It had really happened quicker than Nayumi could have anticipated. With a little information courtesy of the two students she had come into contact with, her parents were only too happy to pack her off to school just like her siblings and with little more interest than eyes flicking over the parent-safe brochure that painted the school out to be all nice and normal. That was good because explaining exactly why she wanted to go to this school and the particulars of the big white creature that had been living in her closet wasn't anywhere on her to-do list.

Her parents even agreed that they didn't need to come with her and happily packed her on the train and waved goodbye, blissfully unaware of the six foot snowman that was already seated on the train. Because a snow-man is completely normal! I swear... Yasuaki, she had been guaranteed, would be accepted and treated like a student - which he was not exactly thrilled about. There was a lot of grumbling and complaining about why in the world did HE need to go to school! To Nayumi the answer was simple - keep him out of trouble.

So the small, petite Japanese girl with the long hair and trendy clothes strolled into the Office shadowed by a much taller, more imposing and intimidating Imagin who glinted white and blue and teal even in the artificial light. There weren't a whole lot of people around, which was just fine. Nayumi felt a little self-conscious about the whole situation and she could only hope that Yasuaki wouldn't do anything rash and that she could refrain from being too clumsy. Oh, and the boys - there had to be cute boys here

And that was what Yasuaki was afraid of; boys. It was the only reason he was even going to agree to take these silly classes; he needed to keep his eye on the girl. Everything flew out of her brain when she saw a cute boy! He needed to be around to make sure she actually paid attention and didn't get herself into trouble, among other things. She had this whole fascination with turning sixteen and her first, real kiss; Yasuaki wasn't a superstitious creature, but she put such stock in it that he had to wonder.

"Hi, I'm Nayumi and this is Yasuaki," she chirped up, the harried looking woman looking up to flick her eyes over the two. "We're new." Nayumi smiled charmingly and clutched her purse with both hands. She'd picked out her favorite, artistically holey jeans, and a graphic tshirt and a sweater and a scarf - she'd taken extra care on her make-up because she wanted to make a good impression! What if she saw Michael again? What about other cute boys? She needed to look her best!

"Hi," Yasuaki waved his arm a bit awkwardly, feeling rather exposed walking around without one of those ridiculously absurd costumes. He was and never had been human; he was an Imagin. Which was much different, and the peculiarities of their bond could take quite a while to explain so lets leave it shrouded in mystery! *mysterious fingers*

"Paperwork," the woman said dispassionately and handed over to packets to Nayumi who took the papers and two pens and shuffled off to some benches.

"Who are my parents - " Yasuaki looked up, "I don't have parents!"

"Make something up," Nayumi said innocently, jotting down her own stuff.

"Where was I born?" Yasuaki gripped the pen tightly, "I wasn't born - I just am!"

"Say you were born in Taiwan," she suggested with a grin.

"That doesn't make sense!"

"Who said it had to?"

And the banter continues....

There he was. Eiji had finally arrived at Anime High School. Maybe now he would learn how to properly control his “gift”, at least he hoped. After a few misinterpreted directions and a couple of attempts at trying to find his way around, he managed to locate the building where the student orientation office was. Goddamn, did he need a map. He had never seen a high school with such a large campus. Shifting the bag on his shoulder to a more comfortable position, he made his way into the building.

The building was rather inconspicuous, or at least Eiji reasoned it was so, given his difficulty in locating it. He made his way down the halls and up some stairs and shouldered open the door. The office was relatively empty, a few bodies moving in a line. He got behind them, and shuffled along with them. He noticed a few people were reentering the line after filling out some pieces of paper. He stretched, massaging his bag-burdened shoulder. Shuffle. The line moved. Shuffle. It moved slowly. Eiji found himself zoning out-

“-xt. Neeext!”

Whoops. Eiji went up to the desk. “Name.” That word was met with silence. “Name.” The command was repeated. “Name!” a frustrated voice let out. The receptionist lady looked away from her computer screen to the muscular lad. He had an amused look in his eyes, and in his left hand was a whiteboard with the words Eiji Uemura written in all of their dry erase glory. The receptionist didn’t look amused. She probably assumed he was doing this to purposely annoy her. She imperceptibly shook her head in silent disapproval.

“Ah. Here you are Mr. Uemura. I’m going to need you to fill out some paperwork. It seems as if there is some information that is missing.”

No problem Eiji’s board read. An image of fountain pens scratching against parchment appeared in his eyes. He nodded at the lady as he grabbed his papers, only receiving a look of distaste in return. Hey, what can you do? He looked around for an empty seat. There was a surprising lack of chairs in this office. He found one. Taking a seat, he glanced at the person next to him. Well, not exactly a person, rather, a being of some sort. He assumed this was more than likely a common occurrence at this school.

Shrugging it off, he smiled as he filled out his form, occasionally eavesdropping on the amusing banter going on between the… birdman? Going on between the birdman and some girl he was unable to see. Taiwan? He chuckled to himself. The images in his eyes were switching between grinding gears and an ear pressed against a door.

"Ysuaki," Nayumi said exasperated, "I'm almost finished! And you're still on the first page."

"Well you try being an interdimentional being created from the stuff of time and memory," the Imagin spat irritably, slamming the clipboard down on his lap .... and accidentally breaking it in half. "Damn," he roared, earning not one, not two, but eight very dark looks from people behind the counters.

"Be quiet, silly," Nayumi picked the broken board up from his lap and flicked her eyes over what he'd written - she could only read it because she had gotten used to his writing... Penmanship wasn't exactly something they concentrated on in the sands of time.

Yasuaki looked forward, scowling, and caught sight of the boy next to him whose eyes drifted towards them occasionally. "What are you grinning about," he gripped, crossing his muscular arms over his chest.

"Be nice Yasuaki," Nayumi said without even looking up to see who he was talking to. "You can fill this out," she handed the papers back to him and took her own to the line.

Yasuaki continued to grumble and started shuffling through them, doing more damage than good. Nayumi was taken care of rather quickly, during which Yasuaki made no progress. Instead he looked around, grumbled, and glanced back at the boy next to him. He immediately saw the danger. Nayumi had a thing for boys; they had to be fairly cute - and that was it. She got too shy to usually get out much more than her name, but since this was a school and she would be around these boys more than any others - there was danger. Scowling at the boy he looked at his forms, "Aren't you done yet? You're crowding me."

Nayumi, drawing on the ground with her toe while she leaned over the counter and made long explanations about Yasuaki and her own registration, she was blissfully oblivious to Yasuaki's bullying. Of course even if she'd been there she probably wouldn't have gotten out more than a few words... Boys had that affect on her.

His perception of the world had been shattered when his powers manifested and he received an invite from AHS. An inter-dimensional being? It was as if someone had gathered up the broken pieces of his understanding, and, just because they thought it was funny, grabbed a hammer and proceeded to pound away at the pile. Nonetheless, Eiji knew that in a few short months that pile would be nothing more than fine dust, and he was damned if he wasn’t going to take it in stride. Mr. Dimensions sure didn’t seem like the calm, happy sort, and as he was chided by his companion, who cleaned up his mess, he glanced at Eiji.

Huh! What was he grinning about? Eiji was sure Mr. Dimensions had a good idea about what he was grinning about. Those silly antics would of course earn a grin, as well as the chagrin of the workers. Man, did they seem uptight. He hoped the rest of the populace wasn’t like them. Eiji ran a head across his head, an apologetic look in his eyes. Mr. Dimensions looked to be only slightly taller than Eiji, though it was hard to judge with both of them being seated, and of a similar build. At least there was someone who had their inter-dimensional head on straight. Your body is a shrine, and best treated like one.

