soon pulled out of her seat by grandpa Seto and lead down.

"Gr-grandpa?'

'we'll talk later! get going!"

"you did this?!"

she asked increduously as she continued to walk up there. grandpa Seto just smiled and was off to get his and her seat.

All of a sudden she stopped, aware of people watching her. With her face red, she made her feet continue. "h-hello"

Kaneda sat casually in the stands, drinking a soda and lounging slightly. He had come to see his 'trainee' Momoko kick some ass in the games. After their little session in the woods, he felt she was ready, with her training, and the improvisation he tried to help her learn. when she walked out, Kaneda stood up and cheered. 'YEAHHH!!! GO MOMOKO!! WHOOO HOOOO!!!!!'

A woman next to him sneered at him. 'Do you mind, sir?' kaneda smiled. 'Nope, not really.

'Well I never!' she said. Kaneda kissed at her and winked. 'You wanna...?' She gasped and turned away, and kaneda continued his cheering.

It was another day, and Ally had finished what studying she could eek out of herself and in a matter of desperation had snagged the flyer off of her desk and picked out a pair of shoes and decided against taking her guitar with her. She had been dressed simply in a plain, broad printed sundress. Snagging a pair of huge sunglasses from her mirror and her purse she set off out of the door. She had never seen a tournament before and it just looked exciting and something that she really should see while she was at school here.

The train ride was uneventful as she sat on the plastic bench watching the scenery and people pass her by. It was a nice day and while she didn't really have much of a clue of where she were going, but the general crowd and press of people was easy enough to follow. Since it was such a warm day, Ally bought a bottle of water and ran her fingers through her hair. It was getting long and was now down almost to her shoulder-blades.

Ally looked quite American amidst the throng of Japanese people; even flat footed she was up to about 5'9", and pale no matter what. Tugging at her loose fitting dress she looked around for a place to sit and not feel awkward about it and finally spotted something where the only other close occupant was another guy alone. Pardoning through the rows she finally slid past the boy and sat down, absently taking in the crowd and what was going on.

From the other end of the crowd, a fabulously dressed person in stilettos with a traditional Japanese parasol was parting the crowd like water...

The pressure in the air… The figure walking slowly through the town square had sensed it many times over. It was the feeling that everyone was there to come out on top. The pressure was the sense that everyone was better then the one they would be sparring. This was a foolish concept. No matter how adept you are with your powers nor how strong you are in physical strength; there was always a way to take you down. The process of fighting was to find that method… Not just randomly throwing punches until one of you fall.

The Lotus Blossom Samurai was no stranger to this philosophy of fighting. It was his main strategy to analyze the opponent WHILE fighting them. It was just instinct for him to fight until he knew the exact way they would fall, but now wasn’t the time to get cocky; then again it never was time to get cocky. The Samurai knew the only way he would win would be to go full power on any person that fought him; no matter how small or big they be.

Then there was the matter of the rules… No killing blows. At first he had been pretty down when he found out weapons weren’t allowed, but that was until he found out the part ‘Extensions of your art ARE allowed’ That meant as a Swordsman he would be able to wield his blade. Still there was the part about no killing. Now covering the Masabi blade was a wooden sheath that was tightened onto the hilt. The powers would only be slightly hampered, but he would still be able to use them.

Eventually he found his way to the Signing booth and soon enough had signed down ‘Samurai’ on the sheet. It was then and only then that he finally winded down. He walked around and bought a couple rolls of sushi and a small bottled water. Soon enough he was near the area where he would be fighting. If he had read the chart right; he would be the first to fight. After eating the sushi he entered his zone of mediation. Today he would go all out to win this tournament. The money mattered not; only the honor of fighting strong warriors like him did.

--------------------------------

Vincent’s eyes scanned the square. He saw some very potentially dangerous fighters among their ranks. It didn’t matter to him. No matter what the cost he WOULD win. 5,000 American dollars was pocket change to him, but the thought of winning the tournament would be enough. Pride filled him. Everyone down there was nothing, but pot hole in his way. Vincent soon entered the square.

Vertigo eh? That name was the one written besides his; he realized after he signed in… Didn’t sound familiar, but he would find out who he or she was soon enough. Until then he would walk aimlessly as if he didn’t have a clue. The time was going slowly for him. Seconds became minutes, minutes unto hours. Why did he feel so compelled to beat this tournament anyway? He wasn’t one for popularity. Maybe he wanted Kanji and some other particular people to realize he wasn’t a push-over.

After reading the rules several times he realized something. As long as he didn’t kill them… He could use his powers all he wanted too. Today people would come to know the Angel King as a force to be reckoned with. Hopefully he wouldn’t kill anyone though; That would be a nuisance and it wasn’t a slight chance. In fact the chances of him losing control were very high; and then few could stop him.

Well today was the chance to show what he was made of. He almost wished his father was watching; oh the fear he could invoke. No doubt word would eventually reach his fathers ears… Vincent hoped dearly that the news would make him tremble in fear for what he had created.

--------------

And thus the Samurai and the Angel King were prepared to fight. One fighting to achieve greater power; the other to invoke fear upon all who oppose him. One for a noble cause… The other for some selfish fantasy. Would either of them make it? Only time would tell.

The excitement was slightly infectious. Kuvoc wasn't exactly bloodthirsty, but he was a teenage boy, and the thought of a bit of good nature battling was growing on him. He had grabbed a bag of peanuts before taking his seat and was contentedly munching away. It was getting kind of warm and he was enjoying a bit of sun basking as he waited for the main event. He was still feeling a little out of place and had chosen a seat that was mostly empty. Suddenly he noticed a girl edging her way past him, taking a seat nearby. He smiled shyly and nodded, not wanting to seem like some closet case weirdo. "Hey." He fumbles a bit as he cracks open a peanut shell and tosses the nut in his mouth.

