White Day is coming~! Of course, that doesn't mean anything to us outside of Japan, but to the characters of AHS, it's yet another chance to try and dry hump that guy or gal your character has their eye on. Teenage love, isn't it just special? Also, on an unrelated note, I've been playing Final Fantasy 13 (big surprise), and maybe it's just because I'm still kinda early in the game (Chapter 3, I think?), but does any one else think that Hope just needs to slit his wrists and get it over with? Name: Drone Keyword: D1809 Age: 18 Grade: 9 Race: Meta-Human School: AHS Appearance:  Drone is in no way anyone that can hide amongst the crowd. Drone's height reaches over 6'8 and he is pretty built. He is covered from neck to feet in tattoos and piercings. His hair depends on the time. He usually wears a mohawk but he also does braids. His clothing is usually dirty and streety, but he occasionally wears nice/normal stuff. Anyone can tell this man had a hard time playing and hide and seek, and he also does not have the face of a Japanese man...because well He's Puerto Rican. Personality: If you value your life...stay away. This should be written on his forehead. This is the madness of Drone. Years of solitude and travel has caused Drone's brain to become warped and twisted. He occasionally loses grip on reality and has been known to act out in rage. When Drone is angry he is unreachable. Doctors have recommended that everyone should back away as far as they can. He has been known to cause severe damage to the area in a 100 ft radius. Drone's twisted sense of humor is rather...excessive. He doesn't fully comprehend the limit to pranks and practical jokes. He hasn't done his job till something...or more often someone, is broken. Drone does however have a soft side. He is weak for children and girls. He is often romantic and is incredibly artistic. He has designed of all his tattoos and occasionally makes his own clothing. He is also a wiz on the guitar. Powers Levitation: Drone has the ability to levitate things. Its nowhere near mastered and he can only pick up a certain amount of objects and weights. He can easily make himself fly but he can't make a tree or car budge. He practices levitating other people but there is a difficulty. The ability for him to levitate things is based off his and the objects will and weight. Inanimate objects like rocks and computers have no will and are lightweight and are easy to control. A human has an amount of will that makes it much harder for Drone to control. Drone can control a person of lightweight like 100-150 lbs that is willing to be lifted. If the person is unwilling or is to great, Drone cannot control them. Also controlling too many things at once or one great thing weakens him mentally and physically. Brute Strength Drone's levitation is affected by his mental and physical strength. Drone is not the sharpest tool so he relies on his muscles to do the job. Seeing as how he uses his hand motions to use his ability his strength in levitation is based off his arm strength. Just like if he were bench pressing a certain amount of weight. At the moment, Drone can bench upwards of 200 lbs. This strength can also be used in fist fights, giving Drone a great advantage. History: As a child, he grew in a tavern called "The Bar" which was owned by his father Drone(senior) in Arecibo. The town was filled with creatures of all sorts, so Drone (junior) was not prejudice, and learned about many cultures and ideas. His father labored him ( not aggressively) with chores, to keep him fit and strong. About when he was 12 he soon learned he could levitate things with his hand. He started using them for his chores, and eventually used them as "magic tricks" which he performed shows for money in the tavern. His father decided it was time to send him to a school to enhance his class. But since he was 12 at the time and was used to be an average teenager he liked to pull pranks and stay out late, etc. So about when he was 14 , he was expelled from the school. But it was enough to fully develop his levitation and other things too. When he decided to travel home, he learned that you can't come home again; unfortunately his tavern was burned down. The police told him that his father was killed in the fire. Drone's anger reached no end and he would have almost decimated the whole town if the police hadn't of take him down. For three years Drone was imprisoned and tested on. He attended psychiatric help but to no avail. The years of testing and studies has cause his personality to warp. Finally he was released after pretending to have changed into a "normal" person. He traveled from town to town, performing for money, until he could travel the world. He stayed for a few weeks to a month in every country he visited. He decided it was time to get reeducated and headed for school. Hey, Niku here with the WRYYYYYYYYYYYYview My first view is a bit weird since things look kinda... sparse. Which seems odd considering the detail you got into Yakumo's profile, but that's up to you really, if you think you can add to his personality or history that'd be cool but not essential. Levitation kinda gets me though, it sounds like Telekinesis which is fine but has a creative lock on it, and this could use some more creativity I think. I think you can do it though, especially if you work with the Levitation aspect rather than the straight Telekinesis idea, things like he can only move things directly up or stuff like that. That's all I got for now, sorry for the delay. |

Ok i edited his profile a bit. I have been using Drone since I was 12. He has been my cannon character for over eight years, I thought i had nerfed his powers dramatically but I guess not. Traditionally Drone levitates himself and maybe someone else, but that's really as far as it goes. Any recommendations on what to do? |

Hmmm, well the powers as an ability aren't too powerful it's just their application. If you applied it so there was some different slant on it, i.e. uses his hands to maneuver it or what-not then it'd be fine. You could even split it up to include Flight as one power (also letting you up the speed of this as it's a different application) and then Lifting up other things as another, since your allowed two powers. I'd like to phrase it better but... See if you can give him a gimmick to go with his levitating people. That's the best way I can phrase what I'm asking for >_> |

Ok i made it so that he uses his body motions to control his power. Its like if he were lifting up a large object it would look like he was psychically lifting it, meaning that he needs to be physically strong. The strength also helps in normal fighting so that is my second power. |