The companion had moved on back in line. Eiji had yet to even see her face. He kept himself content for a little while in answering questions, and correcting any misinformation about himself on the sheet he had. It seemed that birdman was having trouble filling out his forms, judging by the fact that there were more wrinkles and tears in the paper than ink. Whoops. There he was, invading someone’s bubble with his eyes again. Ah, well it wasn’t as if Eiji was trying to hide what he was doing. At the very least he hoped to engage birdman in a conversation, but he wasn’t sure if that’d be smart. It was as if all a sudden a switch flipped in Mr. Dimensions and an aura of hatred wafted from him.

Eiji blinked. Grabbing his board, and a dry erase marker, he began to write, his hand moving like a blur across the whiteboard. Nope. Almost, though. Won’t have to worry about me crowding you for too much longer.

Eiji displayed what he had written on there with a friendly smile, and ensued the filling out of the sheet with a vengeance, eager to get the paperwork done and experience what this place had to offer. His pen flew across the paper, furiously dotting every i, heatedly crossing every t, feverishly writing until he was finally finished. Leaning his bag against the chair, Eiji smiled, proceeded to give Mr. Dimensions a single pat on his shoulder as he stood up, and went to stand in line behind mystery companion girl, as she tried to explain everything to the cross receptionist.

Yasuaki's eyes - which were little more than blue gems set into his face, watched with mild interest as the boy - wrote on a dry erase board. "Good," he snapped scowled back at his own paper, ignoring whatever the boy was trying to show him. He wasn't an intentionally unfriendly creature, this just wasn't his best day. There were a hundred new worries and little idea of how to tackle them. If he didn't care it would be a lot better, but the simple fact was that he did and it drove him to acting like a crazy, grouchy old bird.

He was even muddling out some of the questions when - the boy stood up and went to go stand behind Nayumi. Well that wasn't good at all! Suddenly the idea of just making up answers seemed BRILLIANT! He was from Jabuti, his mother's name was Bob, his dad's name was Fredrique', his blood type was Cotton Candy, and it only got better. He was finished so quick the boy with the magic hands would be jealous! He wasted no time bypassing the growing line shouldering past the whiteboard wielding boy and nudging Nayumi aside to offer his much abused papers.

"Well - finally," Nayumi said and stuck her tongue out.

"Stop acting childish," Yasuaki grumbled.

"Stop being a grump," his bad moods no longer terrified her. He needed her and well - she'd grown so accustomed to him she wouldn't know what to do without him. "Here's his paperwork," she took the stack from the Imagin and handed them to the woman behind the desk who eyed Yasuaki suspiciously. It had taken some promises to get people to understand he wasn't a monster - but yes, there were ones like him that were. Oh it had been a lovely session but they were in - if only by the skin of their teeth!

Sighing, Nayumi pivoted on her toes to mock-glare up at the Imagin who towered over her. It was hard to look fierce and imposing when one had to look UP at someone to do it. "Oh come on! This is going to be fun." The Imagin grumbled something, arms crossed over his chest and staring straight ahead. Giving up, Nayumi let her brown eyes slide over the room and only then caught sight of the boy - oh yes, it was a boy - directly behind them. Oh her friends were all very excited for her and wanted to know all about the cute boys on campus! Even now she could feel her cellphone going off a mile a minute with all the girls clamoring to know about all the cute guys!

Her face flushed a slight pink; she felt that if she got her cell phone out right now he'd HAVE to know she was tweeting about him! Glancing back a little, to any observer to would be clear, but she thought she was being so smooth about it. "Hi," she said, her voice at least managing to not squeak.

"The taxi wants your bags out of the car," the receptionist sighed at them.

"Oh," Nayumi blinked at the woman and then looked expectantly at Yasuaki - who was obviously the beast of burden in their relationship. "Well, I'll finish up here and you can take care of the bags," she said ever so cheerfully.

"Why do I have to take care of the bags," he knew where this was going - while he was distracted she'd seen a boy - any of them really, roughly 45% of the people IN the office were obnoxiously male. Why couldn't his contract holder have been a guy? None of this luggage business to worry about.

All she had to do was smile her sweet, innocent little smile and point out the obvious - "Because do you want me dropping your Wii?"

Grumbling, fuming, he didn't move for a moment and then it was only to snap a finger in her face and bark, "Don't talk to strangers!" Then he stalked off, irritated and very unhappy.

Nayumi was not unaware of his personality and cast a sheepish look behind her, "Sorry about that," hopefully everyone wouldn't mind too much - though she felt more than a little embarrassed by the whole show... he did that often enough she should be getting over the embarrassment....

Heinz
New Student
Heinz had just arrived at the school, he didn't know what would be waiting for him here or did he even care about that fact as he was just here to learn. Having paid a student a couple of hundreds, he had gotten the information required to the location of the Student Orientation office. In his mind giving some cash to get what he wanted was an excellent way of getting past talking and befriending people, so it was better to pay a couple of hundreds then to walk around like a dumb child not knowing where to go.

He entered the office, Heinz was wearing the normal clothes he had. The grey hoddie and a blue/grayish lose jeans, The hoddie having the ductape over the elbow almost at the shoulder and below the elbow but not at the wrists, it was in the middle of his wrist and elbow. His pants had the ductape just some few inches over his shoes and a bit over his knees. He was wearing a pair of sneakers which where colored black and white in a triangle patter. The hood was over his head concealing his face as he kept his head a bit low so it would be harder to spot his red eyes and he kept his fists closed so that if he grabbed onto a wall so that no one should see the spikes coming out of his hands then.

Heins didn't even want to wait in the line so he decided to grab a seat, but looking around that there wherent many to take that, and even less when it came to seats that weren't surrounded by people. Letting out a sigh he walked over to a seat and moved it out of his way before grabbing the wall and pulling himself up it and plating his feet onto the wall, Heinz was now leaning on the wall supported by the spikes on his feet and his left arm planted in the wall.

He began to think of what he should do to pass the time, he then remembered he had the monthly rapport to read and thought this would be just a good time as any to read it over. Grabbing the paperwork from his jeans pocket he un-wrapped it and began to read it over, he muttered some words like.

"Hmm, well the techs are doing good, so is that department. Well i should maybe just take that into a meeting..."

He kept on with the mumbling and seem to be in his own little world when he was reading that thing, and even some of the words came out a bit faster then the others making the speed which he talked unbalanced between the slow paced words and the fast paced ones. His voice still had the same tone and dialect but with a different speed to it at every second word.

Heinz noticed that his hood was being a pain when he was reading so he pulled it back down and did a little spin with his head. He got right back to reading it, his red eyes now clearly visible as well as his grey skin, the mystery of how he was hanging on the wall would remain a mystery for as long as he could keep it that way.

There Eiji was, standing in line, waiting for mystery girl to complete her explanation. He hummed to himself to pass the time. It seemed as if she was reaching towards some conclusion, as some sort of understanding was dawning on the face of the grouchy receptionist. Then, out of nowhere, he felt someone push him aside. There was Mr. Dimensions, handing his paper to the cantankerous lady, an aura of success emanating from him, as if he had averted an unwanted occurrence.

Oup. It looked like Mr. Dimensions was getting reprimanded again. She was acting like his caretaker. Mystery girl grabbed the papers, and handed them to the receptionist, finally finishing up everything. It seemed that they had become official students of Anime High School. Hopefully, in a few short minutes, Eiji would be joining those ranks. The girl turned, and made a poor attempt at trying to tower over Mr. Dimensions. Eiji smiled to himself. What characters. Fun times were to be had, yea? He finally got a look at mystery girl’s face, and she seemed to be erupting with joy. He wondered what it was that set her all ablaze like that.