Low fat non whip vanilla white mocha latte steamed in the air. The flashy drink had been bought on a whim, and was currently being sucked down the gullet of the one, the only, the enigmatic Diyu Feng. He had shown up a bit late, a bit scruffy, and unfortunately a bit really freakin' tired. Which is where the latte came in. Okay okay, he had really meant to order just a black coffee, but the girl was so cute, so he had asked her to make her favorite because it would surely be his favorite too. Last time he did that was at a diner, they brought him chicken basted in tobasco and peppers. His tongue was on fire for a week. Yet he tried it again. Sometimes that kid just did not learn.

He scratched his head with a free hand, cup resting on the table as he signed up for the event, somehow not being late for it. We're just going to warp time space here so there is no real explanation. However he gave a mighty yawn and took a look at the competition. He had expected pretty boys in trench coats or gis, people trained since birth to handle eighteen drunken ogres with naught but their car keys.

What did he get instead?

PRETTY GIRLS!

Oh how Diyu swooned at the beautiful strong women that seemed to occupy the area. He knew he was improperly dressed for it all, what with being in slacks, a leather jacket and a shirt he never remembered buying, it was an advertisement for Mcjiggles up the road. An establishment owned and operated by none other then the mayor of Domino.

"Sugoi..." He slid across the crowd, trying to skim across the unimportant bits on his way to the females. Oh did he love them womens. From behind, what could he really expect to see, oh, he just stared at the ass as it's owner walked. A bit uncouth the boy slid up against the being in stillettos and a traditional old parasol, his eyes closed as he smiled and prepared to put on the charm. Seemingly to come out of no where behind and over the other person's shoulder he started to talk.

"Ah, you must be my goddess of victory! It was a surely a sign from the gods themselves that your ass would lead me to you. An ass that goes down in legend as a gift from the gods. Your gift to humanity."

John Doe -New!

Lord only knew how right it felt to let all of her muscles stretch. The lush green grass tickled every inch of bare skin. Not that her ill fitting male uniform left much to be tickled. Her feet playing footsies with the grass was more than enough for the temporarily female student. She'd long since abandoned her hard streets shoes for a much more casual pair of purple flip flops. Besides moving around in shoes that were quite a few size too large made maneuvering quite the chore. Her long time friend hung over head, trying to hassle the young woman with its warming ways. Luckily for all parties involved, the shade from her giant oak proved to be more than a match for the occasionally oppressive friend.

Her affinity towards shadows left the girl whiter than the purest blanket of snow. Not that her preference mattered much. With the young woman's ability she could be whatever color that she preferred. Be it a golden God like John or something a bit more ridiculous like a crimson shade of purple. Only her lack of imagination kept the sometimes woman a bland white. Besides all the pictures she'd seen of Yukina left the shape shifter with the impression of a shut in who enjoyed a good book rather a rousing game of soccer.

Jane yawned, keeping her mouth covered with a rather dainty hand. She desired at the very least a cat nap on this pleasantly warm day but found that such a thing was indeed impossible. The girl glared lazily at the arena some distance with her usual disinterested look. So much nose. This whole country proved to be rather noisy. Although nobody ever seemed to talk directly to one another. A lot of these kiddies ran around with impressive looking cell phones that made Jane wish she cared enough to waste her money on one. Perhaps that eyeProd she heard so much about.

Not that Jane cared much for blending into today's society. She pushed herself away from the ground and enjoyed the bark's cool embrace on her back. No matter what the girl declared, she did enjoy having a certain bit of anonymity. being a perpetual outsider looking in left a certain taste that she suddenly craved.

Even so...

Jane left her tree and made sure to brush all the grass off her back. She slipped her feet back into the pretty purple flip-flops and made her way down to the arena. With each step the crowds grew thick. People were obviously excited to see a couple metas blow each other's brains out. Interesting. The shape shifter had barely spent any time amongst Japan's people. Mostly her own knowledge of their language or lack there of, kept the young woman from interacting. What she did know stemmed from their unique form of animation. While many of the story lines were often horribly cliched, the art kept Jane coming back for more. Beautiful art or not, Jane was more than positive that her current vocabulary would be quite... odd in normal society. Lacking any real depth. Many would argue that the only correct way to learn anything new would be throw herself out into the mercy of the wolves.

How bothersome.

Various vendors shouted their wares, Jane exchanged some witty banter with a clerk in the form of politely asking for a soda pop before quietly sauntering over what she would only imagine as the Tournament information booth.

"Hello my dear! Will you be signing up for today's tournament?" No emotion really passed Jane's face but she was genuinely surprised that anybody would ask a rather meek looking girl like herself to ever participate in a fight.

"I'm afraid not today." Her warm voice seemed almost alien on her unmoving face. In reality Jane had never seen a picture of Yukina smiling and didn't want to do so incorrectly. Her voice came natural, so speaking was never a gamble. "Fighting... I am afraid it just wasn't meant to be, at least for me anyways." Jane didn't know or care very much if her oddities unnerved the woman running this little booth. The thought of some one like her every unnerving anyone who had any kind of experience with Meta-humans was a laughable thought at best. For all she knew this woman had seen some truly rare things.

"Than please walk this way and you'll be able to find yourself a seat!" This woman was much to cherry for the lazy girl. Jane nodded politely and excused herself from the woman who had busied herself with shouting at the next person. It felt like this woman seemed bent on getting at least a couple more students to sign up.

All of her thinking had taken her eyes away from the path and to her dismay straight into the archway sending Jane's butt straight to the ground. "Owwie..." Her face smarted and even trying to massage it had very little affect on alleviating her pain. "Gosh darn wall..."

"Kid, what's your name??"

He looked at the man, and felt a bit stupid on not doing so in the first place.

"My name is Masafumi Raiga"

Saying this, he looked around again, seeing people gather around a bit, he felt somewhat overjoyed to see more and more people coming up. He was ready to kick some ass.

“Boss, this guy is dissing us” The leader passed his hand along his face “Really Hawk if you weren’t my sisters boyfriend” he let out a sigh.

"Now...please, let me by, there are a lot of strong fighters here today, someone could get hurt."