A greeting. Information about her bags. An expectant look at Mr. Dimensions. A grumble and an annoyed look. A command. An apology. Eiji felt almost a little sorry for Mr. Dimensions. It seemed that he went through things that creatures like him normally didn’t. Also, it was apparent that he cared for the safety of mystery girl. Moreover, the mention of a Wii added a particular humanness to birdman, earning him a few points in Eiji’s book. He guessed it was true. No matter the differences, sentient beings always had some similarities.

Eiji handed his papers to receptionist the grouch. What a life, sitting behind a desk for the rest of your life. Eiji couldn’t imagine a more boring way to wait for your timer to finish counting. Excitement was waiting around every corner in this world. Why try and avoid it. Eh, in actuality, they probably saw their fair share with the whole “school full of super teens” thing. And as if on cue, another mystery came into view: a ragged looking guy, who seemed like he didn’t really want to be here. He went to lean against a wall and began to read something, letting his hood fall back. Bang, bang went the hammer on Eiji’s perception pile. He seemed like a guy with a story. Eiji would be sure to introduce himself.

With that thought process reaching its conclusion, Eiji decided to address the girl. She had been kind enough to begin the exchange of pleasantries. Whipping out a marker, he put ink to board. Hey. There was a friendly look about his eyes, and his lips formed a welcoming smile. Absolutely no problem. Mr. Dimensions was just acting like himself, yea? My name is Eiji, and as you can probably tell, I’m a new student. What’s your name? Some question marks were listlessly floating around in his eyes. He extended his right hand, his left hand still displaying what he had written.

[OOC: I don’t mind. I wish I could ramble on a bit. It’d add some more meat to my posts. Also sorry, it took so long to respond. I had this typed up yesterday, and ended up falling asleep before I could post it. My bad.]

[[ ooc - i'm having a hard time posting today @__@ sorry in advance for the suckyness ]]

The woman behind the counter began shuffling through Yasuaki's papers, making her own set of grumbles and protests. It seemed Yasuaki's answers were at least being accepted. This left Nayumi to entertain herself and pretend that standing perpendicular to the counter was totally not intentional. Of course she caught the movement on the whiteboard and unabashedly curious she watched as words formed.

"Hi," she giggled, breaking out in a grin of her own. "Mr. Dimensions," her brow furrowed in curiosity, "Oh - you mean Yasuaki." She shrugged and smiled, "He's an Imagin; he's - different." The whole novelty of communicating by the whiteboard was intriguing, "I'm Nayumi." Now she actually looked at his face. While looking at the whiteboard she could sort of forget she was talking to a boy but looking at his face - with question marks literally hovering in his eyeballs - she blushed again and tentatively offered her own hand and muttered out, "Nice to meet you."

However pleasant as this exchange might have been, the brusque voice of the woman behind the counter called, "NEXT!" And only then looked at Nayumi, "Processing your paperwork, wait for your room assignment."

"Oh," she said sheepishly, "Okay. Nice to meet you Eiji." She didn't know really what to do with herself so she just made her way back to the chairs, though now there seemed to be more people around so she gave up sitting down, feeling slightly awkward around all these new people - not to mention all of the boys. For lack of anything to do at the moment, she pulled out her cell phone and answered a few of the inquisitive text messages her friends were sending her - mostly asking about cute boys, boys were a very important commodity when starting a new school.

She was blissfully unaware that she was actually walking, meandering more or less, clicking away at her phone - and managed beyond all possible explanation - to walk straight into the boy hanging off of the wall. When talking about probabilities it could be useful to note that Nayumi's tendency for both clumsiness, luck and sticking her foot in her mouth were paramount. Startled, she yelped, and took in that she'd just walked into a boy, but this one was....hanging? from the wall, amidst other things and was immediately acquainted with the lack of grip on her shoes that slid out from under her, depositing her firmly on the floor. Her eyes rolled about in her head for a moment as her phone went off again with another text, "'Aye, yai, yai," she muttered, rubbing her hips, "gravity works too well..." Oh, and then she realized everything all over again and succeeded in blushing a yet indeterminable color of very striking red.

Heinz
New Student
[[OOC: Yeah, it might have some typos and such in here. But it is late so bear with it.]]

Heinz kept to himself and waited for the line to get even smaller before he would want to get into it. He wasn't a really big fan of people to say it at best, even though they had their uses and if he could find a way to use em he would. When he was almost done with reading the monthly report he was sendt he suddnely felt some one walking straigth into him, this made Heinz a bit starteld as he hadn't been watching his surroundings and he almost lost his grip to the wall. Manageing to keep his grip he looked down at what had just hitted him, his red eyes looking down upon the girl takeing in her features before he gave her a quickl cold stare. Heinz said with his normal voice.

"You know, walking into some one is very annoying. And it is very dangerous."

When he heared what he had said about dangerous he slammed his papers into his face before removeing them and takeing another look upon the girl. To his fear she was cute and he knew that this would end in either him walking out the door before he had signed the paperwork or he would make some enemies today. Perhaps it could be avoided, and he knew as a man of trade that earning some type of friends in this place would smooth things over, so he would try and act a bit less cold as it was all in his best interests.

Heinz then said with a bit friendlier tone in his voice.

"So, is there any reason for you to bump into me or where you just distracted?"

Even though he tried to act friendlier his voice still had the same tone and he wass annoyed that she had walked right into him as it was annoying in general for having that happening to you. His eyes kept looking over her taking in her features but returned to her face as if he was even going to have a chance to get some friends even though he didn't really need em he couldn't really be seen scopeing out her features for too long.

He then released himself from the floor and held out a hand for the girl to take as he said with the same tone.

"Names Heinz Berg. And you?"

Eiji enclosed her hand in his and shook it. Hmm… Nayumi. What red cheeks. Eiji silently laughed. She seemed so… innocent! The receptionist made a not so subtle hint that the line should really continue moving along. Nayumi excused herself. As the receptionist finished up with Mr. Dimensions’ paper, mumbling some of what he had written on his sheet, she moved on to Eiji’s. Making a big show of checking and cross checking his answers with what information the school already had, the lady tsked and tutted and clucked.

“Now are you sure your answers are correct?”

Eiji looked at her, giving her the blankest stare in the world. His whole being seemed to say “Are you serious? Do I not know shit about myself?” People groaned behind him. Just how much longer were they all going to be stuck in here? The lady’s mind was obviously rattled. She had bought all that Mr. Dimensions had written, but questioned whether his answers were correct? Oh well. Such is life.

Yes, I am sure all that I have written is correct. The words were written and shown faster than one would have spoken them. Blink. The lady read those words, shrugged, told him to wait while everything was entered into the system, and went back to acting like no one was there. All that was left was for Eiji to find a way to whittle away his time. He was sure Mr. Dimensions could use some help moving luggage. He knew how much girls would bring with them when living away from home. It’s not exactly the lightest load. Now, where was Nayumi? She could always direct him to the cab. Ah! There she was, walking in the steadily growing crowd, her head bent down, her fingers flying, skillfully dodging the crowd, yet managing to run into interesting story boy. Now he had experienced enough to know that in this universe he lived nothing happened without some sort of reason, as if there was something controlling the outcome of certain events. She fell down, her face reddening again. Eiji began to make his way to help her up, but story boy had already offered her his hand.

He made his way towards them. It would be great if he could get to know people on his first day here. But no. First he wanted to make sure Mr. Dimensions was alright carrying the bags. He was sure the Imagin was a perfectly agreeable fellow; he probably just woke up on the wring side of the bed this morning, piled with the stress of moving to new place. Eiji, arrived just in time to hear story boy introduce himself. Heinz Berg. He knew that every time he would hear that name, the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle would pop into his mind. The similarity was uncanny. Or, at least he thought so. He gave a nice smile of greeting, crinkling the outer edges of his eyes the tiniest bit, and once more offered his hand to Nayumi, giving her a grand total of two hands to grab onto and pull herself up with. His board simply displayed the words “Do you think Yasak… Mr. Dimensions needs any help?” Thank god for speed writing.

Right. Nayumi just stared at the wall-clinging boy. Sure she'd done something like that before, but it was almost always in conjunction with Yasuaki controlling her body which - well - basically meant anything was possible. The cold stare was not lost on her, but it had little affect as she simply gawked at his features; he was male, but in that sort of creepy way. And almost instantly she chided herself, thinking about Beauty and the Beast, about how a true heroine needed to be able to see past the rough exteriors and into the hearts where real goodness resided.

She rallied her courage and laughed bravely at herself, phone disappearing into her pocket and a hand going to her forehead. "Silly me," she blushed a bit, dismissing his still cold tone. "Wasn't intentional, I promise," she blushed a bit more, "usually pretty good at dodging things - well - when I can see their feet." His whole hanging from the wall bit had thrown her otherwise fail-proof method into disarray.

He held his hand out, offering both aid and a hand. "Nayumi," she breathed shyly, not unaware of the scoping he was doing. However, before she could accept his hand, Eiji reappeared, offering his hand as well. A little overwhelmed, she grabbed both arms and was hoisted easily to her feet. She blinked between the two, feeling a world of difference in their personalities and for a moment her own resolve buckled under the swaying of her own ideas.

"Yasuaki," she blinked and then chuckled. "You'll only make him angry if you offer to help him." Her face crinkled up a bit, "He'll go on about how you're saying that he's not strong enough, he who has been a warrior since before I was born," her voice was steadily getting louder as she was getting carried way in mocking the absent Imagin. "He who has beaten untold enemies - "

"They aren't untold, I told them they were beaten soundly - and they knew it." Yasuaki, aided by a wonderful rolling cart, appeared as if summoned and looked down on the three kids with a long-suffering sigh.

"Oh - oh right," Nayumi blushed furiously, turning her back on the Imagin and pursing her lips to keep from laughing. Just her luck. Open mouth. Insert foot.

He just gave the guy a nod and kept listening to the girl ramble on aobut different things, but when she began rambling on a subject he didn't really get he just looked at her and even before he could ask a question the thing she had ben talking to apeared. Heinz not being one to back down looked at the thing she had talked about named Yasuaki, his red eyes quickly scopeing out his features before letting out a yawn. He seemed to not really care about this Yasuaki as he turned his gaze to Nayumi as he said.

"So, this guy is your bodyguard i assume?"

His voice still keeping the friendlier tone the before, but still his eyes darted over to the being she had spoken of and looked at it as he did to many other challanges with his cold chilling stare before turning his gaze back to Nayumi and his gaze turned back to the friendlier version. Takeing in the looks of the crowd Heinz let out a sigh as he said.

"Will this crowd ever get smaller, i swear so many in a place like this really just ticks me of."

Eiji listened, enraptured by the growing descriptions of what the Imagin had done. What a strange world he must have come from. Battles against other beings like him. Something like that Eiji had only read about in books. Beings from different planes of existence. Eiji was really interested in finding out just what was actually true in this world. What an adventure this would be. Sadly Nayumi was stopped short by the Imagin, who had all her bags on a rolling cart. Now that’s thinking ahead. Before Yasuaki could see what he had written and take affront to it, the black text was rubbed into nonexistence. Still, Eiji felt a disapproving glare from him. Yasuaki had let out a resigned sigh.

He had yet to introduce himself to Heinz, and now that he thought about it, Mr. Dimensions still didn’t know his name (not that Eiji was any good at remembering the Imagin’s name), despite how much they had gotten to know each other. This malady had to be rectified. Before he could do anything though, Heinz had already begun speaking, and it would be rude to interrupt. Eiji couldn’t help but notice the cold, calculating gaze that was shot at Mr. Dimensions, and he was sure, what with Yasuaki’s warrior instinct, that the Imagin had seen it as well. Aw, he seemed to have soft spot for Nayumi. Heinz made a scathing remark about the crowd. Not too much of a people person, huh?

Eiji stored everything he had been observing in the special is this real? portion of his brain. He looked at Heinz, shook his head and showed his peer the collapsible whiteboard.

I don’t see the lines getting any shorter, what with how the crowd has steadily been growing larger. Although I am sure if you wait long enough, the crowd will dwindle. With that said… read… written? Shown? With that shown, Eiji turned his attention to the Imagin.

I never properly introduced myself. The name’s Eiji. And you are Yasuaki, yea? That spelled right? Eiji gave the Imagin an inquisitive look. He would love to learn all about what exactly made the being tick, how he differed from humans, everything. Years spent in the company of books had left his mind fertile and ready to accept everything.

One might be able to hear rocks cracking at the word 'bodyguard'. "Oh no," Nayumi laughed nervously, hoping to diffuse the situation. "Yasuaki," she gestured to the Imagin, "is my - ah - partner." While Eiji distracted Heiz with his talking-white board, Nayumi turned to the Imagin, making full use of their bond. There were many benefits of it, one of which was their telepathic bond. ::Yasuaki - ::

::I hope you don't plan on treating him like a puppy.:: The Imagin crossed his arms over his chest, eyes flicking over the two boys and back to Nayumi.

::Uuuuh - what?:

::I can see it in your eyes; you're thinking about a movie and next you'll treat one of them like a lost puppy.::

::No I - :: She just had to look at him, and her head dropped a little, she looked down at the tiled floor. ::Beauty and the Beast....::

"Whaaaaaaaaaaaat?" And that was audible.

Nayumi flinched and looked at the two boys sheepishly, as if they could hear what was being said. ::Yasuaki! I just - ah - talk about it later, okay? Just be nice. Please? It won't be like this at other schools!::

The Imagin breathed a long-suffering sigh. He had brought this on himself. He had chosen her, she hadn't chosen him. The one from before displayed his whiteboard, words appearing almost of their own through. "Yes, Yasuaki," he grumbled. Where were his days of being a warrior? He was now the bell-hop and babysitter... "Is, this," he waved a hand tentatively at the whiteboard, "normal? Do you not - talk?"

Nayumi flashed Heinz a big smile, "The lines really do go pretty quick."

Heinz looked at Eiji as he saw the whiteboard with the text

'I don’t see the lines getting any shorter, what with how the crowd has steadily been growing larger. Although I am sure if you wait long enough, the crowd will dwindle.'

He chuckled a bit and said with the same voice he spoke with Nayumi and said.

"Well, waiting is one thing i am really good at, so that won't be a problem. And if it comes dow to it i guess i can just pay one of em to let me pass infront of."

The last words from pay to infront where a bit more chilling as he turned his gaze to the imagine that had just said "Whaaaaaaat." and he gave him a questionable look as in why he had just said that out loud for no reason. He kept gazeing at the Imagine but soon he turned his gaze back to Nayumi. Heinz seemed to care more about Nayumi then the imagine, just as if he was just another person in the crowd but it was something about Nayumi that made him act a bit different, maybe because she was a girl and a cute one at that, oh well such was Heinz and it wouldn't change at first.