“Just because Hawk here wouldn’t be able to find a light switch even with a map doesn’t mean that a reject like you gets to threatened us” Van was being quiet maybe to quiet for anyone good or he was just coming up whit a good speech “Oi, I’m the meta in this group and I can clearly smell that you don’t have powers Reject so how are you going to stop us from drawing in your skin” whit that all three pulled out swish blades and started to laugh, Coordinated annoyances at its best.

:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

"h-hello"
“Yes!!!” The artist flashed a smile, “Your Momoko right?” she begged her to come closer whit her gesture of her hand.

Again she raised her voice allowing her microphone to capture he voice “It seems that our Young Warrior has arrived, we have a battle of the sexes!!!! Female vs. Bishi. No male is to male in my eyes” an evil glimmer flickered in her eye “Bwa ja ja ja, remember guys insanity is not the problem it’s the Dam, CURE!!!! JI JI”

“Well now it’s time for this show to begin, but before we see Momoko and Masafumi go at it, I will leave you whit the lovely art of the Angel of Craft. “ She grabbed both contestants by there hands and walked toward the judge table.

[Note: This is a place holder for the match Link]

Back at the Darkwing bar

“Miss Trish the battles are starting can we go?” in a slow spin that look like something that you would see in one of those old scary movies Trish came to view, all the kids in the booth where scared of her answer, strangely she was smiling “ Ok, Peeps you can go, but when the matches end come back”

"Tell me again... why am I here to see all of this?"
"To make sure that the winner of this little tournament gets a one on one interview with you, why else?"

For a change, Neo was in public without business attire or training gear on. Just wearing a pair of blue denim jeans, a white t-shirt, and the usual bandage around his right arm, he led the way to the seating that he had reserved. Granted, the only one there with him was Haru, who hardly ever wore more then a black shirt and jeans anyway. They both had heard of this tournament a while back, and for the biggest shock to everyone that he knew, Neo chose not to participate. Haru on the other hand, didn't want to risk injury or anything, and he figured that it would be boring to be in this anyway.

The two of them made their way over to some private seating that were set aside for them, thanks to Neo's quick thinking in the matter. Plus, it's been a while since they just watched a tournament, and not tried to fight in them. As they sat down, Neo popped open a bottle of water, while Haru, of course, opened a beer. He didn't have to say anything this time, Neo almost expected it.

Meanwhile, in another part of the grounds, a pair of paws helped prop the animal they were attached to up, as he looked over the chair he was sitting behind. The human that he came with was sitting back in his chair, waiting for this to begin. Still in his St. Lily's uniform, Yusei was there only in silent support for those from his school. He could have participated, but events like this didn't interest him much. Besides, he might come up with a few ideas for his abilities while he was there as well. But he didn't expect to see that guy from the dance there too. This might prove to be more interesting then he thought.

Kehai had been up all night, slept on a couch somewhere, and was back out. Last night had been a big gig, and she had dressed for it; the metallic red stilettos, a cocktail dress creation that crafted a traditional kimono into an a-symmetrical gown made out of pink and red cheery blossom fabric. It was quite a special creation and while she could not make amazing clothes for herself, that’s what tailors were for. While the fabric was one of a kind hand painted with cherry blossom trees and blossoms, it hugged her body and helped to create a more feminine silhouette. The one shouldered dress was rather risky, because while Kehai was blessed with an androgynous figure, there were always certain body parts that were risky to not cover up - but Kehai was having a great fashion day!

"Ah, you must be my goddess of victory! It was a surely a sign from the gods themselves that your ass would lead me to you. An ass that goes down in legend as a gift from the gods. Your gift to humanity."

Lips curling up, Kehai turned to gaze at a familiar face - who did not recognize her. Well when Diyu had met Kehai - she had not been in drag; she had been her normal, every day self - Keigo. Well, it would be rather difficult for someone to see Keigo when Kehai had such a fantastic face; most men merely saw a very made-up woman, face powdered to paleness, high arched brows, bold colors and fake lashes and painted lips. To top it off she was wearing a fantastic blond wig molded into an elaborately styled up-do with curls and a few twinkling pink crystals.

((OOC: should you not have any idea what drag makeup looks like, here’s a reference picture for you.))

“Well, I’m glad you appreciate one of my best features,” granted, the voice was a little deeper than most women’s but to an oblivious man - Kehai was Kehai and not Keigo.

Sold on making this as interesting as possible, Kehai reached over and took Diyu’s arm in hers, a sly smile on her lips. She had a soul-mate, but they would both look back and find this situation funny. Already Kehai was thinking about what fun it would be to tell Daniel later.

“Would you mind walking me to my seat - big boy?” Batting those lushes, fake lashes Kehai suppressed laughter by smiling quirkily. “I have a reserved seat waiting for me.”

Ally sat back on her chair and slid her feet around on the pavement, resulting in a gravelly scraping sound. Glancing around her, the people to her right were a group, but there was a boy to her left who was eating peanuts and had a drink. She thought she heard him mumble something so being the friendly type she pushed her sunglasses up so that her dark brown eyes gazed at him with unveiled interest.

“You think this is worth coming out here,” she asked, breaking out in a broad smile.

"Drawing on my skin?...I have quite enough scars as is." Kagaro said grinning, old feelings coming to the surface, ah yes...he had forgotten how to be cocky. Even without powers, he wasnt worried. He slowly put his hands in his pockets, these chumps seemed like they couldn't touch him if he stood still, and so he decided to pity them, well...seems the leader might be a bit of a hassle, but, he'd cross that bridge later. "Tell you what, you have one of two choices. Either you decide to give up now, and I can give you money to go buy yourselves some candy or something, or I take all of you down using only my feet." Kagaro felt it, that old sweet feeling of a good boast before a fight. Really...it felt good not have to take something too seriously, which he couldnt...these clowns just made him want to laugh.

"Which is it, gentlemen?"

"Yes!!! Your Momoko right?”

Momoko nodded and walked closer.

and then the lady spoke again into a mic. “It seems that our Young Warrior has arrived, we have a battle of the sexes!!!!

Momoko looked over at her opponent. Now wasn't really the time to be shy, she scolded herself, she was going into a fight, thanks to grandpa seto, that old geezer had tricked her. She gave the boy a once over and a nod. She was just starting to slip into her old serious train of thought...just as she heard kaneda-san cheering for her. A smile instantly came and she quickly traced back the noice and miracously found her new friend in all of the crowd. Embarrassed slightly by his loud cheering she gave a small wave, and then laughed as the lady next to him got up and left.

"Female vs. Bishi. No male is to male in my eyes! Bwa ja ja ja, remember guys insanity is not the problem it’s the Dam, CURE!!!! JI JI! Well now it’s time for this show to begin, but before we see Momoko and Masafumi go at it, I will leave you whit the lovely art of the Angel of Craft. “

And then her hand was taken and she was taken to the table. "excuse me...who is the angel of the craft?" she asked oh so innocently.. and ignoring the woman's previous showing of some potential need for one of those cushioned rooms she's heard about..

“You think this is worth coming out here?”

Kuvoc took a sip of his lemonade before blinking and turning his head, meeting the eyes and smile of the girl next to him. Suddenly realizing that she was talking to him he met her smile with one of his own and nodded. He recognized her from around the school, though he had never actually gotten the courage to talk to any of the other students, let alone a pretty girl. He was feeling too good to be self-conscious now though, the sun and the buzz in the air leaving him a little light-headed. "If nothing else, I think it is completely worth it just to get off campus." He had unconsciously reached into his bag and was grabbing another peanut when he realized he was being slightly rude, a blush of embarrassment rising to his cheeks. He reached the bag out to the girl. "Peanut?" Not waiting for her response he continued on. "Besides, I'm sure the fights themselves are going to be pretty action packed."

Instantly recognizable, Ryu cut a rather impressive figure as he walked through the crowd, making his way to his seats, his young protege, Go a few steps behind him. Being the grandson of the person this tournament was dedicated to, in addition to being one of the most infamous personalities in the entire Domino area, meant that there were a lot of eyes on Ryu as people got out of his way. Ryu could feel all the people looking at him, but continued to act as if he didn't notice it, finally reaching his seat in the front row center. Sitting down next to his sensei, Go felt a little uncomfortable. Not because of all the attention, no really noticed him after all, but because he had noticed a change of sorts in his sensei/father. Though Ryu had his usual warm smile on his face, Go noticed that Ryu would stiffen up whenever anyone mentioned the tourney. Of course, Go was curious as to why he was acting like this, but he decided to let it go, sure that Ryu had his reasons. Besides, for all Go knew he was imagining things.

Little did Go know that he wasn't imagining things. Ryu wasn't bother by the tournament itself, but by the fact that every time it was mentioned, Ryu would think about his late grandfather, comparing himself to Crimson. It's not as if he didn't love his grandfather, because he did, the trench coat Ryu wore today, the same one he had worn nearly every day since he was 14, belonged to his grandfather and was one of the only things he had to remember him by. Ryu had spent his entire life trying to be even a fraction of the warrior, leader, and man his grandfather, Misawa "Crimson" Musashi, was and yet he was no closer to reaching his grandfather than he was when he was 14. Even at his strongest, Ryu always saw himself as an insignificant speck when compared to his grandfather, possessing not even 1% of Crimson's strength, speed, or skill. The only reason he really wanted to challenge the winner was so Ryu could see that he was actually making progress, that his grandfather's back, which normally seemed so far away, was actually closer than he thought.

Kagaro chuckled, as predicted they wouldnt take the offer, and so he was forced to defend himself. Now in all honesty, it would be back to fight these guys, an opponent might see him and memorize his fighting style before the match. And also- his inner dilema was cut short as he jumped back, the boss's punch falling short of its target. He put his foot against the Boss's chest, pushing him back. He the turned, aiming a low kick for the other attacker, a man called 'Hawk', his kick was aimed for the mans knee, knocking him down, the punch going over his head as Kagaro crouched. He wasn't going to seriously hurt these boys, he would just keep them away until they regained they're senses and buggered off.

"Now, if you boys are quite done I have a match to watch." He said standing after hawk fell over, any more of this and he'd get annoyed.

We really wish Diyu was smarter. Really, really wish he was. Completely oblivious to anything important, he just saw a pretty girl and went to trying to please her rightly, until his round of matches started. Well, the drag boy actually seemed to like Diyu, enough that is, to take his arm and they start walking through the arena to his...erm...her? Seats? Not really sure if they like being called her instead of him when in drag. Probably but they never said themselves.

"It is an honor far greater then prepared for a mortal, to escort his goddess of victory to her seat." He gave a smile, a really dopey large smile. Someone please tell him he was hitting on a drag queen? One that was already taken too? He was walking, no point in denying it, half ready to declare his victories to her. Wait only half? That made what he's saying make even less sense!

"Will my goddess of victory bless me in the matches to come?"

Everyone was probably hoping he wasn't going to show up. Praying to their various gods that the mayor of Domino ignored this little advertised adventure. Well, tough shit! The one, the only, the worst of the worst, the drunkenest graduate of AHS, the one, the only Eeth Hellsing arrived in typical Eeth style.

He got uppercutted by a girl in a school uniform and landed rather hard on his back. The bastard of a man groaned and got up to his feet, craving an inhuman amount of alcohol to continue his day. Thankfully no one much had to wonder about Eeth and booze. He removed a flask from his pocket, unscrewed the top and took more then a few sips wandering about the crowd.

There he ran into someone that was probably going to cause another person outside this universe to be injured until he bled candy. Eeth Hellsing went up to none other then the most famous meta on the planet, Ryu Musashi and gave the man a strange stare.

"For some reason I'm willing to bet money that you bleed candy."

He seemed rather surprised that she was speaking to him, but then again they were all in those awkward teenage years. So she smiled pleasantly, resting her nearest hand down on the chair next to her and leaning on it. The breeze played with her hair, throwing her swoop’d bangs in her eyes, forcing her to run her free hand through them so she could see.