The growd grew a bit smaller and bigger at the same time and this just made Heinz sigh and grabbed up his big fat wallet from his other pocket on his jeans. It seemed to be a good deal of money within it, but this was to be expected as he was rich and owned most of a company. Heinz began to mumble a bit but then seemed to direct a question at Nayumi.

"Do you think some of them would wait some more for a few thousand or?"

It seemed as if he was asking her a morale question, this was certainly a new thing for Heinz but as always he had an intention behind it as he didn't really wan't to get the bad side of him self shown.

Eiji looked at Heinz as he made a remark about his patience, and then continued to say he could always just pay someone for their spot. Those two comments didn’t really fit with each other, did they? Pay someone? For their spot in line? It’s not like the lines were moving snail speed. What need was there to pay out good cash for something as menial as that. But then Eiji has spent most of his life in relative poverty, what with his mom not accepting any help from her parents, besides babysitting duty. He had no idea just how the minds of the wealthy were wired. Well at least he could say he had a wealth of knowledge and experience that was hard to claim for anyone who was only 17.

Yasuaki addressed him. Eiji’s head nodded, his mouth split into a wide grin, and his fingers uncapped a marker.

Yup. My power is voice based, and as of right now I can’t really vocalize anything for fear of triggering it. Oh, man! It’s an interesting story how my power came to be. It involves everything from a bad crowd to a crazy life to a cement cellar to an underground arena, to me being half to death.

Yup, Eiji hadn’t exactly lived the most exemplary of lives, but when he thought about it, as much as he regretted some of the stuff he had done, he didn’t think he would take anything back. It had given him a clearer view of the world than most. A road stretched into infinity in his eyes, a small group of people meandering lazily along it, not looking ahead, not looking back, fixated on the path they were traveling.

As this friendly exchange had been going on, the line had gone through various shifts in size. Dynamic! Nayumi made a comment on how the lines really didn’t go that slowly at all, but Heinz was still processing the idea of paying someone for a spot. Eiji gaped at the wallet Heinz was carrying, before noticing what he had just done and shutting his mouth. Talk about loaded. Shit. No wonder the boy had any qualms with handing out a grand; he probably lined his walls with the stuff. I guess some people are luckier than others… he thought to himself.

Eiji looked as Heinz asked Nayumi whether anyone would longer for a bit of money. Eiji’s whole being seemed to say. “No shit. That amount of money = one happy poor boarding school student.” Shuffle, shuffle. The line continued its movement, becoming shorter until someone hopped back in. Eiji had yet to introduce himself properly to Heinz.

Nayumi divided her attention between the three - or tried to at least. Her head snapped around and gave Heinz a curious, did-you-really-just-say-that, look when he mentioned paying off students... Heck, she was on a budget here! She would have let him cut in front of her for $10!

Yasuaki, on the other hand, didn't care about money. To an Imagin, time was the only thing that mattered and not in the human way. For that matter, humans mattered about as much as dirt - except for Nayumi who was his contract holder and for some undetermined reason had wiggled her way into whatever kind of heart a creature fabricated from the sands of time had. His gem-like eyes watched as words appeared at Eiji's hands. "Sounds interesting," he replied flatly. It did sound interesting, but he had to discourage any and all male interaction with Nayumi or himself; the preservation of their contract continuing depending on it. Why in the world he didn't want to fulfill the contract was another matter of it's self as well as the grounds for even forming one.

At the moment, Nayumi watched Heinz with a weird fascination as the boy pulled out a very thick wallet. He either frequented strip clubs and needed a lot of $1's or just had a lot of money. "A thousand?" She blurted out, her dark eyes going large and round, "Dude - I'd wait in line for you and do your paperwork for half of that," she laughed.

Yasuaki's head came around, he didn't like that the other one was really only interested in talking to Nayumi. "Don't we have somewhere to be," he said loudly.

"Hey, Heinz here needs us to do his registration for him," she said with a toothy grin - okay, she didn't actually expect him to take her up on the offer, it was silly and she didn't actually believe he was serious about paying for someone to move aside so he could get through a silly line quickly.

[[OOC. Just a heads up, my left arm is broken, so my posts may be a bit crappy at the moment.]]

Heinz looked at Nayumi a he offered to do it for half, letting out a small smirk he opened the wallet and pulled out as much yen which would reach to the point of 3000 thousand US Dollars and held them out to her. He let out a small chuckle and said with a friendly voice.

"Well, sins you offered, i guess i should take you up on that."

His face said it all that he was serious, clearly he nevered messed around with money and sins he could spend it why not you know. Heinz looked at the line and then back at Nayumi, he even gave a look to the imagine and deep within his eyes there was a cold spot. He then turned his gaze back to Nayumi and said.

"Well, if you don't mind that it is a bit small of cash. If you need more for it not to be a bother for you, then just say that."

It was clear as day that there where something about Heinz, even despite his clothing and that he didn't have the usual rich kid stuff around him. It seemed that he was wealthy but the monthly report still around, it could give them a view of it. And if they got around to figureing out they might find out that he owned much of a company.

These thoughts where in his head as he didn't really expect this to go smoothly, and that it was another thing still hanging in his mind, it was still annoying him, there was something about the Imagine that didn't feel right to him. And being a man of Buisness he saw this only as a threat and would deal with it as such, but on the outside he kept his little smile on and kept pretending that everything was good.

(OOC: I'm sorry! I didn't mean to take so long to reply. The realization of higher education just kinda hit me out of nowhere... Also, Heinz, out of curiosity what is the currency your char is carrying? I assume it to be Yen, but I'm not sure, because 3000 yen doesn't seem like too much...)

Eiji seemed almost hurt by the Imagin's disinterest in his life story, making a slightly pouty face. He was sure that it would be at least somewhat captivating, especially to someone who showed so little interest towards anything else. Yasuaki didn't seem to like anything at all, unless it involved him and Nayumi being someplace other than here. What was Eiji to do? It seemed Heinz was attracting a lot of attention, and for good reason. Was that a few thousand in his hand? Could he get in on any of that action? Eiji's old, greedy self peeped out from whatever recess of his soul it had been hiding in. No! Bad! Go back! It hid away again, presumably to go lose itself within some... fun... memories.

You know, if you want, I could help out with the paperwork as well. I mean four hands are better than two. And six hands are better than four. It'll make everything go much faster.

The one thing about communicating with a board, it wasn’t always the easiest way to get peoples’ attention. Oh well, his message was clear. Nonetheless, Eiji couldn't help but wonder where this slightly unkempt youth, youth being a relative term (he didn't seem younger than Eiji), got all of this cash. And everyone knows, cash is king. And boy, was Eiji sure that Heinz knew. Money is one of the greatest motivators in the world. It made people work, and made them work hard, just to earn that much more.

No, but in the end, Eiji just wanted to help out. Why? It was because he was an extremely kind person. Sadness, discontent, anger, these were things he didn’t want to see on anyone’s’ face. And currently it seemed there was a surplus of discontent faces here. Yasuaki didn’t seem pleased at all, and Heinz didn’t seem pleased with Yasuaki. Nayumi on the other hand had a nice grin on her face, causing Eiji to smile as well. Yep. Six is most definitely better than four.

Devon walked in to see a good sized line in the office. She walked to the back of the line and turned on her I-pod to the max to drown out the noise of the noise of the four people ahead of her. Eventually Devon got fed up and decided to go talk to them or at least argue with them. She walked up to them pausing her I-pod and said "Could you guys keep it down!? some of us want to ignore the wait and you people are making it really hard!"