"If nothing else, I think it is completely worth it just to get off campus." He reached into his bag and was grabbing another peanut, a blush rising to his cheeks. He reached the bag out to the her. "Peanut?" Not waiting for her response he continued on. "Besides, I'm sure the fights themselves are going to be pretty action packed."

Blinking at the bag, Ally reached into the offered bag and pulled out a small amount, throwing a few back, watching him out of the corner of her eye. If she had to guess, he was a bit taller than her, and from that simple factor she could guess fairly evenly regardless of his comment that he went to AHS. Unfortunately most of the time Ally had been so absorbed in school and getting her issues worked out and her music that she had missed out on meeting a lot of new people.

“Thanks,” she said, tossing the last few peanuts in her mouth and chewing. “So can I imagine you go to AHS? I’m Ally by the way.”

Kehai was enjoying this immensely. He didn’t recognize her, not even one bit. A genuine smile spread across her lips as they began striding arm in arm through the crowds. She had access to a reserved space by means that will not be divulged and along the way she drew out the appropriate passes to secure their route, all the while listening to him ramble on. True, he did not match her one bit, and obviously had not taken any of her tips to heart judging by his current wardrobe, but she knew him so in the desire for a good laugh, she would forget that she was being seen in public escorted by such a fashion disaster.

"It is an honor far greater then prepared for a mortal, to escort his goddess of victory to her seat." He gave a smile, a really dopey large smile. "Will my goddess of victory bless me in the matches to come?"

Oh Kehai could not pass up this opportunity one bit! One delicately drawn eyebrow arched above the other, an alarming portion of her face simply not moving from all the makeup. “Will I bless you?” She said, her voice dripping with coy playfulness.

Batting her eyelashes at him, flashing the passes yet again as they drew nearer their seats, not quite front and center - but to one side - Kehai pondered how far to take this. Diyu was not the same persuasion as herself, but that did not mean that a little fun could not be had…

Kuvoc nodded, "Yup! Just transferred in there. Nice to meet you, I'm Kuvoc." He started to hold out his hand as if to offer a shake, then realized that it might seem kind of silly. After all, does anyone here really even shake hands? Besides, it seemed like kind of a formal thing to do between just two students meeting randomly at some event. Unfortunately, his hand had already started moving, and now it was just going to be hanging in mid-air awkwardly. He changed the direction of his momentum and his hand ended up behind his head where he kinda rubbed the back of his hair while grinning sheepishly, unable to do anything but chuckle slightly at his own confusion. Not wanting to stew over his own clumsiness, he continued on, shrugging it off. "Classes have been pretty intense so far, but I'm actually enjoying school. The few people I've been able to meet so far have been interesting." Flashing another smile he briefly turns back to his lemonade to take another drink.

Oh Glory

So many people were around. So many sights! So many sounds! But best of all, so much Food!! No time like the present to stock up on energy, as Scott liked to put it. The St. Lily's student had in his hands a steamy bowl of the spiciest ramen he had ever tasted. Thankfully, it was oh so delicious as well. So much that he paid no mind to the people he passed. He practically glided through the crowds, somehow finding just the right spots to step in without loosing his slightly rushed pace or spilling his meal. Just the right speed to make his strides flow correctly. His destination was the Tournament Booth, to sign in and get his number. This was a test of skill for himself, and for fun, and in hopes of seeing a certain someone.

Not much farther behind the blue haired teen was a long haired young woman who was not having such a grand time moving through the crowds. Naku did her best not to get in other peoples way, and let people through, which ultimately put her in the way of others again. "Sorry! Please excuse me!" She said to a rather large woman with a glare that could rival Becki's. Naku hurried by, finally coming to a more stable stream of people. Exhaling, she tried to regain her calm. There were so many people who would be watching. So many different people fighting for so many different reasons. After all these years of schooling, where would she measure up?

"You look nervous."

Naku looked to her left to find a teen around her age. Large bowl of ramen in his hand, chopsticks posed in his other hand. Scott's brown eyes didn't respond to Naku's blink. "Huh?" She thought about rejecting it for the briefest second. Acceptance sank into her deep eyes as embarrassment played on her bare lips. "It's that easy to tell?"

"I'd say so," he said before taking a sip of the broth. "You read like an open book, if you don't mind me saying." He continued eating his meal, gaze wandering from his surroundings to Naku and back.

A warm smile lightened up her face, but anxiety took over her eyes. "Honesty is the best policy," she stated before her eyes started to wander. "There are so many people here, it's almost overwhelming."

"May I offer advice?" He lowered his bowl and waited until she agreed. Her eyes landing on him as she gave a nod. "Don't try to think about it all at once. Take it one thing at a time, and keep breathing. Just some advice an old friend of mine taught me." He gave her a reassuring smirk. He casually steered towards the Tournament booth.

"Thank you very much! I really appreciate that," Naku said, gratefulness practically oozing off her. She waited behind Scott as he wrote his name in and received a number. He stepped to the side, fully intent on conquering the last of the ramen. Naku stepped up and signed her name in. The person behind the counter didn't see her, so she decided to take the initiative. "I need a number also, please."

Scott practically spit out his noodles. Remembering how that would not be a good thing, he swallowed it all instead. Bad idea. He fanned his mouth to the best of his ability. It wasn't long before Naku noticed. "Oh my goodness, are you alright? I'll go get you water!" As she dashed off, Scott was left in his realization that girls were in this competition. Not that there was anything wrong with that. There were plenty of strong women in the world, but he didn't think about facing any when he signed up.

Mouth soothed with water, thank yous thoroughly exhausted, and names finally swapped, the two departed ways. Naku wondered why his name sounded familiar as she headed down to find a good spot to see the match. Her feet had other intentions though. Using Scott's advice she was able to handle the crowds a bit better, but found herself further from them than intended. A large oak stood before her with lush grass surrounding it. People still passed by, and comments from the loud speaker were still heard, but it was a lot less crowded here. Without hesitation she leanded her back against the tree and slowly slid down to rest at its base. Her gaze went to the sky and her thoughts drifted from her breathing to other subtle matters.

Scott continued on fully intent on turning around to grab some not-so-hot ramen from the vendors, when he noticed a girl mid not-so-gracious fall. He made his way towards her right-away as fast as he could without making a whole slew of folks fall as she had. Scott rounded around her so that he was in front of her more. His outstretched hand was a silent sign of aid to her. "You alright there? Those things have a nasty habit of jumping in front when you're not lookin'," he said in an even voice. The expression on his face could be hard to read. Almost as if this was part of a job. It still didn't deter from the fact that he was there to help.

It didn’t seem as if this supposed tournament was going anywhere at all. Sat up against a vertical wall surveying what took place below him Jarreth could only come to the conclusion that this had to be some sort of rally before the actual tournament took place, or at least he hoped. He had only signed up to the thing to give him something to do and didn’t honestly expect to get past the first round, now he actually regretted the decision. It would however be rude to duck out of his match this late in the game, so he simply waited for his match to come and go, so he could go home and get some research completed. The wait for his match to start however, this was what irritated him more than anything. He might actually be the last to fight, he might actually have to wait and watch every single match come and go before he got his turn. This would not do. He would have to think up something to busy his mind while he waited.

In the blink of an eye Jarreth flickered away from view as he deactivated his magnetic pull against the wall he sat upon, detaching his back from the brick he shifted his entire weight onto his feet so that he stood horizontally against the vertical wall. At least six stories high up. Gravity was taking affect and pulling the top of Jarreth’s body downwards despite the gravitational pull between his feet and the solid surface he stood upon so he had to move quickly. It needed to be perfectly timed however he had already done the calculations in his head, Jarreth jumped off of the wall and began to fall towards the ground below. His path downwards however crossed past one of the street lamps used to light up the area, which by sticking his right hand upwards and creating a magnetic field he stuck to. This did not however change the fact that Jarreth was falling, normally moving at such speeds only to suddenly stop by grabbing onto something would have ripped a mans arm off, had he not been prepared. To prevent this Jarreth swung his entire body around the top of the street lamp, using his momentum to propel himself upright so that he now stood upon it.

He did not stay up here for long however, Jarreth quickly lowered himself off of the top of the street lamp and began to slide down the pole. Using his ability to increase magnetism between him and nearby objects he spiralled his entire body around the pole to slowly make his down to the floor, eventually touching down on the ground below. Now he was completely surrounded by people, unknowing to his presence as he continued to remain invisible. This would be difficult as all it would take would be one person touching him for them to be able to know where he was, however, this was also what all his training was for. Jarreth crouched downwards onto the ground and watched the crowd for an opening, any break up in the group. People were talking, laughing, eating and drinking. Suddenly however something happened, a fight, someone punched someone else only for their punch to be avoided, which sent some of the crowd stepping away from this commotion in order to not be involved. At this sight Jarreth rushed forwards, keeping his movements swift and graceful he darted between individual after individual, kicking off of the floor and spinning his body to make it through small gaps in the crowd in order to not disturb anyone.

As the one known as Boss was pushed backwards Jarreth span around him, quickly pulling something long out of his jacket pocket and holding it out in front of this man’s neck in an instant before disabling his invisibility. For anyone looking at this, it would have seemed as if Jarreth had just appeared out of nowhere, standing to the side of the thug known as Boss while holding something up in front of his neck to prevent him from moving forwards. The first assumption would obviously have been that this was a knife, however upon closer inspection it would have become obvious that it was actually a lollypop. Strawberry flavoured. Jarreth gazed down his arm towards Boss, studying him from emotionless eyes concealed behind long heavy spikes of black hair.

“You’re starting a fight in the middle of a town filled with Meta Humans.” He said coldly, his voice chillingly devoid of any trace of humanity, “This will only end badly for you.. So I suggest you apologise.. And leave.”

Hatori had spent the weeks before the tournament in training. He wanted to make absolutely sure that he would be at his peak during the tournament. There was no way he would make it easy for his opponent. Hatori was unable to use his claw in combat there, so he spent his training time without it, concentrating on his hand to hand combat skills, as well as his powers. During his training, he had perfected activating his shield in certain places, alowing him more maneuverability during the fight. The day before the tournament, Hatori rested in his room, preparing himself for the tournament.

The day of the tournament, Hatori woke up before the alarm went off. He dressed in his usual battle clothes and ate a light breakfast. He then grabbed the first bus to Domino Town. Upon arrival, Hatori walked up to the sign-in booth and put his name down. This was going to be a good day. He then looked at the crowd of entries standing off to the side. All of them looked to be worthy opponents, except for a few. Due to Hatori's experience, he didn't let the fact that they didn't look like a threat to make him underestimate them. He walked over to where they were standing and took up a spot next to a guy with a sword.

Hatori watched as the crowds went wild as they waited for the tournament to start. Shopkeepers were going nuts trying to sell whatever they had to people in the stands watching the tournament. He laughed as one guy nearly tripped over his own feet from running around so much. Scanning the crowd, he saw that people from all over were here to watch the event. Looking a little closer, he saw his old friend, the one he had saved at the cost of letting everyone else know he had powers. He quickly looked away before his friend could notice him. Now he had a reason to fight to the finish. He would prove to his friend that he was capable of being more than just someone who got bullied in his old school. Now, he had a reason to win.

ooc: Sorry for the low quality on this post >.>; like I said in the chat last night it's been a long time since I wrote with actual people. Oh and if you don't know in order the translations are; Thank you (but in the sense that he's still helping her, which may or may not be odd during the present situation) and sorry, sorry.

"You alright there?" Jane took the ghostly white hand away from her face to examine the would be savior. He wasn't terrible looking. A little too long in the limbs and his blue hair actually forced an eyebrow to arch up. "Those things have a nasty habit of jumping in front when you're not lookin'." A lot of things floated through Jane's mind, being a man at heart almost made the shape shifter want to scoff at the hand and turn it aside. She wasn't John right now though. Graciously the young looking girl accepted Scott's out stretched hand and let the surprisingly strong teen hoist her up.