[[ ooc - wheeee! sorry as well for the delay in responding. ]]

She wasn't expecting Heinz to be fer serious! She watched as the boy whipped out several large bills, her eyes growing in size by inches. "Wow," she she whispered.

Yasuaki eyed the money without interest; money didn't matter to him. "What's the big deal? It's paper!"

"Money," Nayumi corrected, looking at the Imagin. "And how do you think I buy you Wii games? That takes money." Heinz chimed in and Nayumi turned back to him, "Small?" She laughed, "I don't know where you're from, but where I'm from that's not a small bit of cash." She still expected Heinz to retract the offer, say he was kidding, and not really follow through with the offer.

Nayumi spun around and smiled at Eiji, not having forgotten about him, and stopped short of saying anything when she saw the pouty face. "What's wrong with you?" Her eyes flitted to the whiteboard, and she nodded enthusiastically, "Come on."

"I'm not helping," Yasuaki balked.

"Fine, go find our room!" Nayumi chunked the key at him. "Don't be such a silly bird, I'll be fine," she yelled, grabbing Eiji's arm and dragging him up to get paperwork and clipboards. A girl spun around, glaring at Nayumi and demanding they keep it quiet. Sheepishly, Nayumi smiled and waved, "Sorry," before hauling Eiji to a less-dangerously-populated space.

"Here," she handed Eiji half of the paperwork, "you do this, I'll do the other half and we'll be done super quick!" Did it matter that she had no idea what the correct answers should be? Nope! That wasn't part of the bargain...

Devon was disapointed with the response she got but she'd rather not show her powers just yet. When she finally was at the front of the line the lady there gave her some papers to fill out "what a drag!" Devon said to hersele and walked into the next room to fill out the forms. There she saw the girl and boy who she yelled at in there. Devon was confused "why are you helping him?" she asked the girl.

Heinz made a little chuckle as how Nayumi reacted to what he had shown her, he knew something like this would happen and he knew they would begin to write something stupid. That was the reason he had mailed the school his papers a week before he had come here just to avoid this kind of stuff. The reason Heinz had come to this office as in the real reason was to find assets he could use in his time at the school and maybe he could hire to work for him, that was what was in his mind almost all the time. When she ran off and dragging Eiji's arm he smirked a bit as he turned his gaze to the imagine as he said.

"So the big guardian is affraid she will fall in love is that it?"

Clearly Heinz had no fear for this thing as fear was something that couldn't be permited when he was in work as it was a sign of weakness infront of the suits. Atleast he knew how to handle people but this imagine was something else, and Heinz wanted to know why this one was so against him and all the other guys.

He had also seemed to ignore the girl yelling at them and had just thought of her as an annoying chess piece and not annything else, but this was Heinz it is talking about and he would have nothing to do with people if it did not profit him, and that was why fireing people from their jobs was no problem from Heinz and all his workers knew this.

Takeing up his mothly report papers again he took a quick gaze over them before putting them back into his pocket. He didn't care if any one looked wierd at him for doing that and he didn't care what their thoughts where. This was Heinz and he would act as he wanted to no excuses, no remorse.

Before Eiji could completely grasp exactly everything that was going on, Nayumi had thrown her keys at Yasuaki and grabbed him by the arm. They went up to receive the papers. Eiji thought it slightly strange, why they would give Heinz’s paper to two people who were clearly not Heinz. Moreover, they seemed to have incurred the wrath of some girl, who proceeded to yell at them as they went past. Loud? Eiji was nearly one hundred percent sure he had yet to make a sound. They ended up near where Eiji and Yasuaki had there first talk, and thank god, Eiji’s bag was still leaning against the chair where he had left it. There were a few explanations for this Eiji reasoned, the most likely one being that the people probably didn’t give two monkeys about stuff lying around, and another being the fact that it is never good to incur the wrath of anyone in a school full of superhumans who can’t completely control their powers.

Grabbing his bag, he took a seat next to Nayumi. How exactly was he supposed to answer these questions? It’s not like he was Heinz’s best friend who knew his complete life story. He glanced at what Nayumi was writing down, and stifled a laugh. Like contractor, like contractee. Well, if it didn’t matter what was put down, might as well have some fun, right? Place of birth? Hamburg, Germany. Mother’s name? The Duchess Baconetta Lettucia Tomatina the Third. Father’s name? The Duke Dooble Chezburg von Condmenta the Second. Hahahaha! Oh man, Eiji was having way too much fun with this, and thanks to his speed writing, was done incredibly quickly. He turned to Nayumi, lightly poking her shoulder with a marker to get her attention.

Do you have any sheets you haven’t filled out yet? I’m done with my stack.

As he was waiting for a response from Nayumi, the girl from before walked in. Now that she was standing in front of them, Eiji got a good look at her. Two things immediately crossed his mind: 1) This girl is skiiiiiny. I got at least 60 pounds on her, and 2) She’s taller than me… She seemed to be talking to Nayumi. Why was she helping… me? Eiji wasn’t sure who the subject of “him” in her sentence was. This most loquacious of mutes continued to remain silent. However, his eyes were filled with images of sentence diagrams. This new girl didn’t seem very polite at all.

Devon smirked at the expression of the one kid then turned around and started to fill out her sheets quickly. She unstrapped the sword from her back and set it on her lap as she sat down. Nayumi looked over Eiji's stack of already filled out papers and laughed. "Yeah, here are these. How do you do it? The writing thing so fast?" She was still on her first page, writing away. Her answers were all silly as well, and just as entertaining, though far fewer. She looked up as the same girl from before started yelling again. "Geeze, someone needs a mute button," she whispered.

"Because I want to," Nayumi said loud enough for the girl to hear her. She didn't think it was any of her business anyways and if the girl wanted to be rude, well it was her own business. The girl didn't bother her. Just another face with a loud voice.

"So did you get your room assignment yet? You getting a roommate?" She chattered away to Eiji. "They said because of Yasuaki I'm not getting a roommate," she sighed, "but it's probably for the best. He's not really very good with people."

Now as if to prove the point...

After Nayumi dragged Eiji off, Yasuaki watched the two leave and then turned back to the cart. He heard the other one talk - the one that could talk, not the boy who couldn't - but he didn't pay him much mind. To be frank - he wasn't important. Yasuaki merely adjusted the cart and rolled it out of the office, whistling and twirling the key on a clawed finger. He had another card up his sleeve in case he really needed to break things up....

Heinz looked at the imagine leaving and let out a silent chuckle as he waited for Eiji and Nayumi to return so that he could pay them and get the heck out of this place. It was clear that he didn't like this much of a crowd that he didn't control around him. The soul reason for this was that he never liked not being in control as he felt a bit vounrebal in such places, but he was sure that he would get through this school, get better hold of his power and maybe get some more pieces for his chess board of life.

Looking around Heinz got up some more yen so the total ammount he had in his hand was up to 6000 US dollars. It was alot of money, that was for sure but he knew that to gain the upper hand with these people he would have to pay a bit to seem like a friendly guy. Heinz had also seemed to lost the interest for the imagine as he just saw it now as another non useful piece and he would treat the imagine as that.

Looking around some of the other people includeing some of the staff looked at him with for some seconds and how he just seemed to pull 6000 us dollars in Yen currency up from his wallet, but that wasn't all that Heinz had, he also had his credit card so getting rid of some money that just took some place wouldn't really be a problem to him. Ah the sweet reality of being rich was mostly what heinz knew and what money could make people do.

Morals was something Heinz found un-profitable and mostly just ignored them, but if the breaking of such moral codes would cost him more then he earned he would stick to them until he found a way around them.

Looking over at one of the staff ladies in the office he let out a small smirk as she had recognized him from the papers he had mailed the school a week earlier. Knowing who he was made her wrinkle her nose as she didn't understand why he was here at the first place. But she let the thought slide away as she got back to work, Heinz just grabbed his monthly report again and kept looking at it reading it over and over.

Devon finished her papers quickly without another look at the two people she tried to argue with. After she finished she flipped off the boy and walked out into the main room. She handed the papers to the woman and asked what dorm she was in and if she had a room mate. The woman said that she had a room mate named Kie and you are in room 2021 as she handed Devon the room key. "thanks!" Devon said as she walked away spinning her keys as she headed for the door and left the office.

Eiji took the second stack of papers handed to him. How do I write so fast? Hmmm… Eiji shrugged, his brow furrowed in thought. How did he write so fast? It began soon after he tried to figure out a way to communicate without ravaging someone’s eardrums. He couldn’t explain it, just like his other gift. That was a reason he was here at this school. How did he do the things he did? He looked at her, his face expressing a volume of information. His brow was creased, a slight frown played on his face, question marks floated in his eyes; everything was saying that he had no idea.

Eiji couldn’t help but smile at Nayumi’s comment about a mute button. Being mute always at least makes for good conversation, yea? Eiji looked at the new girl as Nayumi was responding to her comment, and to his surprise there she was flipping him the bird. Now, just what gave her the right to do that? Had he offended? Fuck. At least Eiji had gotten past the days where he would go as far as to stab someone for rubbing him the wrong way. No, this was a new start; he had to let it slide. Maybe this girl had a rough past. Who knows?

Eiji sent a sincerely kind smile her way, hoping to ease whatever tension there was. She flipped him the bird again, and gathered her sheets, walking out of the room and back to the receptionists, recieving her key and abruptly leaving. How strange... He turned back to Nayumi, who was asking him a few questions. He nodded. He had received his room assignment. His papers had been processed, and the receptionist had thrown him the key and map and what-have-you, while Nayumi had him by the arm and was getting the papers for Heinz. Eiji had already slipped them into his bag before taking the seat.

I have everything right here. There was an arrow pointing towards his canvas container. I have yet to check them, though I do think I’ll have a roommate. It’d be a bit lonely without one. Eiji nodded a nod of understanding. It really did seem Yasuaki wasn’t all that fond of humans, males in particular. How did you and Yasuaki meet? You two are like polar opposites. He was sure there was an interesting story behind this, and Eiji had a thing for good stories. Heck, much of his luggage was comprised of book of all types. The written word. This was something that he had really come to appreciate over the past few months.

Nayumi went back to filling out her diminished stack, occasionally glancing up at the question-marked gaze of Eiji. They were almost done! And then she could go see her new room and get to unpacking and seeing the school. There was a lot to discover and see and people to meet! She needed to twitter soon to let people know she was alright, and eventually update her facebook and myspace with her new school info, but that could wait.

She glanced up in time to see his line. "Oh," her face paled - of course she would say something stupid like that! "I-I'm sorry," her cheeks instantly got pink and she ducked her head down and wrote furiously gibberish. She didn't look up again until the same rather rude girl walked by again, almost shoving her hand in Eiji's face. Nayumi gazed after the girl incredulously. "What's her problem? Someone pee in her Cheerios?"

However, they both seemed to shrug off the incident as quickly as it happened and while their task was almost complete, Eiji posed a question to her. Her own brown eyes flitted over his words, admiring his neatish writing. She laughed when he asked about Yasuaki, though she didn't think she should tell him the whole story. She actually wasn't used to telling people; she didn't quite know where to start.

"Um, Yasuaki found me," she shrugged. "He says I was asleep, or almost asleep when he found me; I'd left the window open and he came in that way. He's an Imagin - ah," she wasn't sure how to explain what he was. "He's an interdimentional creature born out of the sands of time. He lives in time - if that makes any sense," she chuckled nervously. "Well, Imagin normally make a contract with a person to fulfill a wish and then when they complete the wish they travel through that person's memories to another time. Some just exsist hopping through time, fulfilling wishes - something like genies," she supressed the urge to wiggle her nose and laugh at the reference. "Anyways, he said I made a weird request in my sleep and when I woke up - there he was. Apparently I'm not like everyone else," she said slowly. "He won't really tell me, but we have a bond, which is more than a contract, though I hold that too."

Shaking her head, she laughed, "I'm sorry - that's probably not all that clear. When a person makes the wish - they make a contract with the Imagin. The bond - that's different," she shrugged. "We didn't really mean to be together - it just sort of happened."

Shuffling her papers, she held out her hand for Eiji's, "All done!" Grinning she stood up, "Come on, get your things and lets go get Heinz through the line so we can all go figure out where we'll be living!"

In the next room, the lines were diminished, the rush was gone and the wait was short. Nayumi waved at Heinz on their way to the line and glanced around for the Imagin; it would appear he really had gone to figure out her room. She was glad and a little impatient to be over with so she could see their new room too!!

Heinz was still reading his monthly report as he saw Nayumi waveing at him and gave her a quick nod as he just kept reading his report, he knew that the personel would just look funny at the papers as they had already recived his a week before, but Heinz didn't want to spoil the fun for the others and he had time to read his report some times, where would he either get to do that? Oh yeah when he was finished for the day, but that would be a while to.

He looked at the line and let out a yawn, clearly he was also a bit tired of waiting around here even when he had been reading his report it had got a bit tireing after the fifth time, but Heinz knew as good as any one repeating something you wish to learn is a good way to get it into your skull and have it staying there.

Now he only waited for them to finish with the paper work so he could pay them and then he would want to see their faces when he gave them both the ammount of yen going up to 3000 Us dollars each. Well this was Heinz so he didn't feel like it was alot for him, but he knew the value of money on each side of the coin. So he knew how it could be used for the good and bad of himself and others, and he was planning to use both sides when he needed it, morale was just another empty word for him.

The reaction that Nayumi had, it was so funny. The mute button comment hadn’t really bothered Eiji. You know, I used to have a nickname back home. Hush. He was done filling out his share of Heinz’s papers when Nayumi began her story, and as such all his attention was focused on what she had to say. This world was really full of secrets, and Eiji couldn’t have been more ecstatic learning about everything the general public had no idea about. It was like his own renaissance, come upon him, for him, so he could realize just what there truly was. Like a genie? Huh. He remembered the story of Aladdin from an old copy of “1001 Nights”. He guessed Yasuaki did fit that powerful, almost unnerving image. How much had the ancients known? Thanks to the Mongols burning down the library in Baghdad, so much information had been lost. Ah, but that was ancient history.

Eiji grasped Nayumi’s little hand, and pulled himself back up. He hoisted his bag over his shoulder, his room key jingling inside. It seemed that waiting long enough had indeed resulted in the crowd getting smaller. Nayumi had already gotten Heinz’s attention, who simply nodded in response. Soon they were at the front of the line again. What luck! It was receptionists the grouch from before. She heaved a heavy sigh. “How many times am I going to see you again today?” Eiji smiled a knowing smile.

Don’t you like it when we come see you? No? No matter. Here are the papers for that guy over there, Heinz. Eiji’s thumb was pointing behind him, aimed straight at the kid with the report. The lady did her characteristic Tut, tut, tutting as she peered over the papers. A frown was forming on her face. She looked at her computer screen, bringing up some information with quick keystrokes. “Is this a joke? The information for him is already here.” She glared at them. Ummm… whoops? Eiji ran his hand over his short hair.