"Arigato gozaimasu." Jane fought the urge to smile sweetly. Girls in anime always smiled sweetly when a boy helped them out, or blush and beat them senseless. Common sense dictated that the later would have been a poor choice. Jane was always uncertain of how the real Yukina would have treated the situation. 'Mother' didn't exactly enjoy talking about past exploits and kept repeating some nonsense about a fresh start. Jane refused to push the issue as always with the fear of losing the tuition money she worked so hard to steal.

Keeping hold of the man's hand, the shape shifter took to brushing the dust off her male's uniform with her spare. How strange was it for a female student to wear a male's uniform? Jane mentally berated herself on forgetting to change before heading into public, yet again. "My dog chewed up my uniform..." The raven haired girl pushed a few stray strands away from eyes. "This was the only loaner the school had at the time."

Not that this seemingly uninterested man cared much about the condition of her clothes. he probably had quite a bit more important things to do than to hold hands too. "Oh! Gomen, gomen." Embarrassed beyond all measure Jane finally released Scott's hand. Not something John would have ever done. "I'm Yukina," The strange creature gave a short bow. "But my more.... Caucasian friends just call me Jane."

Boss swear that the guy moved a little to fast for your average Joe maybe Van was wrong. No impossible Van powers where perfect he miss because he was out of practice that was it nothing else explained. Boss felt the guy foot push him away whit considerable strength.

Hawk drop his guard as he saw his leader get push away whit ease sadly this allowed his opponent to kick him and making him fall to the ground.

"Now, if you boys are quite done I have a match to watch."

“If you thing that because…”Boss stop speaking as he rapidly turn pale.”Boss that kid..” Furious at the incompetence of his sister’s boyfriend he started to scream “Shut up!!! shut up!!!”

Boss was being held by the youth known as Jarreth, he didn’t know what the hell was next to his neck, it didn’t feel like the cold touch of a knife, but he was shaking in fear so who knew

“You’re starting a fight in the middle of a town filled with Meta Humans. This will only end badly for you.. So I suggest you apologise.. And leave.”

They weren’t the smartest group around but they knew that Two opponent where a little to big of a number for them. Yet before he could grumble or leave. Trish appeared “Didn’t I tell you guys that is I saw you again I would make sure that the next time you entered a bar people would say hello ladies, well I lied run now or next time you will be in the morgue!!!!”

Now it was tree against three, yea it was about time they left in movements that you would normally find in a old cartoon they started to run away at speeds that a human sprinter would only wish to achieve.

“You two the tournament began so if your participating you should stay close” as fast as she came she continued to stroll away she was going to make sure those pest and a few other followed her law.

Kagaro smiled as the delinquents ran off ala roadrunner. He really didnt want to waste his energy before his fight. "Right, I shall wait." He said walking off to the Darkwing Bar to get a drink.

Elsewhere, Natsumi of St.Lillies was pushing her way through the crowd of spectators...she didn't like fighting but...well...oh why was she here! She looked around, maybe someone she knew was here, then it wouldnt be so terribly bad alone...and yet, it had to be Yusei. She went red, remembering the dance. She had been a fool that night, silly and embarrassed, today she would make a better impression! Natsumi walked over to where he was sitting, noticing the bear he usually hung out with...odd choice of companion, she had always thought. "H-hello Yusei-san..." She said with a wave...good start good start! Keep going! "I was just in the area...surprising to meet you here!"

In the Area of a fighting tournament by chance? Idiot, that wasn't at all right! "D-do you mind if I sit?" She said motioning to a seat next to him, what if he didnt want her to?...well..perhaps she'd go back to st.lillies...sit in her room for the day and reflect on how dumb she felt.

The match had started and things where starting to get interesting.

Our very diligent referee/ judge walked toward the judges table “ Hey sis what’s up” strange as it sounds the Angle of craft is the sister to our very sparky referee “ Nice to see you after so long sis”

Our referee smiled “Well since the H-block got destroyed I have been a very nice girl”

Calmly, yet sharply the angle of craft responded “ If I recall Etna and Me took away your powers and thats why you stop causing trouble on large scale “

She softy wave away her sisters words “ Details, details why do you always have to treat me like a little girl Lyn “

Lyn let our a sigh “You should really be watching the match” Our sparky referee shifted her angle and started to speak loudly “ And it has started it seem that Masafumi likes to use scare tactics I wonder how will our young vixen react? !!!”

She started to speak again in a low tone “ Sis you know why I’m here I just want my power of vision for a little while, please” her words where sincere, she knew that she had done wrong in the past whit those powers, but they where a part of her and she felt so empty whit out them. “Only for today sis” Lyn placed a finger on her sister breaking the seal she had place some time ago and transferring her power.

Who would say that the seemingly normal human had the power to see her past present and future and since she was going to be judging all the matches she could see each and every one of them .Curiosity peaked and she felt compelled to see how the next match would develop. But before that happen, she raised her voice and continued doing her job

“ This is better than a movie, we are seeing two CQC fighters here exchanging blows whit out fear and those explosions one needs to have nerves of steel to stay in a match like this, This is really not for those whit a frail heart”

After that she decided to peak at the future.

Match 2

"Yes. Does not a goddess of victory need a champion?" He gave a cocky smile, not humble at all, but it seemed they were past that quite a bit. Of course he knew his outfit was inappropriate, and rather distasteful to many. He did have a logic of course. "Of course I might not look like a champion yet. Can't go wearing anything I value in a fight." Well, at least there was that honesty about. He gave the pretty 'girl' a wink, never knowing that he had met that young lady before.

"A token to wear to honor my goddess, so that my victories are yours as well. Perhaps even the most simple of tokens. A kiss!" You gotta admit, as pathetically stupid and hair brained as this request was. At least it made some sort of mutant sense. You know the kind of drunken three AM nonlogical sense. Oh hell, at least he was kinda charming. In the kind of way that you felt sorry for his over eagerness. You know. Actually his personality was like that of a hyperactive Pomeranian, quick, finicky, loud and strangely obsessed with women. He was however about one tenth as cute as one.

"Yup! Just transferred in there. Nice to meet you, I'm Kuvoc."

He started a gesture - which Ally thought was probably a hand shake but it never made it that far. Instead he tucked it behind his head and scratched, the gesture tempting Ally's lips to quirk in a bit of a smile. Well whatever had happening inside that head was surmounted and he was speaking again.

"Classes have been pretty intense so far, but I'm actually enjoying school. The few people I've been able to meet so far have been interesting." Flashing another smile he briefly turns back to his lemonade to take another drink.

"Oh yeah," Ally chimed in, nodding enthusiastically, "a lot of really cool people."

At that point the loudspeaker blared into life, announcing the imminent game; the constant banter so loud she couldn't hear Kuvoc a few seats away, so she scooted closer so she sat next to him instead. "I can't hear you over the loudspeaker!" She was yelling and laughing, her attention now partially divided between the arena and her new friend.

------

Kehai was wondering whether or not she should end the poor boys misery. He obviously had no idea that they knew one another and she really should not torture him like this. People were staring and if she let this go on much longer it would be embarrassing for him, because while she was accustomed to the stares - that was not something a painfully straight guy would want hanging over him.

"Yes. Does not a goddess of victory need a champion? Of course I might not look like a champion yet. Can't go wearing anything I value in a fight. A token to wear to honor my goddess, so that my victories are yours as well. Perhaps even the most simple of tokens. A kiss!"

Suppressing a laugh, she turned to face him, releasing his arm. He looked so deliciously confident! It was rather endearing though Kehai knew he would just as soon chase after any other leggy girl walking around. One arm held the parasol, twirling it lazily - the other rising to tap at her chin as she studied his hopeful face.

"Diyu, darling," she said, holding out her hand for him to take, "you really do not remember me - do you?" Waiting for some recognition to pass over his face, she smiled mischievously. The poor boy was about to get quite a shock, "From the makeover - at the mall?"

He noticed a bit of stirring as people started to get excited. Apparently it was getting closer to the main event. The sudden booming noise of the loudspeakers washed over him and got the blood pumping even more. He wasn't even participating, yet the noise and crowd had a way of tinging even the mild Kuvoc with a bit of thirst for primal manly violence. He turned to Ally with a goofy grin on his face only to find that she had moved into the seat right next to him.

"I can't hear you over the loudspeaker!"

He started responding, "I know, it's so-". He stopped for a moment and just laughed along with her, realizing she wasn't going to be able to hear him anyway. Which was probably for the best, he wasn't really sure what he was going to say anyway. Finding himself saved from having to try and come up with something witty or entertaining to say, he turns back towards the center of the action for a moment. Nearby he heard some cheers go up, so he decided to join in with one of his own. He didn't really know what was going on quite yet, but it was fun anyway. Turning to the girl sitting next to him, he felt strangely inadequate. He may not be the master of the social scene, but even he knew that you don't just sit next to a random pretty girl and do nothing. Conversation was ruled out by the crowd and the noise, so he had to think of something else. His hand absently strayed up to his chin as he rubbed it briefly, the action of the event briefly flitting away from his thoughts. His fingers prickled slightly, it seemed it was about time for a shave...no! He needed to focus. His eyes seemed to lighten up as an epiphany struck him. Casually reaching in to his pocket he quickly pulled out a tiny seed. He had found it lying on the ground near the Courtyard and had picked it up, thinking it could be useful for a small garden somewhere. Oh well, this was a far more worthy cause. He closed his eyes and reached out his mind to Vitti, the spirit that would allow him to form a bond with plants. There was a faint green glow around his right hand, but it was faint and called little attention to itself. Taking the seed in his right hand, he poured a little of his own energy into it. It was a small thing, and shouldn't tire him too greatly. A small, twisting green stem began to wind from the seed, a plump bud at its tip. It grew a few inches, winding upwards as if stretching before the bud flowered open, the green quickly assuming a splash of vibrant red. Feeding it a bit more energy to make sure that the newly formed tulip was nice and healthy, Kuvoc took a deep breath. Overall, he was pleased with his results, though it was a bit on the fragile side. Letting his mind resume its normal state, he took another sip of lemonade to quench a bit of sudden thirst that had come over him. Looking over again at the girl, he felt his sudden burst of excitement and boldness waver to a fit of awkwardness. He mentally shook his head at himself. It wasn't like he was trying to do anything extreme, just something nice. Determined to see his actions through before the last of his courage faltered he glanced over. He couldn't tell from the corner of his eye how fully she was paying attention to the happenings in the center of the arena, but he decided to just hand it over already. He quickly slipped the flower next to her and flashed a smile before turning back and steadfastly devoting his quickly blushing face to a concentrated view of the action. A huge mental sigh of relief rang through his head. That is what you were supposed to do, give girls flowers. Right?

Things were interesting, but Yusei just sat there drinking the soda that he picked up before he sat down. He didn't forget his friend there, as he also bought a bottle of water for Kuma with him. It was warm enough so that he was able to be out there without Yusei worrying about his condition. It was coming up to his second summer not being in Canada, and the last one did have it's rough periods.

Honestly, he was getting bored here. The fights were good so far, but he was more interested to see how Saun was going to fare. That's when he heard a familiar voice calling his name, and as he turned to see who it came from, Yusei found that it was none other then Natsumi. Here he thought he somehow made a royal ass of himself during the dance a while back when he up and covered her mouth up, but there she was, talking to him like things were still good between them. Perhaps they actually were.

"Yeah, I know. Honestly, I don't show up to things like this, but I thought it was worth being here as long as Saun's in." She still looked nervous, but he was used to seeing her like this. By now, he was used to seeing her like this, though for the life of him, he didn't know why she was as hesitant as she was. She asked if she could sit with the two of them, and honestly, he wasn't saving the aisle seat beside him for anyone. "Sure, go ahead. It's just the two of us here right now anyway."