(ooc: I apologize for the length. It hasn't been the most conducive day for writing today...)

Nayumi blinked -unsure if he was telling her to 'Hush' or if 'Hush' had been his nickname. Regardless, no way she turned the situation did she feel as if she hadn't just sucessfully swallowed her foot whole. However, telling a story animatedly, using large hand gestures and laughing to herself about things only she really remembered made it all better; laughter made everything better.

Well, except Yasuaki's temper sometimes, that seemed to rage without regard to anything and was another issue altogether. He had gotten much better in the last few months, but she still worried about him taking over her body when she slept and doing stuff; generally of the hey-I-wanna-pick-random-stupid-fights. Needless to say, waking up after those nights she was far more tired than when she went to sleep. They had, however, worked much of that out.

She tried to not squirm as Eiji took her hand - her hand - and follow her back straight up to the front of a line. Heinz seemed relatively uninterested in them; she was beyond understanding the boy - but that didn't mean she didn't like him.

Smiling broadly to the receptionist, she handed over the papers. "Oh, as many times as it takes to get it right?" She grinned at Eiji and stiffled a giggle behind her hand and removed her other from his. It wasn't that she didn't like him - he was cute and all - but she didn't really know him and she was by no means an experienced hand-holder to act like nothing at all was going on.

"So do you think they'll serve dinner soon? I'm starving," Nayumi said as the lady began keying in some stuff. She was denied an immediate answer by the same lady giving them an irate look. Nayumi blinked at her, the girl's face going blank as they were now told that Heinz had played a trick on them. She laughed too loud, scratched her chin. "Hee hee, is that so? Oh, well never mind us," she laughed and turned around, planting hands on Eiji's shoulders and pushing him backwards.

She waved back at the glaring woman and walked up to Heinz, putting her hands on her hips and chuckling, "You tricked us!" Oh she wasn't upset about it, she was laughing. "I've got my eye on you mister!" She waved her finger at him mockingly and then shrugged. "Well, I guess I'd better go see what kind of trouble Yasuaki's in. Might see you guys later at dinner, right?"

[[OOC: Sorry for the length, writers block]]

When Heinz saw Nayumi comming at him and telling him that eh tricked them he chuckled a bit before handing each of them the money that he had goten up, 3000 us dollars each in yen, clearly he had payed for some good humor or atleast in Heinz way it was good fun to see people going through such things.

He then sat the report back into his pocket and looked at her when she said that about seeing him later at dinner, Heinz chuckled a bit at that as he then said.

"Well i was rather thinking of eating a whole dinner of rich people food, but maybe il stick around to see what is cooking around here."

Clearly he was half in half serious about the rich peoples food, but he would have no problems to order such a thing if he wanted to. That was the thing about Heinz when it came to food and all that sorta things, he went for what made him wait the most and work the most. From clothes to food he was an easy soul on that and would wear a plastic bag if it was the easiest thing to get on. But such it was not and he had these clothes which worked fine and plenty of ductape.

Hmmm… dinner. Eiji hadn’t eaten since he boarded the plane to come to this school. Airplane food. Not the most appetizing of victuals. At all. In response his stomach let out a low grumble, causing Eiji to blush and place a hand on his stomach. It was around this point in time that Ms. Receptionist had glared at them with the most piercing of stares. Eiji blanched. Nonetheless it seemed as if Nayumi found the whole situation incredibly hilarious, judging by the volume of her laugh. Eiji just looked at her incredulously, as she placed her hands on his shoulders and pushed him back. What a scene that must have been. A boy, just shy of six feet and more muscle bound than most of earth’s population, walking backwards, confusedly.

They quickly got back to Heinz. Eiji turned to face the gray skinned boy, an accusatory finger ready to jab at his personal space, but he was beat to the punch by Nayumi. She really did find the situation funny. He hadn’t been too sure if her earlier laugh was made just to cover the awkwardness left by the receptionist’s revelation. Heinz chuckled also. Well, it was just a harmless prank, and Eiji did have fun filling out those sheets. He supposed there was no reason to be mad at Heinz. And any vestige of doubt was eliminated when the boy gave him and Nayumi 271,650 yen each. Where did the boy get this money?! Man, he really was well-to-do if he could hand out that amount without even flinching.

Eiji’s stomach let out a low rumble. It was telling him that he had yet to respond to Nayumi’s earlier question. Eiji nodded sagely. It would be prudent for Nayumi to go look for Yasuaki. Who knew if his warrior flame had begun to burn brightly again, what with all the extremely powerful people here? Just from walking around earlier, Eiji noticed that one meta was on everyone’s tongue when it came to power. Moreover, it was rumored that he bled candy. No, there probably wasn’t too much to worry about. You know, food sounds amazing right about now. I wouldn’t mind cooking some food up myself, but I don’t know if this place has a kitchen for student use.

Man, Heinz was just rolling in the dough. Gourmet food. Eiji could just imagine it. Oh my! The plating was exquisite. Did he dare spend the money he just he just received? No. He should save it for an emergency. Maybe send some back home. Yea, maybe I’ll see you at dinner. As of right now, you two and Yasuaki are the only people I know here, and eating alone is, well, lonely. Yeah. Don’t be afraid to call if you guys need anything. Eiji tossed his bag over his shoulder. His sojourn to the Orientation office seemed to be nearing an end. Moreover, on his way here, he had found someone to shrink his suitcases, which he promptly dropped in his bag, and the time limit for the shrinkage was beginning to near its end.

"Woah, dude," Nayumi held her hands and looked at the money disbelieving. "I thought you were joking!," she took the money, but almost like it might bite her. She just didn't feel right accepting this much money from a guy she didn't know for something that was a prank. She pulled out a few of the smallest bills and handed the rest back to him. "Tip for wasting my time," she said with a grin, tucking the much reduced sum of money in her pocket.

"Dude, I don't even know what my room looks like," she laughed, and glanced around. There was a set of double doors on the far side of the room and through the glass rectangles she could see trees and grass and people. She could only assume that the rest of the campus and eventually the dorms was located that way. She also hadn't even noticed how comfortable she'd gotten with the two boys; that was a new circumstance. Usually a boy made her stammer if he was in a ten foot range; she'd successfully managed an entire conversation with both of them.

"Okay, I'd better go and see what Yasuaki's gotten himself into," she smiled. "Catch you two later?" She waved and headed for the door - just in time to hear a tale tell sound that told her Yasuaki had probably been mistaken for a hostile monster - well, he was hostile, so it was probably up to her to intervene. Breaking into a jog she disappeared in search of her Imagin and whatever trouble he'd found himself in this time....

Heinz chuckled a bit when he got some of the money back from Nayumi, he just grabbed the money and placed it bakc in his wallet which he just put into his pocket with his monthly report before he walked to the exit. Holding a hand up he smiled as he put his hand up in the air and kept walking to the doors. There where so many things that was rushing through his head and many thoughts that didn't make sens at all to him, still he didn't really think much about the encounter, only that he had learned something new and got to meet two new people.

One of the main thoughts he couldn't shake was when Nayumi had bumped into him and as he took his hood over his head to hide his face he started to blush as it had only really got up to him that he had been talking to a really cute girl. Well under his own knowing he knew all along he had but it just went up for him at this time.

Oh yes and he couldn't forget Eiji the nice person who he had payed just for a joke, well atleast he knew that he could get use of him, but he pushed those thoughts beside as he exited the room and began to fade away from the sight of those sitting at the desk.
